They call me in advance to let me know that they are delivering and at what time and did excellent install and fast, have shown me how appliances work and how to operate it. I am comparing these guys to Albert Lee Appliances; I bought washer and dryer from them and they could not deliver it to me, Albert Lee scheduled time for me 8 AM to 12 PM and I took half day off and they could not deliver and were very rood to me when I called them. I had to return my items to Albert Lee and go to Arnod's, I made and right choice.

The salesperson was the same guy who sold us our set so we went through the showroom looking at the refrigerators. He then apologized that even if we found something due to their software upgrade over the weekend, we would have to wait about 2 weeks for delivery. He then suggested we try another local store if we were really in need. Needless to say, we did end up going with the competition, but will always keep Arnold’s in mind in the future.

When I called, Steve Wiseman answered the phone and helped with my order and installation schedule. The price was competitive, maybe slightly better, than the big box stores, but the service is on another level. Steve was very responsive by phone and email. I also love that the installers are part of an in-house team, not contractors, and so both accountable to the business I purchased from, and invested in the same great service we received from Steve. The installers were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. 100% buy your appliances from Wiseman over the big box retailers.

The process was complex because it required removing and re-installing the panel door on top of the dishwasher. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and walked me through the process step by step. Called around to get a new one, couldn’t get the one we wanted that also matched our kitchen and couldn’t get it sooner than 8-10 days— an eternity when you have to hand sanitize bottles for an infant.Finally got to Wiseman. They had an in-stock model that we were looking for, perfect for our needs, and had it delivered and installed the following day, all at about the same price as the big box stores with longer lead times and no personal touch. Everyone we worked with was fantastic, from Amber the sales manager to Steve who kept us informed on where the delivery team was at to John and his apprentice on the delivery team.

Paul Loeb: Wonderful folks. Been using them for 25 years. I love using a family owned company like this. Prices are competitive. They give you great advice on which appliances work for your needs in a way that you can't get from a big box store. They deliver promptly when the appliances come in are available to answer small questions that come up, and if something does go wrong, a couple of the family members do service as well, and will do everything they can to keep your appliances running if it makes sense. We feel lucky to have them in our West Seattle neighborhood.

Martin Sherry: . So not finding a decent freezer for sale anywhere, we drove up to Wiseman’s and lo and behold they could get us a freezer! It was delivered by them in a few weeks later and seemed ok, but upon closer inspection we saw the door was damaged and the door seal leaked causing ice to form inside— not good. This wasn’t Wiseman’s fault, it came out of the box it came in that way. But much to Wiseman’s credit within a few weeks they delivered us a replacement freezer of the same brand and model, a little smaller but it will work just fine for our freezer needs. They stand behind their products and if it’s not right they make it right! We had also bought our Maytag clothes washer and drier from them several years ago and both products have worked perfectly since their installation. I’d say for your appliance needs skip the big box retailers and start with Wiseman Appliance in West Seattle, Martin & Barbara Sherry

Andrea Price: . A few days later, King & Bunny professionals delivered my set, set them up and they’ve been running w/o incident for years.Fast forward to December 2022. After 14 years, my Kenmore Elite refrigerator begins to develop ice on the floor of the freezer. I chip it out, but the next day it’s back. I know exactly where to go! At King and Bunny’s, Jason greeted me. I told him the situation and that I was looking to replace my refrigerator, rather than put $ into a repair. Due to supply chain issues, they couldn’t even ORDER what I want…. He listened to the symptoms, diagnosed it and told me where I could find information to fix it myself and how much it would cost to have a professional fix my clogged defrost drain. I asked him if my current refrigerator was worth just keeping once I had the drain corrected. He listened to the make, model and age of it and said, “It’s served you well. I’d suggest replacing it once you can to avoid an unfortunate incident later when it goes out completely.” He gave me his card, told me when to call him when he thought what I want may be able to be ordered again. I had the clogged defrost drain fixed and called him a few months later as he indicated. They’re still not able to be ordered, BUT someone had ordered exactly what I wanted before the manufacturer stopped taking orders. It had finally arrived and that person back out. Jason suggested if I wanted it to jump on it! I did!!! The delivery arrival time was 9-9:15 am on a Friday. At 9:00 my doorbell rang, a very nice gentleman delivered it, set it up, and hauled my old one away. I let King & Bunny’s know that my old one was quite clean and working, so if they’d like to keep ahold of it as a loaner if someone needed it to please do. Turns out, they donate working appliances to those in need. That made me happy as I hated to trash a working appliance. I just didn’t want an unexpected fail later due to its age.Once again, King & Bunny’s comes through w/flying colors. I’m w/my now retired coworker on this one. I won’t buy my appliances from anyone else either! Thank you Jason and team for providing customer service that’s all but extinct in today’s world. You’re the BEST!!!!!

Glenna Diefendorf: I purchased my dishwasher from Frederick's in 2017. Recently, I had a few issues with it that a repair company couldn't solve. So I reached out to Frederick's for some reputable referrals for repair work. I was given several business names, but in the end, Frederick's made the repairs with a really skilled repairman who knew everything about my machine! That said, they do not normally do repairs...only installations of new appliances. But I have bought all my kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer from them. They are a top notch business with great PR skills!
