I just had moved in and got the tvs on a target drive up and got into a bit of a pickle on maneuvering and lifting it up. I can't thank him enough for doing this in such a short notice. I called on them for a more challenging move, not just jockeying boxes but a hefty appliance move up and down a treacherous stair case. These guys did a stellar job taking care of every detail. This was an internal move - moving heavy storage tubs from the basement to the attic, and clearing out a storage room, moving boxes and loose shelf contents upstairs. They also disassembled a bed frame that was too big to fit through the stairwell and reassembled it, in it's new place. We were really pleased with the prompt response and scheduling, accurate estimate, and careful handling of our items.

We've used them twice now, once for our move from Cap Hill to Ballard and more recently to empty the contents of our basement into a storage pod in our driveway.Jonathan and Alex were awesome, asked great questions, and had the basement empty before we even had a chance to ask how ti was going. Not only that, but they were incredibly thoughtful about how they organized our things in the storage pod to maximize the use of the space. They even took some extra steps to help protect things from the moisture that could leak in under the door.Really can't recommend them enough. Grayson Udstrand: These guys are the best. We got screwed last minute by another moving company and the folks at Kingdom found a way to make it happen for us. They showed up right on time with a crew of personable, friendly dudes and had all of our boxes loaded up and ready to ship in no time. We had a Ubox from Uhaul so the container was actually pretty small, but despite growing concerns that our stuff wouldn’t all fit they Tetris-ed every last bit and then some into it. After they carefully padded and tied down the load, there wasn’t a square inch left in that box for our stuff to wiggle around. I’d hire them again and again if we hadn’t been moving across the country.By the way, it makes it a lot easier for everyone if you’ve got all your stuff packed up and boxed up ready for loading before Kingdom arrives. Brian Nez: Kenneth and Armando did a great job moving my 1 bedroom apartment within Seattle and went above and beyond as far as moving is concerned! Care was taken -- furniture was dismantled so that each part could be individually protected, and my freshly painted walls were not scratched even in tight spaces. Kenneth is very personable as well. I have only compliments for them.I had to take one star off because there was a service fee even when I offered to pay in cash. The contract says "A customer service fee of up to 7%, but no less than 4% is applied to all credit card charges. The Service charge will not apply if payment is made with Money Order, Bank Cashier’s Check, or Cash." However, later on after having scheduled my move, when talking with the back office on the phone I was told there is no difference in price for cash vs. card.One other thing to watch out for is the trucks come from Tukwila, even though the company is based in Seattle, and you have to pay for the travel time to/from there!

Laura Stachel: I used Neighbors Relocation Services to move from WA to UT. From beginning to end, these guys were terrific! The estimate was thorough and professional, yet I didn't feel like "just another job", it was personal. They sent 6 guys and 2 trucks to load up my life. They packed efficiently and carefully. Upon unloading, everything was placed exactly where I wanted, and everything was in great condition. I had one person at the office that I was in constant contact with, so I never felt "alone" in the process. If you HAVE to move, use these guys!!!!!
