Rich's Custom Upholstery Inc: what do users think?

JC Choi: When real people are doing what comes natural, what is borne of this: total satisfaction. The owner Moe has a bit of carnival barker but this guy is all business and he is on the side of fairness and justice. He also happens to run the place. And it runs like a Swiss watch. Order- Deliver- Approve- Install, and that part of the process took 4 hours. When's the last time that happened.

JOpinion: I had been looking for a reliable shop to reupholster my seats on my motorcycle and I am glad I chose Rich's. Initially the seat they made was beautiful, but a little different than what I was looking for. I called them back, told them what I thought and without hesitation they got me back in and fixed my seat. It turned out perfectly and I can ride for now for hours. I can't thank or recommend them enough for all your upholstery needs. Thanks guys!

Brian Nixon: The carpet in the trunk of my Toyota Camry got absolutely filthy and I wasn't sure what could be done other than completely replacing it. Moe at Rich's Custom Upholstery was great! He took a look at the carpet, found an in-kind replacement and gave me a quote within a matter of minutes, but then also gave me great advice on how I could tackle the project myself in easily attainable steps. He saved me hundreds of dollars and a lot of wasted time looking around - just doing the right thing for someone who was out of his depths. I really appreciate the honest dealing!

J Hoff: I want to give Moe and the Techs at Rich's big props for the help with my Triumph Spitfire I'm fixing up. I needed to do a little carpet work and a set of new door cards. I'm doing the work myself and Moe was able to come up with the perfect materials that were leftovers from other projects, this kept the costs well within my budget. I'll be back and send others to Rich's.Thanks again Moe!!

Hannah Mosheim: Rich's custom upholstery has the nicest staff and did a great job reupholstering the bench in my hyundai elantra! My car got broken into and the leather bench seat had holes from broken glass. Rich's dealt with Statefarm and fought for me so Statefarm would cover the whole bill so I wouldn't have to. Elysia answered all my calls and called Statefarm many times for me! They replaced the leather bench quickly and it looks brand new!

Chen Grace: They’re so professional and employees are so nice! I am so glad I chose them!

Hollie Robertson: The owner helped me put up the top on my 65 Mustang. I had the top down all summer and couldn't get the top latched. He was very nice and educated me as to why you need to put the top up every day after having it down. He didn't charge me. I definitely recommend Rich's Custom upholstery!

Catie D: Brought my car in after ripping my car seat. Not only does it look good as new, they got the car in and out super fast. The whole crew is friendly and made the process a breeze, communicating with me every step of the way. 100% would come back.

Dave Ralston: They did good work on my classic vehicle’s upholstery. They tracked down there OEM fabric. And did a custom looking job on finishing work.

Terry Roberts: The best!

James Houle: Best custom tops in Seattle !

Keith Horwood: Needed carpet work for a clsssic Porsche. Very helpful people with great smiles.Job finished quickly to the specs I requested and the price was acceptable.I will be back!Service:Classic car upholstery

Preston Mackness: Awesome upholstery shop!!!! I bought a cover for my ATV seat from Amazon and tried to install it myself, but the cover didn't fit. Rich's was able to modify the seat cover to fit and made it look amazing! Very reasonable price and quick turnaround.Services:Retrofitting,Custom upholstery design,Seat rebuilds,Upholstery installation

Vesta Scott-Carter: They did my door panels on my GT mustang. Next will be my passenger seat repair.

Christopher Berens: . Their estimates were accurate, the work was done perfectly on schedule and the people there are great to work with. Definitely recommended!Service:Upholstery repair

Tania Finlayson: Moe and his crew showed a remarkable degree of kindness and compassion, as evidenced by their exceptional efforts to create a waterproof covering for my wheelchair. Their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty is a testament to their commitment to delivering exceptional service. I would enthusiastically endorse their services to others seeking custom solutions! Very thankful I found Rich's Custom Upholstery.Service:Custom upholstery design

Kim P: GREAT PLACE! They gave me an easy solution to my car upholstery solution that I could do myself and it worked. They could have easily charged me $2000. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.Service:Upholstery repair

Kevin J. Cox: I used Rich’s years ago on the first car I ever owned. I had forgotten what a great job they do. I purchased a used BMW M3 convertible last week in California. Mechanically, so far, the car is perfect but the drivers seat showed the typical wear these cars always seem to have. They repaired the drivers seat and dyed all of the leather that showed wear due to exposure to the sun. The interior looks brand new. They also completed a couple of other repairs at no charge. I couldn’t be more pleased.Service:Upholstery repair

Convertibles Only: what do users think?

Sue Keene: I appreciate everyone at Convertibles Only. My car was being a challenge, and the guys were up to the challenge. They kept adjusting the top and replacing the parts on my old car, until it was fixed! All staff go out of their way get you in and make it work! Thx Convertibles Only! You are the only place I would go.

Derek Berger: My soft top was still in good shape but the plastic window was not. Convertibles Only was able to replace only the window without requiring a full soft top replacement. Result was great. Service was professional, polite and speedy.

Teri Schroeder: My hubby got the top on his 2002 Miata replaced and they did a first-rate job!

Sonja Stonework: Wonderful workmanship

Christian Bongiorno: Very professional and courteous

Rick O'Neil: Put a new top on my 1991 BMW

Shannon Beauclair: If you in the Seattle metro area and own a convertible then you need Yaris shop if you ever have an issue with your top

Bill Ellis: Helped me make a good decision. Should have used these folks instead of Durham!

Brian Corbett: This is a company that has been around Seattle for decades not years. Because they will tell you up front the costs and what the variables are ave stick to it. They do amazing work on any obscure car you come up with, they will take care of you.

Aleks Posielski: The only place I take my E36 convertible for top related repairs. I swear every time I go there they have about 2-3 of my exact car being worked on or waiting in the parking lot. No wonder they are experts! They fixed a leak for about $50 that other shops were quoting hundreds. And 3 years later the fix is still nice and dry.Edit: well it’s been 3 years and I’ve gone here a bunch more since I originally wrote the review so I thought I’d add an update. These guys are the ONLY place I’ll go for convertible or interior jobs. They are so nice and do such incredible work. They just did such a beautiful job on a headliner for me. And the original convertible leak they fixed for me 6 years ago is still perfectly dry.

Tim F: Positive:Quality,ValueExcellent business, I'd use them in the future. Came here for a small seat repair job. The crew really stands behind their work. They are very busy and it's tough to get on their calendar. Certainly worth the wait. Thanks Les and Kim.Service:Upholstery repair

Marjorie Meza: Customer service is outstanding. The advice on repairs was sound and fair no double talk. The owner took the time to cover ripped area prior to next appointment.

Kyle Saxton: Great quality and service! Mercedes looks great.

Peter Williamson: They did what they said they would do for a reasonable price.

Howard Struve: Fast service, flexible scheduling, and work with the customer.

Tracy Dennis: Very friendly and hard working gentleman. LV is amazing

Rich's Custom Seats: what do users think?

Mike Simon: Just today I had Rich’s build a seat for my 2016 BMW R1200RT. Custom fitting, listened to my concerns, and they made some suggestions.A great process, cool shop, and nice people. They retained my factory seat heat, custom fit the foam to my body, added a gel insert, and sewed a new leather cover. A high quality product that comes with a guarantee. If it’s not right after I spend some time on it, they will fix it and make it right. My highest recommendation. If you’re anywhere near Seattle/PNW, it’s time and money well spent.

Sirena Kalinski: Rich is the expert when it comes to custom seats. He will get your seat dialed in to your exact needs. Worth every penny

Dale Kalinski: Wonderful environment. VERY skilled technicians. Rich knows his stuff! Seat is AMAZING!!!

Leslie Atkinson: After years of wanting a custom seat for my street glide, I finally got down to the shop to have Rich make me a seat. I opted for leather, heat and a backrest for my solo seat and it turned out beautifully! 😍 Aaron even matched the sticking to my paint which is a nice touch. Two days in the saddle later and I am very pleased with my purchase and recommend Rich's Custom Seats to anyone looking for an excellent quality custom seat. Also, we were fortunate that the suite above the shop was available for the night and we were very happy with the accommodations.

Brian Smith: Awesome job

Kristine Rowland: Rich and team were great to work with and we love the finished seat. If your bike seat gives you any trouble at all, then I 100% recommend going to see Rich.

Jim Hershey: I have a KTM 1290 Duke that was horribly uncomfortable after about 1 hour. After Rich rebuilt my seat, it's good for all-day touring. Amazing difference from stock .

Charles Forsyth: I am very happy with my custom seat, pillion and backrest. Rides are more comfortable now. They even matched the threads to my pinstripes, which is awesome.

Mahdi Albassam: Rich was very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. Very nice setup with great craftsmanship.

Ren Yuthok: and suggested I get bar risers for better ergonomics. With the riser, the bike became immensely comfortable to ride long distances, and I just wanted to give this business some props.

nammergon: The best

Dana Pieze: Stands behind his work. All craftsmanship and materials are top notch.I have been going to him for years.

Teresa Garrison: A friend and I both went out to Rich’s to have seats done, they were very professional in helping you achieve the most comfortable seat possible. The process was fun and there’s a restaurant and Safeway nearby for food. And if you get five seats done you can get a free toaster lol. We both ended up with beautiful comfortable seats and enjoyed the day.!Service:Body Trim

Janet Lybbert: . If you don't think a good seat matters, you haven't had a custom seat fit for you. My motorcycle is better balanced as well as a lot more comfy for the long rides. Pam did the leather work & stitching. ❤️ Love my new seat!

Hal Bc: Rich is an old school expert that does fine custom work. He put a brand new top on our Z4 and it's factory perfect. If you want it done right.....take it to Rich.

Seattle Cycle Center: what do users think?

Tom Hauburger: Bu adamlar harika.

Alexander Ivanov: Fantastic service! Came today to install crash bars on my Bonneville T120. Folks did it MUCH cheaper than other Seattle shops quoted! Highly recommend! I'll be back for other bike service needs!

Bob G: is amazing

Jeri Whitsett: Lupita is the best employee ever!

Tracy A: Safety first. Always do good work. Good prices

ERIC HENDRICKS: Don't even think about going anywhere else. These guys are straight shooters. They've kept my bikes and scooters running for over a decade. They even helped me rebuild after multiple crashes. Knowledgeable and always a fair value.

Mark Armstrong: Great place. Bought a scooter for my wife. Ryan is a great person to deal with. Very informative and great prices.

H. L.: Knowledgeable staff. Very happy and grateful for the services they have provided me through the years.

Accel Auto & Marine Upholstery: what do users think?

David Stark: Just picked up the rear seats for my '68 mustang and wow are they nice. Randy did a great job, thank you!

Jim Luther: Randy replaced the seat cushion cover on my 2019 Subaru Outback. He gave me a quick estimate, and was able to do the job in a couple of hours a couple of days later after he picked up the new seat cushion cover. Randy also made sure I obtained the receipts needed to help me with a reimbursement from Subaru since the Outback is only 4 years old with 27K miles.

Tom & Barb: Randy just installed a new roof on my Jaguar XK convertible. So nice to find someone who still provides excellent workmanship, great attention to detail and who cares about the finished job. Also a quarter of the price that Jaguar wanted!

Ahmed Kholy: Randy was really friendly and did a fantastic job repairing the driver seat on my Infiniti coupe. Look at the before and after photos. Randy was punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Sid Thatte: as well as his level of preparedness

19 Sounds: Randy did an amazing job on repairing a pretty big tear on my perforated leather drivers seat that had seen better days. Went above and beyond by repairing side bolstering and getting perfect color match on 10+ year old leather. Has been near a year since and it still looks amazing. Thank you for help!

John Peterson: Randy installed a new top on our Miata. His work is the highest quality. Excellent communication and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Stewart Hill: Positive:QualityRepair of torn car seat completed that day, with high quality and at a reasonable price. Would definitely use their services again.Service:Upholstery repair

Adis Abreham: Service:Upholstery repairPositive:Professionalism,Quality,Value

David Huntsman: The center council for my 2010 Acura TL leather cover had worn through leaving the padding exposed. Randy promised he could replace the leather, quoted me a price and time that seamed reasonable. He did everything promised plus he also replaced the padding at no extra cost. His work blends in perfectly with the leather seats and all the rest of the leather trim, except for the fact that it is new and perhaps the stitching is better than factory original. I am pleased with the quality of Randy’s work, and will recommend his service to others.Service:Upholstery repair

mike modica: Great work and fast turn around thanks Jan

Jeremy Kahn: . His backlog was appx 6 weeks... another marker of a quality business in demand. But when it was time to fit my seat, he asked me to come in and review the foam cut/seat fit as I remember.

matt: Great customer service and knowledgeable.

Eric Din: Randy helped me sort out interior parts for an 86 Toyota Custom Cab. He is super knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to help! Would happily come back.

AltRider: what do users think?

davis Hawkey: Excellent customer serviceTimely, efficient, and friendly

Nate Clark: "I’m now Altrider customer for life! I preordered the Adventure II foot pegs for my new Honda Transalp, knowing I would have a wait time ahead of me. I emailed an inquiry, just to gauge the wait time. Lyndell promptly replied with a wealth of info.He not only gave me an estimated wait time, but educated me on the strict engineering standards, which were the reason of the wait. He also gave me an option of using the Africa Twin foot pegs, and advised that while they would fit, in rare cases the springs could break. He let me know about the fit kit that would soon be available, should I break a spring, or if I just wanted to upgrade. This gets me on my bike with the Adventure II foot pegs weeks before I had planned. Super stoked and will definitely be recommending Altrider products to all my riding buddies. A+ for service and support from Lyndell and Altrider!”

slimsmarti: The brake pedal is great. The foot pegs are better than great! My size 13 4E boots set comfortably on the pegs, it is an awesome upgrade. The video instructions made installation less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Alt Rider.

Jackie Ramsey: These guys were super helpful ordering over the phone and more than impressed with the engine guards, skid plate, and headlight protector on my new 23 GS1250.

Michael Stoermer: The construction of these crash bars appears to be much more robust than the OEM bars. No significant drops yet, but just installing them, a lot was easy to determine. The triple black powder coating goes a long way as well.

Zlatan: I am very satisfy on corresponds with and professionalism of AltRider! I am contacting them from other part of planet they are responding as lighting fast great stuff. Send you a picture of stuff o my bike. All best guys

Ethan Scott: Bought old stock bars fro my BMW G650GS. They let me know they had some cosmetic blemishes, but did touch ups; I was good with that as bars like this are hard to find for an older bike. Bars arrived in great shape, touch ups look good, and installation was pretty straight forward. I started outfitting by bike with other Altrider items when I can find them. Great customer service and quality seems good - but hoping not to test the bars!

Jeff Posuniak: Great company, excellent customer service, making the best protection n mods in the industry right here in USA!!! Lyndell is top notch when it comes to follow up and communication! Keep up the great work fellas!!!!

Danny Windau: Recently ordered a set of lower crash bars with skid plate from AltRider for my 2022 R1250GS and I am very happy with them. Ultimately, with the help of an installation video on YouTube, I was able to install the crash bars and skid plate very easily. The quality of the products is very good and the customer service responds quickly and clearly. Thanks for the help in the ordering process Lyndell!

Jairo Rivera: The AltRider Tail Tidy works with the Camel Auxiliary Fuel Tank and I can put blinkers up to 1.8 inches. Very well designed and it might be an option for other T700 owners that cannot get the Tail Tidy from Camel anymore or the ones having quality issues.I also put the AltRider Variable Lowering Links and the Adjustable Side Stand on my bike. AltRider offer more options to adjust the bike to the different rider styles & preferences and they look pretty nice too.Thank you for answering all my emails.Excellent customer service!.

Dave Genzler: Excellent service. These people went out of their way to reach out and assist me with ordering my part from a Canadian distributor to save me time and money.

Joe Burgé: Amazing product! The box say “notice our attention to detail” and I did. The highway pegs I purchased from Altrider are machined art.

Kris Watkins: one of the specialty bolts for the Africa Twin skidplate. Lyndell Jensen Is a responsive and motivated customer service person at Altrider. The quality of the product along with superb customer service = 5 star review

spalmer54: I have ordered many items for my BMW 1250GS from AltRider in the past and have been very pleased with each purchase. I had received a defective product from a competitor witch could not be replaced in the time frame I needed. So I reached out to AltRider. They were able to expedite a backorder on upper crash bars I had placed and provided answers to questions on their pillion/rear luggage rack. On the same day they packed and shipped my order. I am so impressed with the products they offer and the customer service Lyndell at AltRider provided. Thank you!

Mohammed Kassak: Lyndell Jensen helped me so fast and with great news and that makes me appreciate altrider even more. Need to get more stuff to support them! 🙌🏽

Todd Hogan: Products and customer service is the best

CJ Berg: Great people and awesome products!100% recommend this company!!!

Triumph of Seattle: what do users think?

Michael: I went in recently to check out a KTM 690 they had on their site. Unfortunately I missed the bike by about 20 minutes. Colin R. showed me a couple other bikes near that size and price range. Talked about helmets they had and looked at another employee's DRZ400sm. I didn't feel he was pushy and trying to get me to buy something. More showing me options to be considered. If I find a Triumph I like I'll get it here or possibly something from their pre-owned.

S V: Amazing service and super awesome staff.

Robert Gary: This was the first time I had gotten service on my Vespa scooters purchased at Triumph Seattle a couple of years ago. Joe made my life easy, given that I needed to trailer the scooters from a remote location. His communication during the service was excellent, and the follow-up afterward to help me find a part went above my expectations. The expectations set during check-in matched the work that needed to be done, and they turned the scooters around faster than I expected. Overall, it was a great first experience.

D BroWeb: There’s change afoot here. I was losing faith in this dealership a year or so ago but decided to give them another chance for my Tiger 900 annual service. I’m glad I did. There are a number of new people in the service department and they’re all very customer oriented and willing to go above and beyond to serve the customer’s needs. To be fair, some of the previous people were good too, but something abut the underlying system is different. Before, they always seemed to be fighting their own system even when they wanted to be helpful, where now, it just seems to all flow together the way it should. Both the annual service and a subsequent appointment to install a couple wire harnesses for add-on running lights were done quickly, and the work was done well. Specific thanks to Paige and Joe for coordinating and David for doing the servicing!

Mike Kuzi: As usual for Triumph of Seattle, The service, people, and atmosphere were impeccable and appreciated the quick turnaround and care!!!

Thomas Cox: I went to schedule some repair work at Triumph of Seattle. A phone call into their service department a week earlier was answered by a cheerful staff member who was able to schedule the work when I wanted it done, on a Saturday. When I arrived for the work to be done, the store and the service departmen was a blur of activity. Apporoaching the service desk I was immediately greeted. They took my keys to log my bike information. I was given and estimated repair cost, signed the repair authorization and decided to hangout a while. I rode in from Everett, so my ride home will take a while to get me.Some strolls through the show room and some magazine articles later, I hear someone calling my name. The service department finished the work faster than they thought. HECK YA!! I don't have to wait for my wife to pick me up. On budget, done sooner than projected and everyone there is pleasant to work with at Triumph of Seattle. I had the same experience with them when I bought the bike new in 2022.This seems to be a theme there.A real pleasure to work with.Be safe and enjoy the ride.Best Regards, Thomas C.

Michael C: Walked in ona sunny day to look at a bike and was directed to another bike that better suited my needs and wants as a returning rider, colin helped me through the entire process and had me riding a new to me bike the next day. Couldnt be happier with how everyrhing went and highly reccomend visiting this location if you are in the market for some of the greastest bikes on the road.

Cedric Ross: because I bought a used bike. Pete greeted me and helped me get situated. He pointed out the excellent deals and answered multiple questions. After about 45 minutes of trying things on, I was ready to buy! Thanks to Pete, I scored some great gear at a price I could afford. The place is excellent and everyone there were both friendly and helpful. I’ll be back there again for my summer gear! Stop in and say hello to Pete!

Trevor Laugen: The folks at Triump provided a prompt diagnosis of the mechanical issue facing my Vespa and an equally prompt turnaround on the repair! I'll certainly be back for any future maintenance work.

Ryan Echausse: Excellent service. Great communication. Reasonable pricing

Christian Arger: Great dealership and service center. They will take care of you and do a great job corresponding to all inquiries.

Corey Sutton: Just bought a Bonneville T-100 from these folks, and the experience was fantastic! The sales rep Josh was friendly and knowledgeable, and got me through the whole purchase without a snag. Also big shoutouts to Sol in gear and apparel who gave me a ton of information, Pete in the service dept. who walked me through everything about how they take care of the bike, and Peter in finance who helped me through all of the financing paperwork. Great team, and I look forward to dealing with them in the future as I come back for service and gear!

Josh Parker: Great folks here at the local Triumph dealer! Been doing business with them for a couple years now. Beautiful shop with friendly and helpful employees. Had some work done on my bike after wrecking it and the staff was very communicative about all the work being done to it. The coffee shop inside is killer as well!

Tristan S: Absolutely fantastic help

Jenna Mark: . The engine would stall when I gave it gas. Even though John and Scott are super busy, they took me in limping my poor bike off the street same day. I was out of there with a purring bike only a couple hours later. I am super grateful they were so willing to help me on such short notice and were just delightful about it. They were especially patient and kind, especially for lil ol' me who is new to this bike

Conrad Puff-Carter: Helped me out even though I wasn’t buying anything!

Nick Godfrey: These guys rock. Seattle is a frustrating town to own a motorcycle in. These guys will assist you with anything as well as install almost anything on your bike. See you guys soon

Very happy with the work and the cost was reasonable. Richie was also very helpful with all my questions about the bike and how to do some things myself.Services:Electrical repair,Steering suspension repair,Brake service repair

Richard Rosenthal: and Kyle

HASSAN AL: Excellent people

Ali Gtta: Good well

D Gantt: They'll get it done. And do it right 👍

William R: Fixed my Vespa and did an oil change. Runs perfectly now. I was having issues and couldn’t get the Vespa to start, even though I’d successfully repaired it in the past. They were able to fix it the same day that they picked it up and it works perfectly now. Also, seems insane to give them negative reviews and complain that they were non-responsive when they were closed due to Covid.I highly recommend this place and will go back, especially because there is not a dedicated Vespa repair shop in Seattle.

John Moore: What a great shop to find in my own community! Ethan and Jerry are professional and knowledgeable. Also friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my bike. This will be my shop for life.

Christopher Moorhead: Quick response, good product and timely updates on my order.

Jason Lorance: Helpful, knowledgeable, and realistic in setting expectations and estimates! Thank you!

Brad Ritke: Great little shop these guys helped me in a pinch and were very patient with me as I had to wait for a part to come in. They do outstanding work I would highly recommend. Thanks guys

Arturo Rodriguez: Pretty helpful customer service, committed to serve. ThanksI recommend this place

John Allen: Finally, I found someone honest that I can trust with my ride more than I trust myself.
