Heather A Adams: This is a great local butcher with lots of options and even more wisdom on how to cook, prepare and select meat. They don’t just have protein. You can also find cheese, eggs, vegetables, bones, sauces, rubs, spices, jerky, landjaeger‘s, and much more. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and there is enough differently prepared meat here to keep your mealtime interesting for a long time.

Bellevue Fine Art Repro: Whenever I'm in Columbia City I always have to stop by Bob's Meats and get something. A real local butcher with great meats.
Jordan Banasik: I absolutely love Bob's. I've been twice and both times had amazing staff help and amazing products! I used a smoked turkey leg in my collard greens and a boneless chuck roast for a stew. Prior to that I bought a lamb of rack from them. Always fantastic meat and flavor, my Texan heart feels warmed with their delicious offerings.

We stumbled upon this wonderful little butcher shop after learning about how they’ve been consecutively open since the late 1800s from a tour with the Seattle Architecture Foundation about historic landmarks. We purchased chicken thighs, Vietnamese style marinated pork skewers and a Delmonico steak. Tasting each now as I type this review. It’s a piece of old Seattle, which means great service and quality product at reasonable prices. We will be back.
l kol: I love Bob's! They have a nice selection and consistently reasonable prices.They are also convenient, because I live in the neighborhood and can walk from my house to Bob's to pick up meats for any random meal. I like their hours too - they stay open later and for more total hours than several other shops in the area like the bakery.They are a small shop and can get busy sometimes, but even when they are busy, the line still moves reasonably fast. They have a lot more variety than a normal grocery store. You can even order unusual meats that can be hard to find elsewhere in the city. The customer service is always good too. They are always willing to give advice and answer questions as long as they are not super busy. They often recognize me as a regular customer now and sometimes give me small extra benefits for that.Bob's is the best!

My mom comes all the way up from Olympia to get it in large quantities for her working farmdog. I've gotten ground rabbit from them for years for my cats, as well as gorgeous steaks, eye round for home-made beef jerky, and my friend gets all her meat from them for her nearby restaurant.They're friendly, informative, and they work together and treat their regular customers like family.

Every element can stand on its own, the preparation of the bread, sauce, each meat, the crunch element...yum. You can taste the subtle smoke in the meat. It's definitely not BBQ, but a tasty smoked meat shop with delicious prepared options. I pick up a whole guanciale everytime I visit. It has that subtle smoke and rosemary flavor...yum. Great for carbonara. it's a small place. People are personable. Don't go if you're in a hurry or need something quick. Go when you have time to appreciate the effort, skill and love put into the prepared food options. Or go and check out some of the meat options you can purchase and prepare at home.

The folks working there have also always been super welcoming and friendly, and there is a great selection of reasonably priced meat. Overall, El Paisano is a great local butcher shop.

Robert Murphy: Beautiful rustic style restaurant. The food is good, we enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn’t come back and pay the premium prices here for what we got. Everyone’s steaks were cooked properly and were tasty but nothing amazing. The sides were a little odd - most notably they don’t have mashed potatoes. They have some potato variant but it was saturated with vinegar. Same problem with the chimichurri sauce I ordered - vinegar vinegar vinegar. Last note, some Bruce Wayne type gentlemen in a suit was milling around and was just odd as he stared at everyone.

Bre (killaBreezplays): Really lovely place. My partner's sweet chicory salad starter and 12oz ultra flight with added bone marrow was lovely. I started with the spot prawn toast, which was delicious, and then chose the scallops with a side of the charred cabbage. The scallops were delightful at first, however quickly realised the dish was slightly unbalanced with salt overseasoned in the dish, which made it tricky to finish. I'm glad I had a white wine to go with it. It just needed another acid to balance it out. They were cooked beautifully though, and perhaps a different side would have been more appropriate. Overall the experience was lovely and I'm glad we went. I was not disappointed. Just wishing I wasn't so fussy about salt. Atmosphere was great, and service was stellar, even if we weren't necessarily dressed for the occasion; the staff were super friendly and kind. Highly recommend.Note: I have medical reasons I can't have red meat, which is why I went to a steak house and had seafood.
Juliette Cannon: We’ve been to BT numerous times and always enjoy it, the food is amazing the service is impeccable! This latest visit was a bit under previous experiences in timing of dinner delivery and the temperature of the steak was incorrect. With grace and humility, the manager came to visit the table and work to correct the situation. Justin went above and beyond to correct and we greatly appreciate his and Kelly, our server, efforts to correct the situation. They more than compensated for the kitchen error. Mind you, we’ve been many many times and this is the first blip and correction! By far the best steak in town and stellar service! Will always recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks Justin and Kelly for the service, hospitality and enjoyment of our special dinner out.

Emily Whitish: for years, and I can't sing its praises enough. The food is consistently top-notch, and those cocktails? SO impressive. As a whiskey lover, I appreciate their variety of whiskey-based drinks. The fun twists, like the soft serve + toppings dessert, popcorn on every table, and American cheese on their Wagyu burger - not just for show ya'll—it all tastes amazing and adds to the vibe.The place is cozy and welcoming, no pretentiousness here. Servers are warm, friendly, and always on top of their game.A few weeks ago, me and some friends booked the Friday night smoked tomahawk. Best decision ever. Tomahawk was smoked to perfection, juicy, and medium-rare. And the sides? We loved 'em all. The meal easily fed three hungry adults and a ravenous 7-year-old, and we were stuffed!Definitely a favorite spot of mine. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out—go check it out!
Joe Linebarger: I cannot rave enough about this place.The staff was super friendly and kind. Checked on us often and you could tell they took pride in what they offered.And the food. My god. The tofu bahn mi was crispy and incredibly good. The bulgogi melt was INSANE. I’ve seriously never had a better melt. And the fried bologna sandwich was otherworldly.All of the sides were so good too. Don’t skip on the Brussels sprouts.Amazing food joint. Excited to visit Seattle again and will be coming back often.

Marcie Raye: are small but strong and beautifully made.We made a reservation to sit on the patio and I'm glad we did! Lady Jaye was bustling...the patio is the perfect combo of inside/outside and the reservation made the hostess happy since it's so busy.Service was average, with no issues, and on top of everything we needed. The wait for the meal was a little longer than expected, which made getting it more exciting 😀If you're looking for a hip and delicious place to eat - this is the place. Keep in mind they don't serve much in the way of vegetarian food and the menu is limited

Shawn Mustang 5.0: The best staff, the owner is so sweet. She has done a wonderful job with her hiring and training of the staff. All are very knowledgeable about their products. Everytime I go I'm always treated like a guest not as a customer. The products thier are top shelf. Meats are always beyond the standard. The meatloaf is to die for, use it for smash burgers, tacos, meatballs spaghetti etc.
