Captain Love Bug: Apartments are great, staff is fantastic and quick to respond, neighbors and feeling of community is unmatched. The ground's keeper, cleaning ladies, and landscaper's keep the complex looking incredible.The parking lot could use some work, and the 7009 building needs blockers for the ventilation holes in the roof. Other than that this place is perfect.
Diana Salazar Valles: Maple Leaf is such a wonderful organization. Our experience working with them was seamless. They are communicative, organized and understanding. Our family of 5 stayed at the Monda House for a month. The house has everything you need and only 20 minutes from SCH. Our 2 and 4 year olds loved all the toys and big fans of the bean bags. Thank you Maple Leaf for providing a wonderful accommodation for families at a fraction of the cost. It was such s game changer and relieved a ton of stress.

Colin Hayes: I'm ten years into my relationship with North Pacific and hiring them is up there with one of the best business decisions I've ever made. The days before hiring them were really dark - a horrid story of an abandoned rental property with tenants who skipped town, leaving a horrible mess behind that was this close to requiring HAZMAT suits to resolve, bouncing rent checks along the way. Joshua at North Pacific took things over and it's been the smoothest of sailing ever since, for this same property and others since. I can't recommend these folks enough.

She also helped me price and position my listing to get a tenant in the home quickly. We listed on April 7th, and had a tenant in there by April 28th.
Karen Stanway: Lynn Douglas has been a safe pair of hands and has taken care of my rental property for a year now. Valerie Okhanessian: I’ve been a tenant at a Davis property management property for a few years now, and I honestly only have great things to say. Maintenance requests are always handled incredibly fast, as well as response time for any other issues. The grounds are very well kept, and the leasing team is always very polite and helpful. They make it very easy to feel at home. Def will look at other properties under their management if we ever move!
Patrick Ford: Marko at Davis has been our property manager for over 2.5 years and it’s always been a pleasure corresponding and working with him. He and the team at Davis have been very responsive to our needs and have always been very proactive when it comes to renewals and changing lease terms, giving us plenty of advanced notice. They’ve been good at dispatching maintenance when we’ve requested and never have pushed back on our requests at all. Their online systems are streamlined and easy to use. 5/5 stars.

Everything changed when we contacted Seattle Rental Group and we were helped by DJ/Donald Beavers which was an excellent experience.DJ was transparent and quick with the communication. From sending the apartment listings curated based on our preferences to the fact that he was such a friendly guest/guide on the day of the tours, DJ was amazing and fun! DJ was very accommodating and made sure we felt welcomed at Seattle for our apartment-finding trip. He never lost track of questions to ask to communities we were touring because at the end of the tour, everything starts to become Spaghetti. But DJ made sure none of our questions and concerns were missed and his excellent professionalism helped us to make sure we are making the right choice and get to know all the information.We were able to book a two bedroom apartment in downtown Seattle right on the shore. The apartment was spacious and the view was excellent. It wouldn't surely have been possible without the help of DJ and Seattle Rental Group. They are worth the money and cut down all the hassles for you to search for an apartment in a big city! I recommend them 100% and zero complaints!

Felicia McEwen: I genuinely feel this company deserves a five star rating. I want to say something to be fair Regarding a one star rating by a person named Mindy. The issue here was not elderly discrimination, it was a large breed off leash dog, owned by her elderly parents. Daily they let it roam free and poop all over the property common areas. The feces issue was out of control. Management was doing everything they could to get this to stop. It went on for months, but Management was diligent about showing them proof even though they denied it was their dog. Please also note this large breed dog was dog aggressive. It attacked my puppy twice while I was walking my own dog on a leash. You really couldn’t walk around in our community without stepping in that dogs feces and being in fear of it attacking your dog. It was extremely frustrating, unsanitary, and disgusting. I took it upon myself to try to clean up after it regularly, but I just couldn’t keep up with the waste. I’m so grateful the problem has been resolved, there’s no more feces on the ground and I never see the dog roaming free. I can’t thank Debbie with Best Management enough for roughing this out and seeing it through. We finally have peace in our little community.

I recently joined the HOA Board of Directors, and I have had the pleasure of getting to know Michelle. I can personally attest to the professionalism brought forth by Michelle Weaver and the entire Best Management Company team.

They are responsive, on top of every item & project we have worked as a board. They have a very user friendly portal that makes it so easy for the homeowners to manage their dues and submit requests. It’s wonderful for the Board because we can manage all board business through the portal and sign off on requests as they come through. We are able to access our documents with a click of a button. I have had no complaints in working with them. They have helped us get organized and efficient. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to their customer service. I one day would like to work as a general contractor for cleaning for wpi. Anyway this has been a good experience 😌
