Friday Hunt: My review is from the other end. I love his mid- century modern style, when we downsized we consigned several large pieces of furniture and are very pleased at the professionalism there.He is clear, organized, and prices things to sell quickly but also making enough for both parties to be happy with a 59/50 split.He will also consign IKEA pieces if their style fits in, but at a lower price to make sure they will sell.The shower room is always clean, and there is enough space to display all the pieces attractively.All in all, I’m very happy, and if I needed any furniture that type, I would definitely shop there.

Andrew Gomez IV: I had engine trouble with my vintage '70 Honda CT90. Most shops will not work on older bikes. But they made an exception for me. This was a hard one to pin down what was wrong. Took it to them once and they fixed it up and ran well but after having it back for a couple of weeks it reverted to its bad performance. SUB took it back without hesitation. rechecked all their work from the previous visit, and found there was some additional electrical issue they didn't catch before. Only charged me for the new work done. Runs great now. Would like to go back to them for everything now, which I hope is not anytime soon!
James Michael: Right about December 1 of this year I walked into SUB asking for a favor. I wanted to lease the vacant lot next to them . Dave the Owner was not sure at first but said yes. As the weeks went by I could tell Dave ran a tight ship from his sales men to the guys in back. Customer satisfaction is what I saw not worried about the dollar bill. Dave and his shop are above reproach from a guy who had never been In his shop nor new that it was even there. So many times I heard are you happy can I do anything else for you.let me know. A true shop that actually cares about people and not just sales.

I appreciated his insight about owning types of motorcycles I had never owned before, and the buying process was very easy, clear cut, and straightforward.Kevin has been extremely helpful in my search for parts for my bikes. He has helped me find unusual and limited availability parts, and helped me run through the warranty process for parts with manufacturing defects.I had a mechanical concern with the used bike I purchased here, and they were quick to remedy that problem even with a used bike sale.I will continue to be a customer at SUB as long as I ride! Great folks to do business with!

John Valentine: I worked with SUB to sell my 2020 Z900 and the process was flawless. They inspected, detailed and listed the bike within a day or two of getting it to them and within a month, it was sold at asking price. Very reasonable cost and would absolutely sell and buy with them again.

Keith Connor: Very friendly very helpful quality furniture for a good price used obviously and some rough items as you will find in any used furniture store but for the most part reasonably priced and the owner is willing to work with you on price if it seems out of range which is rare and very cool so overall an excellent experience was picking up items for my disabled veteran friend and it went smoothly and all the items were what she needed as great an experience as you can have in furniture store granted the location is a little bit tricky but it's nice because put up right in front of the store he also does delivery for a very reasonable price so we just opted not to because I have to truck overall awesome experience would definitely do business with them have already referred him to many of my recently transplanted friends to the Seattle area that need furniture for their empty apartments and homes.

Discover Far Off Places: The gentleman there is extremely knowledgeable in the furniture that sells in his store. He has a good eye for quality furniture and I definitely recommend if you're in need for something looking through his inventory. Bhu Bains: Stumbled on this shop and was so enamored ! Half the shop is vintage, curated. You won’t need to sift through lots of low quality here. You can tell the pieces have been selected, and are priced as such. Awesome mid century selection, have my eye on a couple bigger pieces. The other half is an art / plants / decor and gifts shop that is such a delight to wander through. So many local artists.

In addition to having a large array of vintage furniture and other goods, there is an entire room dedicated to art crafts created by local artists which I thought was really neat. They also have a surprising number of plant pots and plants for sale.
Dani Dones: Visited from LA while I was in town because my dear friend has her ceramics in the Maker’s Market, and now I’m searching for an equivalent experience in my home city. The shop was so well-curated and I was struck by how clean everything was! I’m accustomed to antique and vintage stores that are caked in dust, but you could tell the staff takes abundant time to clean here. Amazing pieces at the maker’s market aside, the mainstay furniture was all restored and cared for beautifully, and you can tell the owner has a serious talent for me buying vintage pieces and giving them a second life. My fiancé and I love the art and gifts I brought back home. Can’t wait to return next time I’m in Seattle!

I cannot say enough positive things about NW Modular Systems Furniture.I worked directly with one of the owners, Deb Dowdney, and she was incredibly helpful. I was able to view their inventory online ahead of time and make a list of furniture I wanted to look at. They had a diverse selection of furniture and worked with us on our budget. We are very happy with the office furniture we purchased and it looks great in our space.I've been back to their warehouse to purchase more furniture because it was such a great experience. We have used NW Modular Systems Furniture for our office furniture needs several times but were pleasantly surprised to find out that they also offer moving services! I have moved several companies over the years and this move by far was the smoothest EVER! They came out and walked through our location, took inventory, offered solutions for packing then went to the new location to see the spaces and where they were moving us to. They were very thorough and we were impressed with the questions they asked and how we got a well thought out estimate. The moving crew was friendly and efficient. They were very thoughtful on how they packed our stuff in the trucks for the move and made sure everything was properly stacked and covered.Our new location was much bigger than our previous one. They offered great ideas for used furniture that would work great in our space. They took measurements and made sure everything would fit perfectly. I got to work with Schelly to pick out our cubicles and she was an absolute delight. Schelly listened to exactly what we were looking for and our budget. She never tried to sell us something we didn't want just because it would make a bigger sale. When it came time for delivery/installation their team was quick working, very nice and made our space look amazing. We could not be more pleased with our new furniture and we have had many compliments on it. The colors, fabric and desk top surfaces are amazing and definitely not like the cubicles you are used to. The guys on our team are very happy with their work spaces. I would 100% recommend that if you are in the market for new or used furniture that you go see Schelly with NW Modular in Tukwila.

Andy: Really great selection of items here, I purchased a couple of my favorite pairs of shoes here that always get complements for less than $20!The selection of shirts, sweaters, and dress clothes upstairs is great as well. Everything is really reasonably priced here especially given the fact that some items are new or lightly used.Once you’re done getting excited over the clothing deals upstairs, you can go downstairs and find cool furniture, art, decorations, and other random things!

Priscilla Park: They have high quality clothing at a super low price, highly recommend coming here. I bought an Anne Klein blazer here for $8.27, tax included. Staff is super friendly, they're really helpful if you want to ask about how clothing should fit you and clothing maintenance too, they make the place clean and provide masks and hand sanitizer. Also they're nonprofit and all funds go towards a great cause, which is helping people with chronic illnesses meet basic needs like food, shelter, etc.

Christopher Gu: Recently purchased a bike off of FB marketplace and needed to have it checked up as well as a tune up. The staff took my bike in for a few days and gave it back in tip-top shape! They were also super helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how I should be taking care of various parts. In the end, they mentioned my bike was already pretty tuned up and only charged me for the items they replaced/fixed. Will definitely be coming back for any bike service needs!
Adam Farhan: Super friendly and helpful staff. Traded in some golf clubs and walked out with a Ping G410 3 Wood. Couldn’t be happier. Small golf selection, but there were very high quality, barley used clubs. Ping, Titleist, Taylor Made.
Tim Van Harmelen: This is not in a location that we would typically frequent being from Lynden. But, when we saw online that they had a new baseball bat in stock that we had been looking for, we decided to give it a try. We called ahead to make sure the bat was in fact in stock. The guy that answered the phone was clearly busy but still took the time to look for it. When he couldn't find it, he explained that he was in the middle of helping another customer but would be happy to call me back if I wanted. We decided to stop by and found the bat we were looking for. We were impressed with the selection of both new and used items. Including the latest high-end youth baseball bats. In store the employees were once again very busy helping other customers, but just as pleasant and helpful as on the phone.
Nicole Marie: Extremely helpful staff, and surprising amount of new snowboarding boots! Went to REI first, and they only had one pair of snowboarding boots in my husbands size available. Play it again was just down the street, and we were pleasantly surprised by all the options! They also have a better return policy is an Evo, but not as good as REI.
Jay Desai: Was looking for binding disc and this was the only shop with Burton reflex 4x4. Great shop, customer service.

JC Choi: When real people are doing what comes natural, what is borne of this: total satisfaction. The owner Moe has a bit of carnival barker but this guy is all business and he is on the side of fairness and justice. He also happens to run the place. And it runs like a Swiss watch. Order- Deliver- Approve- Install, and that part of the process took 4 hours. When's the last time that happened.
JOpinion: I had been looking for a reliable shop to reupholster my seats on my motorcycle and I am glad I chose Rich's. Initially the seat they made was beautiful, but a little different than what I was looking for. I called them back, told them what I thought and without hesitation they got me back in and fixed my seat. It turned out perfectly and I can ride for now for hours. I can't thank or recommend them enough for all your upholstery needs. Thanks guys!
Brian Nixon: The carpet in the trunk of my Toyota Camry got absolutely filthy and I wasn't sure what could be done other than completely replacing it. Moe at Rich's Custom Upholstery was great! He took a look at the carpet, found an in-kind replacement and gave me a quote within a matter of minutes, but then also gave me great advice on how I could tackle the project myself in easily attainable steps. He saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of wasted time looking around - just doing the right thing for someone who was out of his depths. I really appreciate the honest dealing!
J Hoff: I want to give Moe and the Techs at Rich's big props for the help with my Triumph Spitfire I'm fixing up. I needed to do a little carpet work and a set of new door cards. I'm doing the work myself and Moe was able to come up with the perfect materials that were leftovers from other projects, this kept the costs well within my budget. Hannah Mosheim: Rich's custom upholstery has the nicest staff and did a great job reupholstering the bench in my hyundai elantra! My car got broken into and the leather bench seat had holes from broken glass. Rich's dealt with Statefarm and fought for me so Statefarm would cover the whole bill so I wouldn't have to. Elysia answered all my calls and called Statefarm many times for me! They replaced the leather bench quickly and it looks brand new!

Kevin J. Cox: I used Rich’s years ago on the first car I ever owned. I had forgotten what a great job they do. I purchased a used BMW M3 convertible last week in California. Mechanically, so far, the car is perfect but the drivers seat showed the typical wear these cars always seem to have. They repaired the drivers seat and dyed all of the leather that showed wear due to exposure to the sun. The interior looks brand new. They also completed a couple of other repairs at no charge. Security got video of the guys face & gave it to the cops that showed up 🤯 I thought everything was legal now a days but these guys were on it! Dont recommend using the steps outside. Aastha Chandra: went here every day on a trip to seattle just to look at the homewares—clothes are good brands and for an older audience but the homewares are the real gem here, rotating quickly. i especially loved how the decor was sorted by color/style and interspersed above the clothing racks. brought home unique decor and many pictures in my camera roll of interesting items~
