Sole Repair Shop: what do users think?

PhD Lower Life Form: Recently rented out for a birthday party and it was amazing. Catering provided by connected restaurant made for easy load in and out of food. This will be my go to for my next event for sure.

Ashley M: I’ve been to a few private parties at this location, most recently a Halloween party with former colleagues and I was again so impressed by this place. It really is the perfect private party venue! Now I want to host my own client appreciation event here next!

Jay “JP” P: Great venue for parties

BreAnn Pauley: We recently held our company launch party at Sole Repair Shop and it was the best decision we could have made! From the initial contact, through to the end of our event, Danielle and her team provided us with the most amazing service. The food from Quinn's Pub was wonderful, the space was spectacular, and the staff was impeccable. The night could not have gone any better and it's all thanks to Danielle and the whole team! We will be using Sole Repair Shop again for future events, and I highly recommend others do so as well! You will not be disappointed!

Toni Clark: I had my wedding at Sole Repair Shop last month where we invited about 25 people and it was the perfect space for our small group. Danielle communicated well in advance of our wedding day which helped make it so stress free and ensure we had all the information we needed to make the day go seamlessly! I couldn't have been happier with the restaurant they partner with for catering as everyone loved the taco bar we had! Couldn't have asked for a better venue!

Brian Hamlin: provided food for the night which was a big hit too. Will definitely consider coming back here for any future events!

Joe White: My daughter was just married here. The is a nice party room. Ample parking within a couple blocks.

Wade Miller: Pretty simple venue. Bar, loft with seating. Garage door open to the street. Didn't visit the restaurant attached. Highschool reunion.

barbara kielhofer: and the drinks are reasonably priced. But my favorite part was the staff! They were also so lovely and helpful and they are 100% the reason I'd do another event there. Danielle my coordinator consistently went above and beyond and made planning so easy and stress free! 10/10 would recommend!

Brooklin Collins: A beautiful venue with excellent staff and service from start to finish. Thank you, Sole Repair Shop!

Joseph Yang: Danielle and crew were absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional. Our reception could not have been more painless, largely in part to their work and care.

Chanelle Carlin: I officiated an intimate wedding at The Sole Repair Shop this past weekend. Danielle and her crew were friendly, professional, courteous and on top of everything that needed to be taken care of, while also creating a beautiful, relaxing space for the couple and their guests. I look forward to officiating there again. Thanks, Danielle!

David Yastremsky: Attended the Dough Joy Pride event here yesterday. Such a nice, spacious event space with air conditioning for this heat wave. Would recommend.

Matt Welsh: This is a fantastic event venue. Very stylish, excellent bar, several good areas for people to socialize. Really nice!

Georgetown Ballroom: what do users think?

Kate Dahl: If there was a way for me to leave a 10-star review, I would!!!We got married at Georgetown Ballroom and the entire experience from Day 1 has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first email we sent, we were partnered with Nancy Neyhart to help us execute our perfect wedding, and she went above and beyond. Her commitment to service, communication, kindness, and honesty were so helpful as we planned our wedding. We loved having a single person throughout the almost year-long process that we could rely on and build a relationship with. The venue itself is spectacular. It was colorful, spacious, bright, and funky, all perfect for a March wedding in Seattle where rain was always in the cards. We were able to visit several times, including an impromptu walk-through with our parents to show them the space long before our wedding day. A lot of other venues we looked at would have charged for an extra run-through, but Nancy was so welcoming and even gave our parents the same magical tour she gave us.We also got to visit for a menu tasting which was a fun evening that we turned into a date night. Catering was included in the booking, and the food was fabulous! We went with a taco bar and our guests raved about how different and fun our food was to the average wedding. The price was absolutely fair and in-line with caterers we had been researching before booking the venue. It never felt like GTB was nickel-and-diming us. Every decision was ours to make, with no hidden charges or fees. With Nancy's help, we were able to create the perfect wedding for our budget, our vision, and our guests. We will be singing the praises of this venue for the rest of our lives!Thank you thank you thank you, Nancy and team. You exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

Stephanie Walls (Wedding Photographer): Georgetown Ballroom is a beautiful Unique Venue in the Georgetown area of Seattle it has a very urban atmosphere. Every inch of this venue has cool features to use for photos and to keep your guest talking for years to come.

Caitlin Gilchrist: We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience with Georgetown Ballroom! Nancy, our venue manager, was such a joy to work with. Extremely well-organized, made sure we stayed on top of everything, and ran the wedding itself so smoothly we didn't have to even think about lifting a finger. The property itself is just gorgeous, the staff is all so friendly, and the in-house catering is DELICIOUS. I cannot tell you how many compliments we got from guests on how good dinner was. HIGHLY recommend you book your event here!

Michael Blanchard: and, afterwards, received loads of positive feedback from the group to the point that we are already rebooking this place for next year! From the planning side, it was so so easy. They just handle so much of it and are super responsive along the way. Nancy, the coordinator, was helpful in identifying all the little things we needed

Seth Tomlinson: Fun!

Rogue Cortex: Staff was friendly and the food was great. Nice cozy atmosphere.

Kodey Currier: We had our company holiday party at Georgetown Ballroom. Everything was great! The venue is cute and intimate while still being quite a large space. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Our plated dinner was flavorful and beautiful to the eye. Big shoutout to the Director of Ops, Danielle, for ensuring our event was a hit and for coordinating with our vendors!

Erica Dagg: fun. The night of went perfectly; the food and drinks were delicious, the staff helped make everything run smoothly and we were able to have the wedding we dreamed of!

Margaret Bordelon: We had our wedding there and the staff was great. The food was good. Everything was clean and. They are very strict on their rules but because of that nothing goes wrong with your day or the person who has an event the day after you. It's definitely worth giving them a tour and seeing with all about.

Barb Lord: Lovely place for any event!

Stefan Cvoric: and it was perfect, we honestly could not have imagined it going any better. The venue itself is beautiful if you are looking for an immaculately maintained rustic brick aesthetic. 2 things that really stood out1. The staff. From our event manager, Nancy, that helped plan the day to the staff working the event. They are all such warm and genuine people with great organization and attention to detail. They are also one of the few places in the wedding industry that is so transparent with their pricing and policies which really helps with budgeting.2. The amount of services offered inhouse. They have high quality in house catering and bar services as well as venue decorations and back yard games, they literally had everything we needed for the wedding. The only thing we brought in was flowers.Thank You Georgetown Ballroom!

Kate Brunette Kreuzer: We ♥ Georgetown Ballroom! Danielle and team took very good care of us on our wedding day. They run a very tight ship and our night went perfectly from start to finish. We were able to just sit back, relax and enjoy our wedding night without having to worry about the details. It's not often that you can get a beautiful venue, great food and top-notch service all in the same place but GTB delivers! They have great indoor and outdoor space, an integrated sound system for a DJ to plug into, and really fun vintage decor. Quality food was a high priority for us and we got lots of compliments -- especially the cod! Highly recommend.

Chad Cotter: Staff is always incredibly professional and prompt. What an incredible venue to host weddings and other events.

Kaitlin Gillespie: When my husband and I first walked into Georgetown Ballroom, we knew it was the perfect location for our intimate, 40-person wedding. This gorgeous venue is full of charm and history and highly customizable for events big and small. We immediately fell in love with the brick walls, paper lanterns and other thoughtful details throughout the space. The food and drinks were excellent -- the chef even helped us make a custom Bob’s Burgers style “burger of the day” as one of our appetizers. But what makes Georgetown Ballroom truly special are the wonderful people who work there. We worked primarily with Nancy Neyhart for more than a year to make every detail perfect. Nancy was responsive to my many, many questions, transparent with us about costs and allowed us to tour the venue multiple times as we were planning our decorations and details. Nancy and the team at Georgetown did more than help us plan a wedding -- they helped us share our love story. And I can’t go without mentioning the massive hiccup Nancy helped us navigate. On our wedding day, my husband woke up sick, and for more than a few moments, I thought we were going to have to cancel. But the Georgetown Ballroom team went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to schedule. Nancy helped keep me calm, and even brought my husband cold packs and ginger beer in his getting ready suite. We would recommend Georgetown Ballroom a hundred times over for all types of events. We will be forever grateful to Nancy and her team for her care and dedication to making our wedding happen.

Dawn: Beautiful venue!

Zoey Ferenczy: for 200 guests. Danielle was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and flexible -- it was always clear that her first priority was for our event to be successful and our guests to enjoy their time. It was a joy planning our event down to the smallest detail together. The night-of staff made sure the night ran so smoothly and created a warm & inviting atmosphere. We could not thank Georgetown Ballroom enough for all their help. They took care of so much of the logistics, allowing us to focus on our program and meeting with our guests. We not only met our fundraising goal, we far surpassed it! Our guests provided so much positive feedback on the venue, the food, and the overall flow of the event. We couldn't have done it with Danielle & her team!

Charm Salvino: BEST WEDDING VENUE AND TEAM EVER!We had the privilege of working with Nancy, who has been our wedding angel and who has made our experience of planning a wedding very smooth and organized. The venue has great ambiance, delicious food, friendly staff and had provided the best service. If only my husband and I can get married every year.. We would celebrate it here every time!!Highly, highly recommend Georgetown Ballroom!

The Factory Luxe: what do users think?

Gilda Fulco (Gildy): Awesome gathering spot for various functions, private parties! And more!

Heather Smith: We had our wedding reception at The Factory Luxe. It was the first event for us and many of our guests post Covid lockdown in October of 2021. Melinda was an absolute treasure. She was ridiculously patient with us and addressed every single one of our worries. She also met with us numerous times to help us work with planning and made suggestions and she was just invaluable! Her years of work in the entertainment/wine industry is evident. We played our wedding ceremony video at the beginning of our reception. As I was standing there behind stage, my mind spiraling.... what if people get sick, should have canceled.....Melinda came up to me and said "Remember, tonight is about celebrating the two of you. Just enjoy it."It was exactly what I needed to hear WHEN I needed to hear it.The Factory Luxe is a great venue run by a class act.

Angelina: Fantastic venue, full bar service, personal pizzas, and great team. Love that they host Misery Business and vinyl nights. Free parking and close to the light rail.

Dmitry Kozlov: Nice, clean, spacious and at the same time reasonably atmospheric venue - open fireplace and lighting are nice. Not a crowdy one, at least yet 🙂

David Roberts: This truly a Seattle Time Capsule - it is the old Rainier Brewery Tasting Room - built circa 1950 - think Canlis on a Beer Drinking Budget - but a very Magical Place.. The Stage is Teeny Weeny but intimate club experience if you are there to see a band - Photos of the place in it's hey day and the brewery on the walls - tons of original fixtures and such

Daza Blanton: Very nice, an intimate setting that needs your support. Come one come all for good times and fanshmavulous memories

Nicole Persson: Great space. Accessible. Well equipped.

Tasha Lewis: Beautiful venue in the shadows of the Rainier building. Entry up stairs and ramp on other side. Entry has a small entryway that opens to the center of the room, beautiful wooden floors and straight ahead a rock fireplace. To the left is the front with a stage and mens bathrooms on the left, womens on the right. Pretty nice ladies bathroom with sitting room upon entry and 3 stalls 2 sinks and a mirror. To the right of the entry is the bar and a staging area behind that. Was perfect for a wedding and reception 😍

Frank Eastman: Really attractive venue well appointed for smallish events. Surprisingly interesting and well balanced signature drinks!

Anna Bing: Beautiful and very spacious. Great for adult birthday parties !

Brittne Lunniss: The Factory Luxe is a beautiful venue for events and music. Super unique atmosphere with lots of history behind it. Love that there is free parking too.

Sodo Park: what do users think?

Serhiy Tsyganok: Absolutely amazing place for any type of celebrations!!! Nice location with parking, very kind and friendly team work there🙌🏻 👍🏻 ✌🏻 👌🏻 💪🏻

Tanya Thomson: What a cool venue. We went for my husband's work event and it was so good. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and the ambience was so nice. Great place for a wedding I'd imagine!!!

Stefan & Audrey: We recently photographed a wedding here, and have done so many times, so we figured it was time for a glowing review. The charm of this venue is undeniable. Anyone who walks in the door will immediately realize how special the main room is. What sets this venue above so many others though, is the attention to detail by the staff, which includes food & beverage. Absolutely top-tier. And to have so much space, all of which is beautiful, out of the Seattle weather, is also very hard to come by. 10/10 would recommend.

Justin Cykler: Gorgeous venue. Attended as a guest for a wine pickup party.

Timothy Leapai: The venue was large with multiple areas for photos. The big tree is awesome. The reception hall is massive with a ton of space.

marlee mckibbin: Great place for an event.

Brianna Messer: As a wedding photographer I think my favorite thing about Sodo Park is that it is not only a beautiful venue on its own, but its proximity to other locations give couples the opportunity to have such a variety in their photos! The Herban Feast team is also so kind and wonderful at what they do. I loved every minute of my time at Sodo Park, it really is a gem!

Kat Ua: Sat out on the covered patio area. There is a fireplace. Very cozy place and food was good. Good variety for a group.

Mark Lucht: Great venue. I was recently there to see Teatro Zinzanni. Really a large place, but they shoved too many people into it. I can see Sodo Park as a popular option for wedding receptions and the like. I hope that Teatro Zinzanni finds a differently permanent location, though.

Danielle Lambert: Gorgeous space. Herban Feast does a great job with the food!

THE 101: what do users think?

Matthew Falcon: Beautiful event space in Pioneer Square. Close to the ST Link light rail.

Trish M Cook Arnquist: Very beautiful

Nicole Howard (Nycci): Went here for a wedding. It was nice. I was able to find parking close by. Sadly Mom is disabled and although I parked close she still had to walk a bit with her cane. Parking in Seattle is not very forgiving though. I would've given 5 star if they had better parking availability.

David Long Jr: What an Amazing location for all types of events! Was there for the Diversley Networking event with Gary Barquet. And the space was Perfect 👍🏾

David Schwartz: We used the 101 for our 10 year anniversary celebration and everything went so smoothly! The space was perfect for a big cocktail party and it didn't feel overly crowded. Allison and Emily are always professional, and available to answer questions. They were instrumental in the success of our event and we are so happy we chose the 101 for our celebration! 3

susan rost: Great venue for parties, dinners, fund raisers

Nikola Dechkov: Great venue! Went there to photograph a Fashion designer show by my friend, for his brand Saziru. Spacious and in a good prime location downtown.

Christine Malone: We had our wedding reception here in September and The 101 truly exceeded our expectations. We opted for the partial planning wedding package and Alison was our wedding planner. She did a great job, was a pleasure to work with, she was super communicative and made sure everything was done with all vendors and coordination. Not to mention The 101 team made the venue look incredible. The only thing I would change is that I would have done the entire planning package because our experience was so great-it is totally worth it.The venue is beautiful and spacious. It's also in a perfect area for taking wedding photos. The rental also comes with table and chairs. We decided to add the photo both last minute and it turned out to be one of the best parts of the reception. We had a great experience with The 101.

John de Mars: I recently hosted an art exhibition at The 101. The staff, Emily and Alison, were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Darius Seddiqui: As a wedding DJ I see hundreds of venues. If you are lookin for a hip space in the city with LOTS of space I recommend this venue. I would recommend 32 uplights and 4 speakers to round out the sound. Anything less will look sparse. With the right dance lights and speakers this can make your dance party feel like a clubDariusGroove on Hyde Street DJs

Marc Moray: Excellent downtown event venue.Clean, modern, tasteful 💥

love genova: Such a beautiful venue

Lisa DeBose: Was wonderful, attended a wedding and had a blast.

Dee Brown: It's a beautiful venue right in the heart of downtown just walking distance from the waterfront. It creates a lovely space in the middle of summer that's usually not so lovely. They changed the decor To fit your preference and it's always elemany other times. I've passed by and seen other people's events from the outside and knew that this was the place that I wanted to hold my party

Dan Rinker: Just went here for a wedding. Beautiful venue, great lighting, awesome catering!

Tori Dewar: Got married here and it was perfect. Great venue, well informed, and friendly staff with great local connections. Would recommend any event here!

Olympic Rooftop Pavilion: what do users think?

Danielle Lamouri: Very friendly space for a wedding party

Conley Pells: It was a great show. 3 musicians and a lead singer. All very talented ! Venue is very beautiful with amazing views.

Thuy Mack: Motown Under the Stars at The Olympic Rooftop had a Amazing live band playing! It is a beautiful, clean, safe venue! The staff are all very nice and helpful. We were able to enjoy the whole night without smelling pot smoking and vaping! We will be back again for more events!

Chelle Allen: Beautiful venue. Great band played 90s classics perfectly. Fireplace. Bar. Indoor but view of Sound. I’ll go back for certain. Plus Old Ballard was awesome.

Diane, A Rees: The band were superb and deserve 5 stars. The reason I knocked off one star was because we were hemmed in like an economy flight and it was not possible to dance.

Laura Rodriguez: but the food was top notch. I truly am a picky eater and I very much enjoyed our menu selection! The servers and bartender were very professional and our guests had wonderful things to say about them after. Something we would like to share is that a heads up to others looking to have an event here is there is no bridal or grooms gathering area

Korynne Leon: I’ve gone to three shows now at CUTS, Ella to Alicia, Amy Winehouse, and Frank Sinatra and each time was so splendid! The environment is intimate, casual, and cozy. The musicians are very talented and everyone is so friendly. The vibes are immaculate and I will be back plenty of times more!

Marla Taylor: A very nice intimate setting. The music was great. Not a bad seat in the room. Super fun evening.

Sandy Barnum: Under the Stars events have a memorable setting and the entertainment makes for a lovely evening. Get there 15-20 minutes ahead of you want a cocktail; the bar closes early.

feisty kitty: Amazing!!!

Marissa T: I truly enjoyed the ABBA tribute. It would have been nice if the venue had a screen with the lyrics so those who want to sing along could.

Amy Milk: Great show!

Nancy Santiago: Everything about this venue and the talent was outstanding!

Fiona Swanson: Fabulous location with backdrop of Seattle. Great set...professional, talented and not too long.

Lily oh: Ushers were very helpful and cordial. Love the choice of venues!

Alison Krauskopf: Just an FYI if it was unclear this is a private event space and not a rooftop bar. As a private event space it’s awesome. Highly recommend for weddings. As a rooftop bar, which it isn’t, not so much. But the view is still pretty if you can convince the staff to let you have a look.

Troy Lund: Live music under the stars!

Jay “JP” P: Nice venue

Mark Kirkland: History in the making of Seattle

Eli Briard: I enjoy all the weddings I worked at.

Sami Alsabeh: Nice 👍

Dustin: From a tourist attraction standpoint, worth a visit and photo opportunity. The restoration is amazing. If you are looking for Amtrak or King County Metro, ur in the wrong spot.

로스로스: It looks like it's not open every day... or maybe it's because of the business hours, but I was lucky enough to get in on the first day. So pretty, self-wedding photoshoot couple spring

Paula Chavez: Beautiful building.

Kingmei Cheng: It is the closest casino to Seattle! It’s a small gambling pleasure, especially with a small casino, how happy I am! The buffet has a Chinese chef that I like, tofu, vegetables and shrimp, which is my favorite. I like it.

Huaying Chen: This is a very beautiful place, now used as a place for people to relax. It feels very comfortable to sit here and it is free. There are also public toilets available.

Ayla Hudson: Awesome space, but not great for loud events. Major echo.

Z Jeff: Although the western cities of the United States, Los Angeles and San Francisco are slightly different from each other due to their seaside features, they are located in the northwest corner of the United States, Seattle, which has a very different eastern temperament from the western cities of the United States.Amazing City!

Metropolist: what do users think?

Erik Hansen: Metropolist was the perfect space for our wedding reception, it was beautiful, interesting, open, and flexible to fit our needs! Andi was a delight to work with, recommended some wonderful vendors that we ended up using, and was so helpful and responsive.

Joe Tobiason (Wedding photographer): What a fantastic venue! It is really a wonderful size. It's big enough for a great party, but doesn't feel overwhelmingly huge. I love the rich wood look and classic styling. And the moveable tables and walls inside really are smartly made so you can adjust the day to whatever you really need! I highly recommend it!

kkaelynnmm: The Metropolist was the perfect venue for our wedding due to its stand alone beauty and flexibility regarding vendors. Andi was very helpful from the beginning of the process. From taking the tours , to answering questions she was always willing to answer quickly and friendly despite her busy schedule. Parking in Seattle was a big concern for many of our guests when we said we were getting married in Seattle , but no one had issues finding parking on the street. The included security guard that comes with the venue was appreciated due to the location or the venue and it made us feel much more safe knowing someone was watching the front door. I am so happy we chose the Metropolist for our wedding!

Susan Gallotte: , huge windows/doors that can open up to the outside, and even a giant swing! The staff is incredibly hard working and will help you create a celebration that suits you perfectly!

nidhi sehami: I was here for a Sangeet/ Reception event and it was easy to find using Uber and very nicely decorated

Neil Ratliff: Always great to work here! Awesome venue.

John Kim: Old warehouse converted to a good size event venue in the SODO area of Seattle; industrial, spacious, rustic charm; limited street parking; needs more restrooms to accommodate large parties; friendly staff; catering available; support your local small businesses; book your wedding, special event today 👍

toozinger: Great wedding venue

David L Long: Great space for an event!Excited for a party or 2 there myself

Richard Nickell: Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, excellent natural and electrical lighting, great space!

Nicole Agne: We had our wedding at the Metropolist this fall and it was our dream wedding! Andi was amazing at communicating - from when I booked the venue down to the day of, she is prompt, attentive and responsive to all questions. I planned a majority of the wedding myself, and she was extremely patient with all of my questions and offered so much consultation and support leading up. She was also available for questions the day of and all venue support she provided was seamless from the crane to the lights. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Metropolist lets you bring in your own vendors so you can truly make your day your own. Everything from catering to alcohol we brought in and it was perfect. It also helps save money by bringing in your own vendors so you can tailor to your budget!Lastly, Andi is a dog lover and Metropolist allows dogs. Our sweet golden retriever was the ring bearer and it was icing on the cake for a fantastic experience.100/10 would recommend the Metropolist and working with Andi!

Anna Choi: The interior of the venue is STUNNING! Andi is so great to work with, I highly recommend checking out the metropolist if you are in the market for a venue for any event!

Jeannette Hall: Nice venue for special events. The parking around it is terrible though.

Greg Thomas: They hosted lemonhaze here I believe, fantastic venue, staff was wonderful.

Cathedral: what do users think?

Julian Peterson: Our wedding day was perfect. Liz was an unbelievably helpful coordinator. The help she provided was invaluable. She guided us through the process and made sure we felt prepared for our big day. So many of our guests were astounded by how beautiful the venue was. We loved the candlelight and natural beauty of the space. It was also great that Cathedral was able to accommodate and communicate with the various vendors we chose. We wouldn't have done it any different!

Jeb Mortimer: I threw a retirement party for a coworker and it was a great venue. Very helpful with resources for catering and the facility is great. Would use them again for sure!

Jason Herman: We had an amazing experience at Cathedral. The space is beautiful and so conducive to conversation, connection, and fun. The staff were fantastic, so helpful and supportive. Nate and co went out of their way to help make our event unique and special, and Liz was an amazing coordinator, who helped pull off our tightly coordinated event flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Avery: We just had our wedding at Cathedral and it was fantastic! Nate and Liz were so kind and helpful. The venue is gorgeous, we barely had any decorations. Highly recommend using Cathedral for any event!

Dori Glass: We looked near and far for a Seattle event venue. Cathedral was the perfect location for our company holiday party! The architecture and layout lended itself as a stunning backdrop while the staff and the gorgeous lit candles throughout helped create the ultimate swanky vibe. To top it all off, knowing that our rental money is going to such a good cause is beyond incredible. We would host another event here any day!

Joanna Baylon: Beautiful venue and even more amazing staff! We chose Cathedral as our venue for our office holiday party and received endless compliments from our attendees about how festive and gorgeous the atmosphere was. The two-level venue has a very functional layout, allowing guests to move between the floors. Nate, Liz, and Roxanne were absolute pleasures to work with - each of them was extremely professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Our event wouldn't have been what it was without their expertise and support that made the entire planning process and party a breeze. Thank you, Cathedral!

Lauren Halsey: Amazing experience! The venue is gorgeous, and all of the staff were extremely helpful in making our company Christmas party a success!

Carol Yearout: The Cathedral at Ballard is an amazing venue! Charming, beautiful, lots of old woodwork! A beautiful place for our holiday party! Thank you Cathedral!

Camden Francis: Wonderful venue and team willing to accommodate and make your event a success!

Claire Babbage: . We kept our decorations very simple as you don't need to add too much to make it feel special. The Cathedral team is so friendly and responsive, and they made the day run so smoothly. We hired Liz to be our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond. I don't know what we would have done without her. She helped coordinate all of our vendors in the final week leading up to the wedding, and on the day she was outstanding.Liz communicated with all of our vendors so that we could enjoy ourselves, and also coordinated pack up at the end of the evening! If you're questioning whether to hire a coordinator, do not hesitate! It is the best $$ we spent and Liz knows the Cathedral space like the back of her hand.So many of our friends and family are telling us it is their favorite wedding!Thank you again, Cathedral team!

Laura Qin: We had a great wedding there! Venue was amazing, all the candles made it look so warm and stylish even though it was the middle of November. Staffs were very helpful and communicative. Will definitely consider Cathedral for any future events!

Anna Selchow: Cathedral is a wonderful place to have your wedding! It's a gorgeous and intimate setting filled with hundreds of handmade candles. The team is great at communication and helping you plan your event from decorating to organizing vendors. Highly recommend them as a venue!

Allison deMers: . The space is big and beautiful, and set up and clean up were made so easy! we truly loved having our rehearsal dinner in the space and love that cathedral donates the profits! Highly recommend any and all events in this space!!!

Benjamin La Schiazza: that it's the perfect canvas for any kind of event

D'Amore Photography: Amazing space and for a great cause, right in the heart of Ballard. We got to photograph a beautiful Sangeet here, and hope to document many more events in the future here. Highly recommend this venue.

Heather Nakama: A wonderful event location. We had the perfect wedding here and everyone raved about the venue. The staff was so helpful and patient with all of our questions. Couldn't recommend it more.

Keely O'Neill: Cathedral is the absolute perfect venue for our Seattle wedding. The fact that we could not only have our dream location in the heart of Ballard, but it was affordable, flexible, and aligned with our values by using our event to give back to the community. We chose Cathedral for all those reasons, but the amazing service and kindness we received from Nate and Liz was just invaluable. Our day was perfect and we can't wait to find a reason to book Cathedral again.Photo cred: JJ Wilkins Photography

Block 41: what do users think?

Ed Galimba: I enjoy going there

Norah D: Great venue, perfect for fairs and markets

Erin Antos: Beautiful venue for any occasion. Highly recommend for any party, event, fundraiser, or even wedding reception. It's modern, very clean and the location is great. Parking is a bit pricey, but it is Belltown and it can't helped.I would definitely have my events there!

Dannie Lynn Murphy: Super cute event space

Kala Cannon: The area isn't so nice. But it was a nice place

Melissa Trejo: were all lovely to work with and professional through and through. They very genuinely seemed to want for our event to be a success and to support us in order to make it so. Be aware if you are considering an event here, that Block 41 have a list of vendors they prefer clients use for their events which may or may not be an issue for your event, but it's worth noting if you already have certain vendors booked or in mind to use. There is further info about it on their website, but as with anything just be sure to ask a lot of questions about all details when event planning. Other reviewers have made mention of not feeling safe in the neighborhood, but for those who are already city dwellers, sadly I don't think it seemed any more so than other parts of Seattle or in certain areas of other major cities. As the owner previously responded to another reviewer, it is part of a much larger conversation within Seattle and the world as a whole which is beyond Block 41's control. We hired a security guard and had no issues. This is a charming event space with lots of personality and well worth considering for weddings, parties, conferences, and events of all shapes.

Amber Smith: My father and daughter and I went to see Nehko's Trenches tour this past Sunday. The venue was beautiful with unique architecture and a very warm atmosphere. The concert was amazing and an all together heart warming experience !

stephen lambert: Amazing Venue!!

Tami Prager: I attended a wedding there. It is a nice venue space.

Erik Jensen: Saw superfine here. Nice event area

Steve Gillespie: Block 41 was amazing. A beautiful venue with excellent staff who accommodated the unique vision for our wedding. Our theme was “wedding and wrestling” and Block 41 didn’t hesitate to help us with moving and constructing a full wrestling ring in their space. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Ryan Mendez-Tucker: My husband and I absolutely loved having our wedding at Block 41 in July 2023. The venue is stunning, and the customizable lighting enhances its beauty. The space is huge, and we were fully able to utilize the two floors and outdoor courtyard for our wedding. We had the ceremony upstairs with the abundance of natural light that just made everything feel warm and welcoming, then had guests go downstairs for cocktail hour while the upstairs space was flipped from ceremony to dinner/reception. The downstairs space is fully customizable with LED lighting, and we were able to create a super cool atmosphere with the lighting and music from the DJ. Guests absolutely loved the outdoor courtyard and the Seattle mural was a big hit for photos throughout the night. The built-in amenities, including private “getting ready” space, full prep kitchens on each floor, hookups for A/V equipment, and furniture, were absolutely amazing, and no other venue we researched for our wedding even came close to having what Block 41 offers. Block 41 is beautiful and offers so many options for hosting events/weddings large or small. Beyond the space itself, the staff were absolute life-savers throughout the process. Heli was so helpful in providing so much information and advice that was invaluable in our planning process. She is responsive, flexible, and experienced, and was a dream to work with. She was also there to help make sure everything went smoothly during our rehearsal and our wedding day. We would ABSOLUTELY choose Block 41 again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing venue.

Brendan Sullivan: Cool event place!

The Admiral's House: what do users think?

Jeni Craswell: A bit tricky to get to, but stunning views and a fabulous venue!!

A T: Good views, pretty fancy for the US

Hugh Jass: esy

Peg McCarthy (peggiemac): Beautiful views to make whatever event you're celebrating that much better! And don't forget a jacket or wrap for the very cool evening breezes!

Jonathan Paul Doerr: Amazing views and an incredible venue.

John Kim: Probably one of the most elite, exclusive and upscale event venues in Seattle. The secluded location is perched on top of the Magnolia neighborhood overlooking Elliott Bay with a panoramic view of the Emerald City skyline. If you have the means, book your private wedding, corporate party, photo/film shoot or special event at this historic place.

Craig K: The Admiral's House is a truly one-of-a-kind venue that captures the essence of Seattle. If you tour this venue for a wedding and they have availability around your desired time frame - snatch it up as they will go quickly. The venue is a blank canvas as all of the catering/tables/chairs/flowers have to be locked down from other vendors. If you are looking for something turnkey where the venue provides you everything, this is not the place for you. When we were not working 60 hours/week for our career, my wife and I pretty much took 12 months of planning into making this THE most memorable night of our lives and a decision we will not regret

Nicole D: As a local wedding planner in the Seattle area, I absolutely LOVE The Admiral’s House! Such an amazing view of the city and the staff is always great to work with. Would highly recommend!

Victoria Victoria: Amazing. Great views. Shuttle or walking is a little inconvenient. However. Its an awesome venue and great location.

Nick Morgan: Great place. Awesome view

Brian Corbett: Wonderful night with my beautiful wife

Taylor Regelsperger: Would recommend the Skansonia for anyone looking for a memorable & unique Seattle wedding.

Matty B: Pretty great wedding venue, with an excellent view of Lake Union.

Nikki Love: Very nice, but the floor is a little sloped, so it is difficult for some with vertigo or mobility issues.

Katelyn Kukoly: Sarah was wonderful to work with! She was always quick to respond as well as send updated paperwork. She made sure everything was ready to go the day of, and was able to get a couple of last-minute things set for us just hours before the event. The MV Skansonia is a gorgeous venue--obviously the view is fantastic, but the layout also made it easy for people to break into groups yet still be around everyone. Food was great and all our guests had a great time. Highly recommend Sarah and MV Skansonia to everyone!

Susan Oldham: Great venueBeautiful viewsDelicious food

The Hall at Fauntleroy: what do users think?

Noor Atighi: Venue and Amenities:The Hall at Fauntleroy stands out as one of the premier venues in the greater Seattle area. Their in-house provision of essentials like linens, tables, and silverware significantly reduces the hassle of coordinating multiple vendors, allowing couples to focus more on their special day. The availability of various rooms for guests to mingle after the ceremony was particularly advantageous, especially for a destination wedding like ours. This spacious layout provided ample opportunities for guests to connect and celebrate.Staff and Service:The staff's accommodation was exemplary, contributing to a smooth and stress-free wedding day. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with various needs added to the overall positive experience. Their adaptability, even with little experience in Indian cuisine, was commendable. They managed to deliver delicious food while accommodating specific dietary requirements like halal meat, showcasing their dedication to ensuring every guest had a memorable dining experience.Overall Impression:Choosing The Hall at Fauntleroy for our wedding venue undoubtedly made our day unforgettable. Beyond the picturesque location, the venue's amenities, attentive staff, and ability to accommodate diverse culinary preferences elevated the celebration. For anyone seeking a seamless and memorable wedding experience in the Seattle area, I wholeheartedly recommend considering this venue.

Alina Mowell: We had our wedding here! I loved the special care the staff gave us and the unique atmosphere it gave us!

Michael Lindorff: Went there for a Thanksgiving dinner. An amazing place!

Cheryl McDermott: Beautiful wedding!

Holly Hall: Rain was in the forecast and we planned to have our ceremony in the garden. The T&T team set up the upstairs room for our ceremony in case we changed our minds last minute, which we eventually did. That was such an amazing surprise! 2

Stan Hargus: Great local venue!

Lizzie Humphries: The Hall at Fauntleroy had everything we wanted and more for our wedding last November. It was a beautiful space to host our family, friends, and our dogs on our special day. The HaF and Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes Catering staff were kind and great to work with. We had to postpone our wedding multiple times because of the COVID pandemic. The Hall at Fauntleroy was supportive and helped us navigate those changes. I would highly recommend them for a Seattle wedding venue!

Tracey Cataldo: . The team also had excellent recommendations for other vendors we might want to work with - but was equally warm and welcoming to vendors new to their team.We had so much fun at different planning events put on by the team including our tasting, an open house with featured vendors and our individual planning sessions. We also ate and drank so much! The full food and drink program was dialed in, thoughtful, seasonal dishes with local touches were exactly our vibe, We still dream about the lemonade! We understand our bias, but truly it was the best wedding we have ever been to and it’s what we continued to hear from a lot of our guests. Flow was effortless, staff were professional and FUN, we ate and drank so many delightful things. The setting felt cozy and unique, while maintaining quintessential Seattle energy. With one of us having a career as an event planner, the technical details were something that were very important to us, and it was perfect. Our day was both chic and comfortable - which is no easy task, but precisely what we requested.Coordinating a wedding as a queer couple can feel extra daunting, the wedding industry is often geared to a very specific vision of what a wedding should look like- The Hall at Fauntleroy team seamlessly integrated our narrative into our vision of our perfect wedding. Thank you for our perfect day.Jackie & TraceyWedding Coordination: Aisle Less Traveled NYT featured coordinator Cindy SavagePhotos: Jay Eads PhotographyLighting: Crimson HazeFlowers: Odd Flowers; Florist Jess GringSweets: The Shugah Shack! Maddie Dautel: This is a long overdue review and thank you to the Hall at Fauntleroy. We started planning our wedding during COVID, so at the time, pretty much everything was virtual. My main point of contact at the Hall was the amazing event manager, Sara. Most of our communication was done via email, and Sara was prompt and detail-oriented in answering all of my questions over the months. The actual day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. The staff at the Hall was amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly and that our needs were taken care of. We were brought drinks and appetizers while we signed our marriage license, which was so thoughtful.A big selling point for us was that the HAF did all of the food and drink in house making it easy for us. Let me tell you, the food was AMAZING. We still have guests telling us months later how fantastic the food was.Overall, our experience at the Hall was above and beyond what we could have asked for. The hospitality, the food, the beauty of the venue - everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you again Sara and everyone!

Jessica Flores: The Hall at Fauntleroy was the perfect venue for our September wedding! Sara was great to work with and answered all my questions leading up to the date. She was really helpful with menu updates and changes - I can't recommend them enough! We rented out the entire venue and it was so nice to have different areas for guests to hang out in. The Emerald Room was stunning in the evening and provided the perfect scene for post-ceremony festivities. Having the ceremony in the garden was so pretty - the trees and greenery created a perfect background and it definitely helped shade us from the unusual September sun and wildfire ash.We had our cocktail hour in the courtyard with a mariachi band playing and it was perfect! Probably one of my favorite parts of the wedding. The FOOD WAS AMAZING - all of our guests commented on how the food was some of the best they ever had.The staff that worked the event were first class: our guests made comments on how helpful and pleasant they were and I couldn't agree more!

AE Events & Design: makes our job as the planner 100 x easier. Their communication, expertise, and initiative are rarely matched elsewhere. AE Events & Design will never say "no" to a wedding at The Hall, Melrose Market Studios, or any other venue they may have in the future. We love this team!

Claire Wittowski: .We truthfully had such an amazing day, big thanks to Kimball and all the other HAF and T&T team members!

John Kim: Delightful wedding venue in a residential neighborhood close to the ocean, Lincoln Park & Southworth-Fauntleroy ferry terminal; indoor & outdoor spaces; located south of downtown Seattle, north of SeaTac intl. airport; worth a try!

Andrew Turgeon: The Hall at Fauntleroy and Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes were an absolute dream to work with! We are immensely pleased that we chose HAF and T&T as our venue and vendor. From the wedding planning process to coordinating vendors to event set up and breakdown, the T&T staff were kind, communicative, enthusiastic, and professional. We felt cared for and attended to at every step of the way. We felt that we could truly enjoy our special day because of the support we received from them.We also heard from a number of our guests on separate occasions how enjoyable, kind, helpful, and available T&T staff were during the ceremony and reception. People were very pleased and grateful for the service provided, which in turn makes us only even more happy and grateful for the entire experience. Also, the food and beverage service was top notch! Our guests left very satisfied!

Columbia Tower Club: what do users think?

C DeGuzman: Very friendly staff

Kim Stirling: The co-working space at Columbia Tower Club is expansive. If you need quiet, there are plenty of rooms to choose from while enjoying the views. If you’d like to be more ‘in the mix’ while getting work done, there is a large space dedicated to socializing, co-working and enjoying a meal. The staff are dedicated to ensuring members and guests have everything they need. I have always felt very welcome and downright pampered. If you are looking for a space away from the home office that has incredible views, plenty of space to get work done and impress clients/guests then this is the spot for you!

Elisha Arunga: Awesome food and views.
