They researched why Kia's stall and tested those parts. They found the problem that day and fixed it. They are very kind and great to work with.

Vincent Rowland: These days dog walking around the college is starting to feel a little less surreal when the pandemic started a year ago it was so still it was hard to shake the eerie post apocalyptic feeling I would get passing through but while still mostly shut down there are signs of normalcy returning, buses running, ongoing construction nearly complete and it appears some classes have resumed? There are more cars in the parking lots but certainly not back to pre pandemic levels. A year later now July 22 and the new auto shop appears complete. As does the atheltic center which has outdoor table tennis tables!

Natafoo: The first time I brought my car to them the technician ended up installing a part without much care and it prevented my headlight from working. I brought in my car and photos of what I was seeing and they immediately dropped everything to correct it and I was back up and running in 10min with no charge. I was also informed that that that technician was actually no longer with them. How easily they owned up to the mistake and how quickly they corrected it was very professional and instilled a lot of trust. Mistakes aren't a big deal to me, we're all human, but owning up to it and making it right is huge. I want to trust that my mechanic will do what's right, and I'm now confident that that's exactly what they'll do. Will be going to them for all my car maintenance needs from now on and would recommend them to anyone.

They sent a series of recommendations for updates, but there's none of that high pressure sales stuff going on -- just a genuine assessment of what my vehicle might need. In describing the problem to Steve and Brandon, I mentioned that I had tried using the electronic control of the convertible top to lower the window, and that the operation of the convertible top had been showing signs of needing replacement but that parts were not available..Not only did they take care of the window, one of their mechanics took it upon himself to find the part for the convertible top; told me exactly how to order it. Ross Reynolds: Excellent, dedicated, straightforward, no hassle service.We had a flat the day before vacation, so I scrambled to find a place to repair or replace the tire. I didn't want to find the first place available and drive my family 50,000 miles on shoddy handiwork. Jeff's was the opposite of all that. They had reasonable availability, provided us a quality tire, rebalanced the whole set while they were at it. They even stayed late to get the job done. I'm definitely going to take more of my service and maintenance jobs there.

asha: Jeff and his team are amazing. They really helped me out. I'm a new costco member from December. Not sure how everything works yet but I got a flat tire on Tuesday night. I was stressed trying to get home. I went into costco tire center a half hour before they closed and asked if there's any way they can squeeze me in to help me put on my spare tire. They gladly helped me. I sat and ate food in the food court while they changed my tire out. I got my car back within 15 minutes and they didn't charge me. This was an amazing experience and I have nothing but good things to say about costco and their level of service.
Gabbi Vogelaar: 5 stars only because of Sean! When we were turned away at the main counter, we started to change our own tire in the parking lot. Sean came over and supported us through aspects of the tire changing, including tightening the nuts and ensuring we had enough air. THANKFUL FOR SEAN!
