Keith Connor: Very friendly very helpful quality furniture for a good price used obviously and some rough items as you will find in any used furniture store but for the most part reasonably priced and the owner is willing to work with you on price if it seems out of range which is rare and very cool so overall an excellent experience was picking up items for my disabled veteran friend and it went smoothly and all the items were what she needed as great an experience as you can have in furniture store granted the location is a little bit tricky but it's nice because put up right in front of the store he also does delivery for a very reasonable price so we just opted not to because I have to truck overall awesome experience would definitely do business with them have already referred him to many of my recently transplanted friends to the Seattle area that need furniture for their empty apartments and homes.
Ike Jockers: Its a shame this place doesn't have 5 stars. The owner is kind, helpful and willing to work with you. The inventory turns over pretty fast so if there is nothing you like at first just wait a week or two. From now on anytime I need furniture this will be my first stop.

Heather Shults: branch didn't have enough of what I needed. There was a small parking lot that seemed potentially shared with the other businesses. Had to take a lot of turns to get to the store.I asked for help and one of the workers immediately walked with me to help find what I needed. I'd brought a sample of hardwood from my house so he matched it to the wood and then started picking out enough for the amount of space I had. He was really helpful and made sure I had the exact amount I needed.I didn't get to explore the store since I got there towards closing, but it looked gorgeous - lots of older things and antique things. I feel like I could get lost browsing around.

Egirl Kalamanani: Great concept and I really like the name. Been here several times to find treasures to repurpose. I've purchased parts of a chandelier and turned them into garden art. Everything sold here is useful for original purpose, too. They do a really good job organizing even though it's a bit tight getting around. Not a good place for bringing kiddos that can't keep their hands out of things and like to run around.

With the help of a very customer focused outdoor furniture specialist named Kathryn Gegner. She spent a good amount of time with us explaining the company that designed and produced the pieces we eventually purchased. We wanted simple lines with a contemporary style; we are very pleased with our selection. Summer House has been our one stop shop for outdoor furnishings.

Everything is really reasonably priced here especially given the fact that some items are new or lightly used.Once you’re done getting excited over the clothing deals upstairs, you can go downstairs and find cool furniture, art, decorations, and other random things!

Priscilla Park: They have high quality clothing at a super low price, highly recommend coming here. I bought an Anne Klein blazer here for $8.27, tax included. Staff is super friendly, they're really helpful if you want to ask about how clothing should fit you and clothing maintenance too, they make the place clean and provide masks and hand sanitizer. Also they're nonprofit and all funds go towards a great cause, which is helping people with chronic illnesses meet basic needs like food, shelter, etc.

He, helped me figure out the design of the buffet, was always quick to respond to my zillions of questions, and sent me regular updates on the progress of the piece as it was being built. I couldn't be happier with the result--it is gorgeous. The price was quite reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality of the materials and craftsmanship, the amount of work that was put into it, and the fact that it was custom-built. Meredith Hansen Favero: Chris is amazing! He helped us through purchase and finishing a dining table from his lovely shop. Unfortunately, we noticed a few flaws in the wood. He quickly sent out a specialist to do repairs, but we decided that it needed replaced. He was so cooperative with us through this process and even offered to have it picked up since we don't have transport for the table. We look forward to having Tirto as a resource for quality service and furniture in the future!

Couldn't give a stronger recommendation for this store.
Michelly Calzadilla: Cool furniture store that's a lot larger than expected, but pretty far out of the way. Almost everything is wood with neat designs and decent quality. There were a few things we saw, but quite a bit was proportioned for a house moreso than apartment living. Prices were in-line with what you'd expect given the quality and designs. I would have appreciated more variety in colors and materials. I recommend checking it out.

I was impressed with all the new inserts and the options to choose from. Because of the great customer service I received I will be purchasing a gas insert for my cabin and I will buy from Milissa.

Ofillia De luca: Went into Richs looking for a gas fireplace. Melissa was kind enough to look at pictures of my living room and help walk me through the build your own feature they have. She offered to come out to my home if I needed but after calling my husband I was able to get the measurements we needed. Melissa was helpful and attentive and understood my need for heat in the cold start to winter. Thank you Melissa, I’ll be back for the downstairs very soon!

Our salesperson Candice was super nice and attentive. She was also very knowledgeable about the hot tubs they carried and was able to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend checking them out! Also, they have the coolest tubs I’ve seen!
Leo Liebert: Absolute great experience in every single detail. I met with the actual owner of the company that builds the fire insert at the Washington state fair. We selected the 616 deluxe with Ember-glo large gas insert. Jeff Scherer with Rich’s then handled us from start to finish with the purchase and the install, and we worked closely with PEAK PROPANE with providing us a 100 gallon tank., and they were incredible too.Jeff put us in touch with his Fireplace installer Ignacio. He is the very best in the business and I would recommend that you ask for him to install anything that you would buy from Jeff and Rich’s. he’s amazing!So to recap, we dealt with the owner of the company, Jeff from Rich’s for the home, the PEAK PROPANE company and the Fireplace installer Ignacio. Four separate people and they worked with me as if they were one! Even with Covid and back order delays, Everything just went so perfect! They were even able to get everything up and running before Christmas Eve!As you sometimes know, when you’re dealing with multiple people, it can become a nightmare, this was not the case. Thank you so much to everybody involved.
