Hipcooks: what do users think?

Laurie Cortes: Fantastic evening cooking a delicious Brazilian menu from soup, salad, main course, dessert and yummy cocktails! Perfect activity for an out of town visitor! Chef Christine is very warm and inviting, with both technical and practical cooking tips. Highly recommend you try Hipcooks!

Danielle Isbell: We had a wonderful experience at the Greek cooking class! We not only learned to prepare some delicious dishes, but we also learned some fundamentals in cooking that we still use today.Learning how to properly balance a dish and how to tell what ingredients are missing toake you food really pop.I would highly recommend a Hip Cooks class and can't wait to take another one!

Mark Walker: Interesting food classes

Claire Giardina: We had an incredible class with Bonny. We made cocktails accompanied with beautiful hors d'oeuvres. Bonny brings huge energy to her classes and she is a delightful hostess. Try a class with Bonny. You won't be disappointed. And if you double lucky, Christine will be showing you the Art of Cocktails in the same class. That's a double play, Hipcooks style.Claire & Rich

Celeste Summer: Had an amazing time! Highly recommended! Our instructor taught us knife skills, guided us through each of the dishes, and was entertaining throughout the course. I can't wait to take another class next time I come into town

Cozymeal Cooking Classes: what do users think?

Jennifer H: Was such an awesome class! Chef shad was fantastic and the food was great.

Karen Wheless: Very fun. Chef Peter had lots of info to share. The ramen was delicious-be sure to come hungry!

Emma Bankson: We had an amazing time! Great date with your partner or friends. Learned so much from weighing flour vs measuring when making fresh pasta dough, knife skills, and more. Our chef was absolutely amazing as well. We will be taking another class for sure.

Madeleine Farias: Loved Chef Mary! She has great skills to impart and we definitely left the class with new skills of our own. She is funny and easy to chat with, and very encouraging throughout the whole cooking process. Thank you, Chef Mary!

Becky Scott: Chef Unika was very organized & a relaxed teacher. The food was delicious. We had a fun family evening.

Emily Bowden: We went into this class with few expectations, and Chef Mary exceeded all of them! She is very knowledgeable and super fun - you're basically getting dinner and a show. I would say this class is more of a group class geared towards newer chefs, but my boyfriend and I still learned some new skills to add to our repertoire. The class was intimate and fun and the food was delicious. Would definitely take another class with Chef Mary!

Julia Lovelace-Johnson: We had an excellent experience! The chef was friendly, knowledgeable and funny.

James Argento: Class was great. It was small and personal with just two others. Chef Mary was personable and very instrutive. The food we helped prepare was excellent.

Michael Bailey: This cooking class was a lot of fun. Mary was a great instructor and made the class fun!! I highly recommend this class 😀

Mary Ann Lambert: Chef Mary was so enjoyable and funny! We loved this class.

Ginna Cuadra: Lovely time, delicious dinner! 😊

Suzanne Lindsay: This was such a special experience! We learned so much about how to make sushi, but also the ingredients themselves, and the restaurant industry and enjoyed such good company at the table of Chef. Highly recommend Chef Shinya's courses!

Hot Stove Society: what do users think?

Amanda Sommerville: We attended a private event hosted at the Hot Stove society and had a wonderful time!Tom was there and was friendly and welcoming to every person. All of the chefs/teachers were enthusiastic and informative. The bartenders went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the whole time. The whole experience was fun, personalized, and interesting. I would absolutely recommend taking a class here / hosting a private event here for anyone!

Rick Vanover: Fun group outing.

L. Campos: Had a great first class with the Hot Stove Society. Everyone seemed to have a good time and learned some things along the way. This hands-on class was programmed for pairs to team up together. So, unless you want a complete stranger handling the food you eat, best to sign up with a relative or close friend. Perhaps not all classes are formatted this way. Look forward to taking more in the future.

Alexander Lavell: Great place for a team outing - fun staff, great food, excellent learning experience.

Teri Camus: We have been wanting to attend a recording of the Hot Stove Society for ever! We had such a good time being a part of the live audience.A wonderful breakfast, and an overall enjoyable way to spend your morning! We love listening to Tom and Thierry, so it was great to see them in person.

Ron “ronskidude”: The Fried Squid we ordered was "too fried" and salty. At first it tasted okay but I guess the salt settled at the bottom. Squid shouldn't really be too fried or else it becomes too chewy. They did remove the fried squid from our bill so that was good. The other things we ordered was pretty good and the ambiance was great. The server was really attentive at first but I guess she got busy.Price is fair, food matches the price except for our bad experience on the fried squid.Parking is plenty but paid.

Soulat Khan: The best team dinner experience. Julie and the HSS staff were incredible 🙏🏼

David De Long: These two chefs are fun to watch and listen to

April: Experienced a team building outing here and loved it! The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and adaptive to the needs and skill level of each group member. They have a wonderful thoughtful thing going here. Regardless of dietary needs, comfort level or background I believe there is something everyone can enjoy about an event here!

Siwen Tang: Had a team event here on a Friday night and it was a great experience! The staff at this workshop and the hotel were so friendly and welcoming! They coordinated so well and the class was really organized!

Ron Storkel: Everything was excellent. Very happy to visited.

Sabrina Englot: The place is nice, clean, organized, and the staff friendly. However it was incredibly boring for a social event and I think is meant to purely be a culinary education course rather than fun activity. The food we tried we good but the portions were small for the cost of course. Not much hands on cooking, hardly at all, which I think led to the lack of fun.

Eric Ringger: Delightful team building activity preparing an Italian meal with personal coaching from house chefs!

Diane's Market Kitchen: what do users think?

Gemma Jing: Fully educational and organic! We are learning a way of lifestyle as well as cooking! This is the place to go!Best broccoli in Seattle is in Diane’s kitchen.

Derek Sakamoto: My husband and I had the MOST AMAZING experience at Diane's Market Kitchen on Valentines Day. Diane has such a warm and inviting presence, and is also a wealth of knowledge with regards to food and food production. As residents of Seattle, she really gave us an education about the abundant produce and protein that are available in the PNW. I wish more people knew about her classes because she presents an experience that is 'so Seattle', and she makes food both interesting and approachable. I cannot wait to take another class with Diane, I highly recommend her business - experiences like these are few and far between these days, and I am so happy that she exists!

Sebastian Arrangoiz: First time I write a review here in Google.I was the only person that showed up to class and Diane still hosted it, which goes on to show how passionate she is about her craft. She even fed me all the dishes we made! She will not only teach how you to cook, but she will also tell you where to get the best ingredients which is also important. Her classes are good for people of all levels, even for donkeys that can't cook like myself! Diane is friendly, energetic, charismatic and has a strong passion for food and cooking. Strongly recommend her. If you got a date or a foodie friend, this is the place to go.

Laurent Pepin: Amazing experience. We cooked delicious food while learning about everything that goes into making great meals. Will definitely go again.

Jordan Shrago: Amazing experience. A group of us went for a work/team event and had a blast. It is a very cute/quaint space right by the water. This is how cooking classes should be. You get to participate and learn a lot of practical knowledge along the way. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere. I would do this once a month if I lived in Seattle.

heidi balus: Diane truly cares about delivering an amazing experience. Her knowledge of the community, food, plus her wit made this an extraordinary experience for our team. You will come away feeling like you spent some time with family you didn’t know you had and they fed you a really delicious meal.

Kelsey K: Diane's Market Kitchen was an incredible experience! We had so much fun. Diane is so personable, skilled, and knowledgable. You can tell that she is truly passionate about her work, and she took the time to make the experience personal and special. I immediately recommended Diane's class to my whole friend group and enthusiastically encourage anyone to go!

Whitney Baglien: A fantastic experience, period. Connected with her and the class as a whole so much. I’m not being dramatic when I say my creativity was sparked again for my passion of cooking. Cooking can heal the body if done correctly and she portrayed that with her passion of cooking. The stories she tells and the knowledge she has about food makes me want more knowledge. I was craving all her tips and tricks by the end of the class. She knows what she is doing. A good hands one experience. Walked away with a smile. Learned many new things and also relearned a few things with a different approach. Very enjoyable evening. Wish I could take all her classes.

Juliane Ross: Diane will simultaneously teach, inspire, and entertain you. Her approach to sourcing quality, accessible ingredients is what makes her recipes the best. She’s kind, curious, and a great local source for food hacks and insider info on the best producers. While learning to make dinner, I learned tips that will change the way I shop and cook. You can tell she loves to learn and innovate while she teaches her students to do the same. Highly recommend! We Will be back!

Paul Meitler: with Diane - first a tour of the Pikes Place Market and then an INCREDIBLE evening of awesome food. Learned so much! Diane is incredibly engaging and fun - you can't ask for a better host. I would recommend this experience to everyone. Enjoy!

The Pantry: what do users think?

Kethnie Moreau: Amazing. Just amazingThank you Bruce. Definitely worth it. Would take another class if I was in town longer!Class is perfect for beginners and people who enjoy being in the kitchen all the time! They have rotating classes that focus on knife skills, brunch, dinner and others focused on locations like Italy France etc. the themes are beautiful. I took the step into spring class they focused on the beautiful local veggies of the area. Anyone can throw a steak on the grill but to make veggies sing is an art form! Learned so many techniques today. Chef Bruce is an amazing teacher and his team was amazing. Service from start to finish.Hand hygiene is high! So everyone felt comfortable. Very clean. Very comfortable space. Open for questions, jokes and learning. Would definitely take another class here at the pantry.

Skip Ferderber: This is one of Seattle's premier cooking schools. Afficionados know that when The Pantry posts its cooking class schedule on the Internet, bookings per class may be gone within the hour, Seriously! Tonight I attended my second class, a 3-hour hands on session on three different Thai noodle dishes. What a treat to cook and taste real Pad Thai that wasn't made with ketchup. Ugh.

Gina So: The classes are great for beginners. I would recommend looking up who's teaching the classes because some of them can be enjoyable or mediocre.

L Coffee: Loved the experience of a cooking class. I know the price point may not be accessible for everyone, but it is a great experience of learning and you have the opportunity to eat together and enjoy what you cooked at the end of the class. I went on my own and easily met the people around me. Everyone was very inclusive and accepting.I took their Fall Farmer's Market class and am excited to take another in the future. I loved learning how to use local foods that are in season to make some delicious well-round meals. you receive a copy of all the recipes as well. I later made the delicious soup as well as the pear deserts at home on my own.

Patricia Melnicki: On Saturday, May 13, my daughters and I hosted a Bridal Shower for my son’s Finacee’ at The Pantry. We made fabulous noodles and feasted on the amazing beef braise Sarah prepared. Everyone loved the experience. Welcoming, warm, professional and incredibly talented. We will definitely be back for additional classes!Thank you!Pat Melnicki

Dafna Bitton: The classes are always epic. Detroit style pizza was dank

Jamie C: I love doing things in the city besides only going out to eat and drink. This was a really fun cooking class. We are locals and enrolled in the salmon class. Figured that's a good first step for PNWers. The instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable about salmon and having lived in the area my whole life, we even learned new things and new parts you can eat!I have taken cooking classes in various areas and at various companies and they are all a little bit different. This one is more collaborative where you work on one large dish per course with most of the team and all eat together I have taken others were each small group of whoever you came with makes their own three courses. It kind of depends on your personal style and how busy and involved you like to be which one you would prefer. This class is pretty slow, paced and relaxing and you get to enjoy wine while you were cooking.Another major plus is that the company is really understanding with food, allergies or restrictions and is able to help you find a class that will work best for you. I really appreciate that with my recent gluten allergy discovery. I have experience, mixed empathy with businesses and would definitely prefer to know if my allergy is a major roadblock to enjoyment and if I would be wasting my money or not. Just be honest!Overall, they change their classes every month, and I definitely would attend again !

Connor D: . The hosts provide a really fun and educational environment and there's lots of natural connection with your fellow classmates, as well as plenty of opportunities to ask questions. You get a sense that you are really learning from the experts!A common sentiment of attendees

Lennart Wong: . It is quite a different experience than having dinner at a restaurant. The people serving you also were the chefs that made the food. So you can ask them about the food and how they made it. The food were so delicious! I think I am hooked!!!

James Mbattiah: Good services

Paris Eastside: what do users think?

Rachana Velaga: I really loved the macaron classes. Muriel was extremely patient and explained everything in detail. My macarons came out flawless. I highly recommend her classes to anyone who wants to try learning macarons.

Heaston Family Adventures: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMuriel is an absolute delight to have as a teacher! Her passion for baking is contagious! My 13 year old daughter and I had such a great time! My daughter just a day after the class has already made the eclairs and cream puffs again!

Michelle Hartop: My daughter took the kids baking class. She had a lot of fun and said the class was easy to follow and enjoyable. The crepes were the best she ever made!

Karen Worcester: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityMy daughter recently took the crepes class and enjoyed it! The ingredients were sent out in plenty of time before the class. Muriel was very easy to work and the class was well organized and fun!

Meng: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy 13-year-old has a very nice time learning making crepes from Muriel. The class was very well organized and the directions/instructions pre- class were every easy to follow. Muriel is a great teacher, friendly and patient. We will do it again for sure!

Lori Sherk: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMuriel is a great teacher. My daughter and I had fun sharing the cooking class from 2 different cities. Muriel had sent the list of ingredients and tools needed prior to the class. It was easy to follow and a delicious tomato/hazelnut tart was the result.

Kiki Karakatsani: Awesome class by Muriel on Creme Caramel!!! Thank you so much - It was easy to follow with clear instructions and great tips - even for someone that cooking is not a strength!

Denis Foucher: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismShort and crisp format for that caramel cream class. The list of ingredients was sent in advance. The recipe was sent as promised within 24 hours.

Denise Mastrangelo: Muriel is wonderful at teaching how to cook. She always shares the little secrets during the preparation of a dish that makes a big difference to create the perfect dish. She is very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Her food is the best!

Jan Townsend: Positive:Communication,Professionalism

Marjorie Ogilvie: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueWhat a delightful evening! We are self-isolating because of COVID-19. My daughter arranged for me to join her and her two daughters virtually for the class! Now we can all cook crepes!

Christine Piven: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueReally fun and learned a lot about cooking! And of course delicious!! We cooked savory crepes.

Lesley Flakus: We had Muriel help with team building by attending a virtual class with my coworkers. So much fun was had by everyone. I learned some new techniques and helpful hints, like don't add salt if you want to sear! I hope we get another call and maybe we can BAKE something! Definitely consider this if you are feeling isolated!

Brad Young: !There is so much more value here than simply following a recipe-tips on knife usage, techniques on how to properly prepare ingredients, background on the recipe at hand. Muriel is an expert at working with individuals of all skill levels and can change the pace of the class as needed without making it seem like the class needs to wait for someone to catch up.It was an incredibly fun experience and really offered my team a special way to connect during quarantine. I highly recommend talking to Muriel about her online offerings for your next team building, Mother's Day/Birthday present, anniversary or any special occasion, it truly will be something they'll remember.

Hannah Handschin: Muriel is an absolutely wonderful teacher! We were so grateful that she has decided to open her home to teach cooking classes. We took the macaron baking class and loved it. Muriel was easy to understand, detailed, kind, and fun to be around! We will definitely return for another class. Plus the macarons were delicious and beautiful!!

Michael Huynh: I took a macaron making class with Muriel and it absolutely terrific! She's very knowledgeable and has been teaching for decades. Any time spent with her is time well spent! If you're thinking about signing up for a class with her, you won't be disappointed!

Clementine Young: Wonderful cooking classes with a great, authentic French teacher. The classes are hands-on and you will be able to use the recipes again for your family.

JElaine Morgan: Looking forward to my next class compliments of my son. He gave me a gift certificate for a class for Mother's Day. Thank you, Jeff!

Donna Ippolito: My macaron brings all the boys to the yard. Muriel is the cutest little thing that ever taught a pastry class. I left wanting to be french. Macaron are a pain in the butt to make however I have made them successfully on my own now and they're more delicious that from any bakery.

Blue Ribbon Cooking: what do users think?

Mary Lee: One of the biggest worries during wedding planning was the food we would serve our guests. Blue Ribbon really stepped up to the plate and delivered some of the best wedding foods, as said by our guests! Planning with Kelsey was a pleasure - she was always so attentive and responsive to all questions and it was just so reassuring to have her on our awesome vendor team. Our complimentary tasting was a great experience, and Kelsey took careful note of our preferences that were perfectly executed on the big day. I wasn't able to get to the desserts they provided, but our guests thoroughly enjoyed them as well. My husband and I love their lavender lemonade!

Adam Hendricks: so I don't consider a few paper towels being on the floor a problem. The only thing I might change would be that my team would have liked to know the exact amount of time we had available prior to our arrival so that we could choose a dish that can be properly prepared in that amount of time or less. All in all it was a very unique and enjoyable experience and I would definitely do it again if the opportunity presented itself.

MJ Koenig: . And your descriptive cards were a very nice and appreciated touch. The venue

Tami Burkley: So much fun, great staff, wonderful team building event. Hopefully will get to go back soon.

Gerardo Casillas: BRC were great to work with, they had a ton of food and beverage options to choose from and were always open to customizations or special requests. They were super accomodating to vegan and gluten dishes as well as we had some special cocktails and desserts in mind and they provided them with no issues. All our guests are still talking about how tasty all was. David S. Was a pleasure to work with and always offering valuable suggestions regarding food, decorations and even layout!

Maria Foster: My team did an Iron Chef competition w/Pike Place shopping event with Blue Ribbon Cooking and it was amazing! The team had a great time and was still raving about it days later. I've been setting up events for Google for 6+ years and this is the best reaction I've ever had at any of my events. The staff was so kind, organized and fun to work with. Everyone loved the aprons Blue Ribbon had embroidered for us and I can say from start to finish, we had a great time.

David Hamid: It was an outstanding experience working with Kelsey and Blue Ribbon over the weekend at a mutual client's wedding. With her expert help, calm demeanor, and positive attitude in coordination, she made my job as the DJ go so smoothly and I believe we exceeded the clients expectations. Everyone was complimenting how the entire formal ceremony and reception went efficiently. I look forward to working with Kelsey and Blue Ribbon in the future. God bless.DJ David @ Groove On Hyde Street DJ

Grace Um: Blue Ribbon catered my baby shower, and I cannot recommend them enough. We probably called and researched 4-5 different caterers, and none of them matched Blue Ribbon's fantastic menu, friendliness and professionalism of their staff, ease of booking/payment, and just overall a wonderful experience. We were lucky enough to have Dave and his team for the event. So many of our guests commented what a lovely job they did and asked what catering company they were with. They were punctual, communicative, self-sufficient, and personable. Thank you so much!

Riley Green: !!

L Noble: Fabulous event catered by Blue Ribbon Cooking yesterday. Wonderful food, beautiful presentation, great service from delightful staff. Absolutely five star job!

Varun Puri: Incredible team offsite!! Dave and patty are awesome

Cornelius Braam: . All of the decorations were perfect, the timeline moved as scheduled, and everyone had a great time. This was only possible with his help. And to top it all off, the food was absolutely delicious, just what we wanted after talking with him and the chefs at our tasting, and in sufficient quantity for all of our guests. I only wish I wasn't so busy so that I could have eaten more of it! I give my highest recommendation to working with BRC and particularly Dave. I would hire them again, but luckily I will not need to have another wedding for myself!

Heli Suokko: I recently had the absolute pleasure of attending an Iron Chef competition at the Blue Ribbon Cooking School with my industry colleagues, I loved every minute of it!Blue Ribbon staff was exceptionally helpful and the competition was beyond fun. Definitely ++ experience and can't recommend highly enough!

Karen Reichert: 😍

Harvest Beat: what do users think?

Irina Yeltsova: to the food

Pat V: Great vegan foof, nice wine pairingd

Elizabeth Smith: Amazing food, ambiance, and overall experience. I had the nonalcoholic pairing, and my husband had the alcoholic pairing. I thought the nonalcoholic drinks were even more special than the alcoholic ones. The food was excellent. Every course was unique and delicious, especially the lasagna and dessert. The ambiance inside was cute and cozy and felt upscale but also comfortable. We sat on the upper level near the kitchen, and it was fun to be able to see what was going on in there. The service was great. The price makes this a special-occasion experience for us, but it was certainly memorable.

Savor Seattle: what do users think?

Meg Rader: Our guides Matt & Catherine were absolutely fantastic! This tour was so much better then we hoped. The food was amazing, but the history and background that they shared with us about Pike Place left us feeling so excited to explore more on our own and with a much deeper appreciation of Seattle in general. If you only do one tour in Seattle, it has to be this one!

Carolyn Muhlenkamp: should sign up for a tutor here. This experience was priceless!

Jonathan Glenn: Such an awesome experience, our guide Matt was very passionate, enthusiastic and really made the whole experience worth it, every tasting was great aswell. Would recommend and do again anytime.

Heather DaCosta: Sky was an amazing host! Full of historical knowledge, kept us interested with his personality and corny jokes😀 Best tour ever!!

Marisa Paitson: Skyler did an amazing job sharing his love of the Pike Place Market community and helping us to experience a great selection of its special vendors. A wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Sara Picazo: Great tour of the market. Enjoyed the variety of places Matt took us to and the additional history and colour he added as we went along. Would highly recommend, thanks Matt!

Marcus Cooper: A life changing experience, truly. The food is to die for! Sky, the tour guide, cultivated a world class excursion.

Natalia Pastenes: and he was the most perfect guide for our tour! Not only is he outgoing, hilarious and super knowledgeable on Seattle and its history but he is so helpful and pays attention to small details. I also did not realize I double booked myself on accident and they noticed the error and fixed it right away which what great because I would’ve never noticed and they saved me $100 😁 I would definitely do this tour again with my husband! I went with my mom so it’s not something that you have to do with a significant other you can do it with anyone! Also the food is AMAZING you will love that ginger beer and brisket 😍

Christina Williams: We had the first tour of 2024 with Amber as our guide and had a great time! Amber's enthusiasm was infectious and it was so great to hear the stories about the people behind the market - and taste great food along the way! We were able to discover new parts of the market we didn't even know existed.

Rob McBride: The Pike Place Market tour, led and conducted by Sky, was outstanding last Saturday afternoon 12/30/23. Misty and I had a great time learning, and tasting, and following up shopping! Thank you Skyler… “with an Errrr!”

Rick Guiliano: Great tour. The staff couldn’t be better. Informational and fun

Jill Havens: This was a wonderful tour! All the food was fabulous and the knowledge we received was also great. Matt, our guide, was amazing. He knows everyone in Pike Place Market and everything about it.

Tim Mahota: The tour was fantastic and that was primarily due to our tour guide Matt. His knowledge was extensive and his energy inspiring. It was great. There is so much to know and such great people to meet.

Julie Terry: We took a tour with Sky and loved it. He is a great guide, knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining! We were able to try a variety of foods. Happy that we took the 10 o’clock tour because it’s not as crowded. One thing I would recommend, take the tour on your first day. Pikes Market is overwhelming so the tour is very helpful to learn your way around. Then you can go back to try more things! Thanks Sky!

Lori Jepson: Wonderful tour! I've been on other food tours this was by far the best. Amber was a great guide, taste portions were large and varied, accommodated food allergies & navigated the Market without using stairs. Great insight into the history/background of the places we visited and the market itself.

Hayley Flanagan: , and I was able to eat something at all but one of the stops. Overall, this tour was the highlight of our vacation, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Griffin Ellis: Amber was the best!!! Great food, awesome history and really accommodating

Carine Patry: The Pike Place Market tour was absolutely outstanding! Our tour guide was both passionate and knowledgeable about the market and the tastings were second to none. Unmissable!

J K: . I get down to the market a couple of times a year and so it was nice to partake in this and see a new side of it. Would definitely recommend and would definitely do it again.

Atrium Kitchen: what do users think?

Jana B: My team truly enjoyed the experience, highly recommend this venue to local businesses. We had a fantastic time cooking al together. The dinner was delicious. Thank you Traci!

Kristie Schwitay: I always take a cooking class when traveling, Greece, Italy, Thailand and Chef Traci’s Market to table tour at Seattle’s Pike Place Market was the best I’ve experienced. Planned our own menu, toured the market, met the vendors, sampled amazing creations and learned a lot of the history and then we had a whole hands on cooking class. Amazing 5 star experience.

Cherie Jackson: Had an amazing experience with Chef Traci at Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market. Traci guided us through the market where we sampled items and met local vendors all while picking up the freshest halibut and produce that we would use to cook our lunch. I love taking cooking classes and this ranks up there as one of the best!

Anita H: Chef Traci was amazing! Johan was also such a great assistant for the day. We loved every aspect of our adventure. Touring the market and learning the history, meeting vendors and hearing their stories and then if that was not enough assisting in making a wonderful meal. Thank you for a great morning Traci! Would recommend the tour to table with Atrium Kitchen if your in Seattle. Local or visiting.

Nicole Fitzgerald: We had a great time at Chef Tracy's Market to Table tour and cooking class! From creating our own menu, to touring the market and meeting vendors, and cooking a delicious meal with our purchases, there was so much to enjoy. As a Seattle resident, seeing little parts of Pike Place that we'd never seen before, finding out where to buy fresh corn tortillas or the best truffle salt, and seeing how Chef Tracy supports and builds community around her, were the best parts. I highly recommend this tour and class to visitors and Seattleites alike!

Darek Giles: This place is amazing. We had such a great time with Chef Traci, full of learning, laughing, and great food! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Eric Sund: Traci was very fun to learn from. She knows a ton about Pike Place and how to cook a good meal. Super fun experience overall.

Bruce Black: Our cooking experience was awesome. Chef Traci and her staff couldn’t have better. We started with a walking tour of Pike Market to get its history and buy our groceries. We then went back to the Atrium Kitchen and prepared our food. Chef Traci was great about teaching us recipes and how to prepare the cuisine. It was a great experience and I will be sure to use the Atrium Kitchen again.

Jason Howard: My family had a wonderful day with Traci and William touring the market and cooking! Highly recommend this tour!!

Petra vanKeppel: Last week my friend and I took a Market to Table Tour and Cooking Class with Chef Traci at the Atrium Kitchen. After we first met at her beautiful Kitchen Traci lead us through Pike Place Market, sharing the history and secrets of the market. She showed us the best places to shop for specialties and delicacies. We also sampled food at several women owned businesses at the market. During the tour she bought seasonal and sustainable ingredients for that day’s class, taking into account food preferences and possible allergies of everyone in the group. After an extensive tour we returned to the Atrium Kitchen where she surprised us with a charcuterie board with some delicious salami and prosciutto, Marcona almonds and Seattle’s own Beecher cheese! The cooking class was wonderful. We made cedar plank salmon with a blackberry sauce which was delicious and easy to make at home as well! We prepared a few side dishes and we even had ice cream for dessert!Even though I have lived in Seattle for many years, I learned a lot that day with Traci and will certainly come back for another cooking class with her in the future!Thank you!

Madelyn Puente: We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner with Atrium Kitchen in Beechers Loft at Inn at the Market. Atrium Kitchen was absolutely 5 star and amazing - super easy to plan and work with, Traci came up with a delicious / crowd-pleasing menu, and created a very hospitable service during the event. After an entire wedding weekend this was one of the most memorable events thanks to the Atrium Kitchen team.We will absolutely use them for catering services in the future for small or large events.

Michele Laham: What a wonderful day was spent at the Atrium Cooking Class ! Traci was an excellent guide touring us around Pike’s Market, the history, the various booths, all of the tastings - such fun! Then back to the cooking class to prepare a sumptuous lunch from appetizers, seasonal vegetables and salad, fresh roasted salmon and a light dessert. The most memorable day! Highly recommend !

Lori VerMurlen: My family came into town and we did this experience to show off Pike’s Place Market and it was worth it! Everyone had an incredible time and loved learning about the market, food and cooking techniques, and especially the staff including Chef Traci. We can’t sing her praise enough, we will be making the recipe she taught us for many seasons to come. If you like Seattle, food and community, this place is definitely for you.

Chuck G.: for their contributions as well. Highly recommended.

BJ Darien: Amazing market to table experience

Ramon Martinez: We met Traci at 9am and began our tour of the public market soon after. She weaves the rich history of the public market with lots of stops at interesting shops, vendors, and restaurants. She has her finger on the pulse of the market and community. She’s friendly with many of the shopkeepers and workers, and everyone loves Traci. As we weaved our way through and around the market she learned of our food tastes and interests and made on-the-spot recommendations of what to purchase for our lunch. Every recommendation was perfect and made our meal one of the best we’ve had. All of the seafood and produce was the freshest possible. Once back in her kitchen she got us situated with a refreshing drink and a first course, and we started prepping and cooking. We never felt rushed and the flow was just right. We ended up with 5 courses, including dessert, which she had pre-prepared. Everything was delicious and we’re still talking about our meal a week after getting back home. Our day with Traci was a major highlight of our trip to Seattle and we highly recommend her tour and cooking class.

lance watson: Chef Traci is the BEST. My 50th birthday was this weekend. She did a cooking session for us. Taking the tour of Pike’s Market should have been the FIRST thing we did. She’s SO knowledgeable of the history here. And after we got our ingredients, we went on a 7 course meal that was EXCELLENT! My kids and I helped prepare delicious food and the experience was like no other. I HIGHLY recommend this experience with Traci!! She’s the BEST HANDS DOWN!!

Jacob: For Father’s Day I booked the pikes place tour and lunch cooking class which starts at 10am with Tracy. I was looking for a class that included not just cooking but learning about fresh, healthy and sustainable local ingredients. Something that differentiates Tracy from other classes out there. Tracy is versatile and can pivot easily based on each person’s diets and needs. The ingredients are picked with everyone in mind directly from vendors at the market. Tracy took the time to answer all of our questions along the way and we learned a few new things about the market as well, even though we’re long time locals. Everything we cooked was delicious, even low in salt. There were multiple food courses including fresh fish, vegis, cheese and fruit. Drinks included! Highly recommend as a great farm to table cooking class within the walls of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market.

jake devlin: A phenomenal experience and an absolutely must do if you are looking for fine dining in the area. Service and presentation were amazing and the food was full of flavor and meticulously prepared. My guest was a pescatarian and was easily accommodated.Parking: The parking lot comes up quick and the turn around is pretty far out of the way so be careful when approaching.

Sherry Fan: out of all the fine dining places in seattle, this doesn’t necessarily have the best food, but it undoubtedly has the best service and atmosphere. i appreciate that there is a formal dress code as it really elevates the ambiance of the meal. the service is truly unmatched; you feel very welcomed and the staff takes care of every aspect of your experience. the view is probably one of the best in seattle. however, for the price point, the food is merely good. there certainly were dishes that blew my mind, but this was maybe 2 out of the 10 dishes we tried. the drinks again were good, but not particularly special. again at this price point i would expect the food and drinks to be more singular.

Girish Shekhar: On my first visit to a fine dining establishment in Seattle, I was treated to a truly exceptional experience. Despite the set menu, the staff graciously accommodated our requests, showcasing their dedication to personalized service. From the moment we arrived, the valet and welcoming staff set the tone for a memorable evening. Each expertly prepared course was a masterful fusion of rich flavors, with every bite a testament to the chef's culinary artistry. The entire experience was a symphony of warmth, elegance, and gastronomic delight.Note : This is not a traditional dining experience in Seattle so make sure to dress up with suits, sport coat and dresses.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian set menu.

Chris Roach: Absolutely incredible dining experience. Was fortunate enough to attend a dinner lecture series in the upstairs section. Some of the most delicate and delicious cuisine I have ever had. Most amazing salmon I have ever tasted.Dietary restrictions: Staff were very considerate and careful to ask about dietary restrictions and offered vegetarian/options for their set menu

James Edward:

Spinasse: what do users think?

Denise Tanaka: I have recently had the pleasure of dining there and must say, it was quite an enjoyable experience. From the moment we were greeted by our server, who was impressively friendly without being artificial, to his insightful explanations about the nuances of Piemonte cuisine against other part os Italy, the service truly stood out.Although the tarjarin, their specialty, wasn't quite to my taste due to my personal preference for thicker and al dente pastas, the nettle risotto was absolutely divine, elevating my dining experience we never had such delicious risotto before. The cocktails were expertly crafted, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. While the milk pork was a bit unconventional and leaned towards the sweeter side, it didn't quite hit the mark for me but it was wellk prepared. I'm intrigued to explore their dessert offerings on a future visit, as there was unfortunately no room left after our satisfying meal. The ambience, with its tasteful Italian-inspired decor, transported us to Italy, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. All in all, it was a delightful dining experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another culinary adventure at Spinasse.

FrogLegs Cooking School: what do users think?

Mary Albl: My niece and I did the Cookie Exchange Kid/Adult Class at the UVillage and it was so much fun. Very interactive, unique, and the instructor couldn't have been more friendly. She took the time to really explain everything but also let the kids be kids. We made three different kinds of cookies -- best way to start off the winter break.

Jordan Maughan: Best cookies I’ve had in a long time

Reed Sorensen: We took a cooking class the day before Thanksgiving so we could bring sides to the festivities. Heather was a pleasure to spend two hours with and we definitely benefited from her experience cooking for high-end restaurants. Highly recommended.

D M: Brought the little one here for cooking class. DROP OFF! He LOVED it. Had fun, said teacher was nice, and wants to come back. He was sent home with a box of some of the best scones I've ever had.

Steven Moos: Breast place for a7 year old birthday party! Thanks Ms. Kit Kat!

Chris W.: Cute little spot. Cool concept with the baking classes, not super common around here. Hope the cooking class extension are worth the investment. Had the pumpkin sweet butter cookie, was bomb..a little sugary. Nice front associate.

Garrett N.: Had a great time doing the pizza kit cooking class with FrogLegs! We made pizza dough from scratch, and while we waiting for the dough to rest, we decorated cookies also provided in the kit! Good times, and everything came out great. 👍

The Galaxy: The cookies they have there are the best I've ever had! Especially the s'mores, those are my faves! Love it!

Christopher Morris-Lent: FrogLegs rules

Sandra Anderson: wear gloves. Seriously!!

Craig Van Doorn Sr: Great place. Excellent food and staff

Lucas Duffey: Really good cookies - s'mores, brown butter, and chocolate chip were both excellent. Smores was out favorite.

How To Cook A Wolf: what do users think?

Mackenzie Brisben: We came here for Seattle Restaurant Week recently and had the following:Marinated Olives: perfectionSteak Tartare: I loved it but my two friends didn’t like it at allAhi Tuna: to me was super bland and almost tasted watery? I don’t know how to describe it. Only one of the three of us liked this item.Kale Salad: amazingAgnolotti: delicious but small portionsPaccheri Nero: was made celiac friendly for us which was awesome. It was meh though due to the sauce being understated.Steak: the potatoes and broccolini with the steak were perfect however the steak was confusing because some bites were amazing while others were tough and under seasoned. I had it medium rare. Huge potion though!Pistachio Gelato with Shortbread Cookie: delicious and generous serving size.Cheesecake: kind of seemed like it came from Whole Foods which I’m sure it didn’t but just not that exciting and pretty small for portion size compared to the gelato.Overall it definitely was not bad food but adding 1-2 glasses of wine to this $65 prefix menu landed us at $122 each and it was super not worth that. Sorry! I found it disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Can do celiac friendly foods

Leanne Mustafa: it was pricey, like $200ish, but that's with multiple drinks too. Over all it was a delight from start to finish. Amazing food, great pace, wonderful service we're coming again with friends 😍😍😍

Randy: Quality food and drinks at very reasonable prices.

Laura: Visited on Valentine's Day and ordered from their Wolfie Valentine prix fixe menu, which included four shared appetizers, choice of pasta, choice of main, and choice of dessert.Steak tartare - it was okay, but pretty bland and under seasoned. Kind of had to rely and the salt flakes on the cracker for seasoning. I also wish the crackers were thicker, or that there were a couple more of them.Ahi crudo - pretty good, sauces were tasty and well balanced!Delicata squash with goat cheese - this was my favorite of the appetizers. Well cooked, slightly caramelized.Burrata with beets & kumquat - beets and kumquats were sweet and sour, which complemented the creamy burrata really well.Duck pappardelle - pasta was overcooked, so it was kind of mushy. Sauce was a bit plain, but duck was nice and tender.Black trumpet tagliatelle - well cooked, and tasty! Huge portion, we ended up taking some home to save space for the main course.Scallops - sadly also overcooked, so they were too chewy. I thought the fresh blood orange slices were a bit overpowering, but enjoyed all the other components.Zabuton - well cooked, but the cut was fattier than we expected. And more weight from the nduja butter on top. It needed something more to counterbalance the fattiness. The rutabaga puree was unpleasantly bitter.Almond frangipane torte - by far our favorite course! Delicious mix of flavors and textures. Only regret was ordering soebetto instead of two tortes.Service - overall very attentive, friendly service. The check in was not quite ideal, since there's no space inside to wait for your reservation, so we had to wait outside in the cold.Ambiance - cozy and romantic.

Fogón Cocina Mexicana: what do users think?

Chris B: If you're in Seattle and looking for real, authentic Mexican food, this is the place to be!

ashish aleti: Fogon Cocina Mexicana is a must-visit restaurant in Seattle. We've been here five times over the last year and have never been disappointed. The dishes here are bursting with fresh, spicy flavors and are not drowned in rice and beans. The restaurant's freshly made tortillas are a standout feature. The portion sizes are just right, and there are plenty of vegetarian options available. Although the restaurant caters mainly to adults, our little ones enjoyed the food just as much. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, be sure to book ahead as the restaurant gets busy, and the wait times can be long. Parking can also be a challenge, as it's paid street parking. Overall, Fogon Cocina Mexicana is a fantastic addition to Seattle's dining scene and should be on your must-try list.Vegetarian options: There are clearly labeled vegetarian optionsParking: Parking is tough, you have to keep looking for one on a Friday or the weekend.Kid-friendliness: Although it's more adult oriented, kids can enjoy the dishes thoroughly

Mekia U: We ordered the fajitas which had such great flavor. I'm used to the sizzling fajitas that come to table and that is not the presentation for this dish. Nevertheless it was still piping hot. The street taco sizes shells are made in house and delish. I do hate we were only provided about 3 or 4 shells each for such a large dish and would have had to pay extra for more. Also ordered the agave margarita which was super strong. I barely made it through the beverage. Service left something to be desired but overall a nice place. We waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday night around 6.

David W: This place is one of my top 2 favorite Mexican restaurants in Seattle. Lots of items on the menu, I experienced exceptional service, full bar with specialty cocktails. I highly recommend happy hour foods and beverages. It has some outdoor seating for the lucky few on a warm day in Seattle. The place was packed, a hip, cool place to go on Capitol Hill that has I think excellent authentic Mexican food.Vegetarian options: There are numerous vegetarian options. There was no problem getting the chicken on the side for the nachos for my friend who eats meat.
