Chris Ward: Lady always gets great care at NSVC, which is especially great because she's a shy one. I get great care as well, they keep me in the loop and discuss all the options for treatment. I've recommended this clinic and will do so again if the opportunity arises.
Teresa Woon: My 10 year old Chihuahua has been a patient at North Seattle Vet since she was a puppy. We loved our vet, Dr. Windom, who recently retired. The other vets who we have seen at the clinic now are all just as caring and competent, as are the vet techs and other clinic staff. My pup recently had a surgical procedure performed to remove a couple of masses and skin tags, to be sent to a lab for analysis. From surgery prep and anesthesia to the completion of the surgery, I received texts with photos to reassure me that my pup was doing fine - which was very much appreciated since I was nervous about the anesthesia. And the vet who performed the surgery also called me when the procedure was done, to let me know that all had gone well. The staff at N. Seattle Vet cares both about your pet and about any concerns that you may have.

Hugo Quezada: Dr. Bruce has seen our older pup now twice and she’s great as well as all staff in the clinic. Prices aren’t cheap but they’re reasonable for all you get! Clean facilities. Friendly staff.
Sara Patterson: This has been the best clinic I’ve ever had the pleasure of bringing my cat to. They treated me and my family so well throughout the life of my senior cat. They treated us and especially my baby with dignity and respect when it was her time to pass. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough! I will be coming back in the future with new babies!

Thaddeus Troy: We had to leave our old vet because they just got rough to deal with. Ballard Animal Hospital was recommended to us and I couldn’t be happier. They show that they care, give honest opinions about care needed, and will work with you on treatment and not just jump to the biggest most expensive option. They are very responsive and accommodating. The front office staff is so nice. They are helpful and great to talk to while you’re waiting. 11/10 veterinarian.

B Maglia: Great people clean environment and I would bring my animals back here 100%. Parking for Seattle is great, however, it is a pretty small lot. The people who worked with my animals were great, when the newer person didn’t quite know how to hold the cat the senior person took over very quickly and handled the situation. Had they not done that this would be a very different review. Overall, I like this place, but I was only there once as I’m traveling back to Colorado soon and was only in Seattle for a year.

Sandra Steinberg: We have been taking our now 15-year-old tortie to Northgate Veterinary Clinic for about a year and a half. They treat our deaf and defensive MazelTov with patience. Our questions are answered, and time is spent explaining procedures and possible treatment plans. She has been in for routine check-ups and dental extractions. Follow-up calls are made to check on the patient and to see if we have any other concerns or questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of care from everyone at the clinic.
Shreyans Khunteta: I take this lovely girl to Northgate for her checkups, nail trims and medical emergencies. Thus far the staff have always been quick, kind and helpful. Once when my cat was very sick they scheduled an emergency appointment that very day and got her in for a checkup. Super pleased with the service here.

It's pricier here than the other locations, because it's by appointment but we think it's worth it to save time and hassle.

Alyne is knowledgeable and helping me with International papers for travel. Worth noting - if there is ever any issue with charges etc, the team at Urban Animal always does the right thing. Bruce Steinberg: and i would entrust any animal to them. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Quincy have been our pet saviors, but the rest of the doctors there have shown the same level of consideration and care. Pets are their priority and it shows.One downside is they are not open on weekends when a lot of us have the most flexibility for general care of our pets.The nurses and supporting team are very professional and try to do what they can to accommodate your pets needs.I would NOT take my animals to Urban Animal. They show such little care for the pets and it will show when you arrive.

Franny Wright: I've had countless great experiences with different vets while taking my cat here for the past 5 years. We started with the kitten careclub and then have kept the cat careclub since. They're very nice and thorough, and one time they even stayed open slightly late so I could rush my cat there after he had eaten a bunch of tulips so I could avoid needing to go to the emergency vet. Hannah Spring: Having moved a lot, we’ve seen many different vets over the years. QAAC is by far the best. The office manager at QAAC is SO good at her job and just a lovely person overall. We have two dogs - a puppy and a senior - so we spend more time than most and have multiple prescriptions, tests, emails back and forth for questions and scheduling, etc. having someone like Gabby to work with makes it all so much easier and efficient. It makes a huge difference working with this practice. Dr Salt and Dr Balas are great vets! And the vet techs are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and warm, even with my less-than-friendly senior dog. Only good things to say here!

One of the most well managed staff from a vet office I've encountered!
