Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

I used to carry them on my lanyard and/or along with my badge, but it was all getting a lil too heavy.I had a couple employees try to help me although I’m sure my own ambivalence or lack of having any real idea of what kind I wanted discouraged them from going on a treasure hunt with me - not to knock them, they definitely tried to be helpful and were all very nice and professional, it’s me that is the problem, my friends.Well, the stars finally decided to align and I swear they could’ve been wearing a cape - Elijah comes out of the most electric blue and holy moly, the determination of this human. .. I told them I was being cheap and black was the ideal and of course, most coveted of the colors for such an accessory, but this did not hinder their endurance. After a couple of misses, Elijah finds me the most perfect multi-wear waist pack. It had one solid strap which is adjustable in any way imaginable and oh, so minimal and sleek. It was so perfect, I could cry. I didn’t, but I could have.So, to my super hero Elijah, thank you so much for dealing with my indecisive, ADHD brain and helping me walk a way with the Nike Sportswear Rebel Crosdbory in black, of course. I hope you win the lottery!Special shout out to Madelyn for not butchering my name and being a very solid coworker, they reminded me that reviews raving about superb customer service is still a thing! I have been in multiple times since the course and always meet with a upbeat greeting and lots of help with my questions. I appreciate Lucas, Will & Miriam who have all been very good listeners and approachable when I have come in.
Erik Janecke: I’ve had a pair of the Orvis Pro wading boots for a few years. After some light use the sole started to detach from the left boot. Brought them in and the store manager gave me a new pair as a replacement with almost no questions asked. Amazing customer service.

They even managed to squeeze my pants in for tailoring and my shirt in for ironing the literal day before the wedding. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough, I will be going here for all my semi-formal and formal clothing needs from now on. Someone give Aladdin a raise; I don’t know what he’s paid but he’s worth every single cent and probably much more.

Gurn Blanstein: I've never been shopping at the Men's Wearhouse before. But I needed to go to a memorial, and didn't have any proper clothes to wear. If I had gone to a department store it would have been taken forever to pick out what I wanted and to try everything on getting the right sizes and what not. Edward at the Men's Wearhouse at Northgate was excellent. He measured me and help me pick out some very nice clothes at an affordable price. It was an excellent experience. And if I ever need dress clothes again I will definitely go back to the men's warehouse
Grace Henneford: Went here this week with my boyfriend to upgrade his wardrobe a bit. The outside of the building is a little worn, but inside they had a lot of different options and sizes. Once we got a bit settled looking at everything we were assisted by Gabriel who was super knowledgable, showed us how to do a full knotted tie, transparent about what colors would look best, styling advice, and was super personable to talk with. I really appreciated in general the environment of it being laid back and approachable, there wasn't this sense of being rushed to get in or out, no pressure to buy what we touched, and no pressure to know what was what.

He took my sons measurements, which was awesome so now I can buy him some pants that will fit just right. The vest was ready in about a week.
Tybie Fitzhugh: Really helpful staff! Great mirrors and plenty of dressing rooms. They offer tailoring services and they can measure and fit you.
Mac Zarling: Amazing service, Aladdin helped my friend and I find a suit for a wedding and took great care to help us find exactly what we were looking for. For online shopping, the free shipping threshold is relatively high, and the return policy is not very accommodating.
