April Alexander: I had an absolutely amazing experience with PNW fertility. I froze my eggs here in 2017 and both Dr Lamb and Dr Shahine took amazing care of me. Some of my early testing had disappointing results and Dr Shahine walked me through them and maintained positivity without giving me a false sense of hope. She has an amazing ability to deliver difficult news with empathy and maintain optimism. Given my AMH levels, I think I ended up with excellent results after 4 rounds of freezing.

As an out of state patient living in Alaska, there were many additional obstacles that Team Shahine handled seamlessly. Eric Mueser: I've learned over the years to judge repair services not by how they handle at their best, but how they handle things when they go wrong.I needed them to clone and upgrade the SSD in my laptop and while cleaning the dust out, one of the internal fans broke. These things happen. They called me immediately, filled me in on what happened, ordered the parts, and fixed what they broke promptly and free of charge. They were upfront and transparent with everything and handled it exactly as I would've hoped.It's refreshing to see an honest, capable repair shop, and I'll definitely be using them again.

In all circumstances, our case managers went above and beyond to help make an emotional and challenging situation into a good experience. Although matching with a new GC was daunting, and COVID threw us for a loop, NWSC's patience and kindness and their ability to help us navigate the hiccups was wonderful. We love our GC, and we are so grateful for her efforts and the gift she was willing to give us to make us a family of 4. For those in the Pac NW exploring surrogacy, I would highly recommend talking to NWSC.

My IP’s are a perfect match for me and my family and I can’t wait for them to enjoy their bundle of joy. Thank you NW Surrogacy for being so supportive.
