Arista Catering: what do users think?

Lori Guidoboni: I wanted to host a traditional High Tea for my niece on her wedding weekend. So glad I found Artista to cater it. The table was exquisite, complete with silver service, china & towers for the food. The food and service were amazing. The ladies who attended could not stop talking about it all weekend. So grateful to Arista for making this memorable experience perfect!

Marcus Colyer: for an evening office event. They arrived, fully staffed with plenty of supplies and excellent food. Customer service was superb. Everything went without a hitch. They cleaned everything up and left the space the way they found it. Highly recommend.

Julie B: The catering yesterday was fabulous. The delivery driver arrived on time, set up everything in a timely and organized fashion and was pleasant.

Adriana Perrusquia: Arista catering was prompt & the service was great for an event I put together. Would definitely use their services again!

Zachary Suchanek: Arista was fantastic, I will be recommending them to all my friends who require catering!

Tommy Sanders: We've ordered through Arista several times now and it has been consistently great. Ordering was easy. John helped me make decisions that worked best for the amount of people we have while catering to the dietary restrictions in my group. I was pleasantly surprised by how great delivery was as well. The driver arrived in the right amount of time to set everything up in time for my event. He took great care to make everything look perfect before he left. I appreciate how Arista took the stress of meals so I could focus on other areas for the event.

jdcxpalmares: Had an amazing time here during a wedding! Location had beautiful views. Food was delicious. Nikki was and amazing bartender! Super sweet and made sure we had a blast throughout the night!

Stanislav Gates: From hostess, to waiters and waitresses, to the kitchen staff, everyone went far and beyond to meet our special needs at the table. The food exceeded our already high expectations. Lamb, steak were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The sides were very generous and worth the price.Expect to spend around 140 USD per person with couple drinks each, so it should be considered for special occasions, since it is not on the cheap side. With that said, it was worth every penny, and my friends and I are looking forward to coming back here again in the future.Dietary restrictions: The restaurant has gluten free menu per requests.

최승구: Best experience. The ultimate kindness.Best customer service.

Nikki Cottam: After my flight to Seattle, my friend who used to live there told me about this restaurant and so we went there together. The proportions are great, especially with the salads, and everything was really good. I especially loved their variety of specialty health drinks. I left feeling well fed and nourished. The customer service was excellent. We were served with genuine kindness and we ended up ordering a few different things, splitting them on different plates, and the employees were happy to serve us without any awkwardness, getting us additional plates, and everything else we wanted. We ended up eating outside in the fresh air because it was a nice day. It tends to draw good customers because of the quality of food and so we were able to make some new friends too. I absolutely recommend!

Aidan Marcuss: Good fresh food, with interesting flavors. Cool seating, or great for take out.Food: 5/5 …

ArcAngel: Beautiful view, delicious coffee and delightful staff. The food was great and the atmosphere of the restaurant was charming. Not too pricey either!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options on their breakfast menu such as waffles, french toast, bagels, parfait, omelets and pastries!!

Chris E: First time visiting, during a trip to Seattle. We stopped in for happy hour. We were able to get a table outside. This restaurant is located in the Edgewater Hotel, on the northern end of the Seattle waterfront area. Happy hour prices for drinks are a couple dollars off. And they have a limited food menu. I ordered the wagu sliders, which came with garlic fries. Both were very good, in my opinion. And made a good meal. The weather was fantastic, so that made the experience even better.

Jay X.: , she forgot about us again and never came to pick it back up. At this point its been more than 20 minutes and the wind had picked up so me and girlfriend just walked up to the reception area and waited for someone. For a total of $100+ and $20+ per dish, it was not worth it, considering the lack of service we received.

Shannon Lovelady: Excellent food, great atmosphere and fantastic service.

James: this dish really was fantasticfirst of all, i have to mention the spring rolls we ordered - which were incrediblethese were oily on the outside, incredibly crispy, and the fillings were just absolutely perfect.i could eat like 10 of those if i had the opportunity tothe main thing I ordered was the Thom Khem, since I'd been here before and gotten the Lao Burger.first, the presentation of this dish was excellenti mixed the rice in with the pork belly so it absorbed the sauce, and I could then eat the rice combined with the pork belly / vegetable piecesthe pork meat was super soft and quite tender. it was the opposite of tough - something that would practically melt in your mouth. the onlything i wish was that there was slightly more fat in the meat - as I didn't taste that much - but otherwise, I loved the amount and size of the piecesThe other thing I loved was the sauce - this was a sweet, soy-based sauce, that worked wonderfully when coating the rice and providinga great, consistent flavor overall. The vegetables were also really goodWhen I saw that the dish came with a brussels sprout hash brown, I was initially confused as I wasn't sure what to expect. It turns out that this endedup being my favorite part of the meal. Again, it was astoundingly crispy, and was generously coated with oil. The combination of the brussels sproutsand the fried potatoes ended up working much better than I thought such a combination was possibleThis is on the expensive side - my overall meal came out to around 30 dollars - but the food really is top quality so I can't complain too muchOverall, this is really high quality, flavorful, and a unique combination of foods that's exclusive to this restaurant. 8.5/10

Rita Chan: . Perfectly cooked rice may seem like a trivial thing for asian restaurant, but you would be surprised how often they are too dry or cooked badly. A crispy brussel hash brown was a surprise star that added so much to this dish.Lao burger has thin burger patties along pork belly that added an asian savory dimension to the burger. The taro chips that came with the burger were thin and crispy. We concluded our meal with their mango sticky rice dessert. It was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

Dari B: . However, I will say that it is not like anything else you can get in Seattle. They were so busy, even on a weekday night but the food didn’t take too long to come out.My friends got the other dishes and liked everything else, I would come again to try their cocktails!

Eion Blanchard: Food: 5/5

Nue: what do users think?

DMeganR: Love that reservations are available. Sunday brunch was super yummy. Filipino breakfast passed muster with my Filipino husband, was delicious. Gluten free options always a gold star for me. Coffee was A+. Not the friendliest service, but also not unfriendly, so I guess it depends if you care about that kind of thing. Most importantly all the food was very well prepared.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for dairy and gluten issues.

Maria Ramya Caesar: We kicked things off with the "World Butter Plate" – nothing fancy, just a fun way to taste different kinds of butter. Then came the mouthwatering Indonesian Pork Belly and the downright amazing South African Bunny Chow. Seriously, they blew us away. And to top it all off, we indulged in the Danish Drømmekage Dream Cake.Overall, the food was out of this world, and I absolutely loved the vibe of the place. It was totally unique.Would definitely visit again

Sara Roth: the war fries and the south African bunny chow. The waiter was patient with us when he was explaining how to eat everything and the food was out of this world with flavor. I would definitely come here again. The decor is also perfectly on theme!

Gregory Lee: were very delicious. Highly recommend the Brazilian Acarajé and South African Bunny Chow. As far as the water bugs - if you want to see your friends squirm and have a laugh, then try it. Otherwise, the bugs really don't have much flesh and the taste was not my cup of tea. Would not recommend that dish for the price. Everything else was 👍 also, don't bother looking for street parking, just park in the public lots as the price is about the sameParking: Don't bother finding street parking, just park in the public lots as the price is about the same

Kiran S: Nue on Capitol Hill isn't just a dining spot; it's a small, charming, and undeniably hipster haven where culinary adventures await. Stepping into Nue feels like entering a cozy retreat, where each dish promises to surprise and delight. My recent visit to Nue left me wanting more, and I'm excited to share my experience. To kick off our journey, we started with the Beirut Style Hummus—an absolute treat served with warm, fluffy pita bread. The creamy texture and flavorful blend of tahini, lemon, and garlic made for a perfect appetizer, setting the stage for what was to come.We ordered the Portuguese Peri Peri Chicken Sandwich. Picture tender chicken, marinated in a fiery Peri Peri sauce, nestled between slices of toasted artisan bread, and topped with crisp lettuce and ripe tomato. Each bite was a burst of bold flavors, perfectly balancing spice and freshness.Next up was the South African Bunny Chow—a dish that stole the show with its bold and comforting flavors. Savoring the aromatic curry served in a hollowed-out loaf of bread was an experience in itself, transporting me to the streets of South Africa with every bite. This was shockingly amazing! The ambiance at Nue perfectly complements the eclectic menu, with its quirky decor and laid-back vibe. The attentive service only added to the charm, making our dining experience truly memorable. In conclusion, Nue on Capitol Hill is more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary adventure waiting to be explored. Whether you're a food enthusiast or a curious diner seeking new experiences, Nue promises to delight your taste buds and ignite your sense of wanderlust.

Champagne Diner: what do users think?

haha h: The space itself is light/bright and simple in design. I prefer the lower tables to the stool seated tables or higher-up booths, so if you have any accessibility issues make sure to ask for a low table before heading there if possible. Our server today, Cara, remembered us from a previous place she had worked, and it was so nice having a familiar face serving us - as mentioned above the staff is always great at being knowledgable and quick to help out if you have a question/need.The only thing i'd want that they don't have is the current menu online - it hasn't proved to be an issue per se, but if i'm bringing someone new there it'd be nice to be able to say "here's the menu to peruse..." and share a link. But that isn't worthy of taking off any of the very well-deserved 5 stars! Thanks for all the great brunches, Champagne Diner!

Samia Mercedes DeCubas: and the Spiced Daiquiri

Anne Krook: . Some parking. Good vegetarian options.

Shannon McCafferty: We sit at the bar and really enjoy the brunch and atmosphere.

Joshua Sieck: We had a lovely breakfast here with our kids on Christmas Eve. The atmosphere is chill and the food was so wonderful we kept discussing which dish was our favorite. The breakfast sandwich was simply amazing. The pork hash was different and delightful. And the French toast was perfect. Everything was so good that our eight year old twins asked if we could eat here every day. We will definitely return.

Toki C: My favorite French toast in the whole world! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and you can taste the syrup and butter in every bite.Whenever I try French Toast around the world I always compare it to Geraldine’s but so far this is my favorite! Hope it becomes yours too!Service was great too!

Adrian Christoph: We were in the area trying to find a great breakfast spot for my fiance's birthday, and found this restaurant. It was our first time and had a great experience, Jeannie was our server. Food was delicious. Thank you!

Lily Van Scyoc: First things first, get here early on a weekend and expect to wait.Second, get the French toast. It’s so crispy and the rotating toppings are always delicious. My other favorite thing is the Geraldine’s casserole. It’s so filling and flavorful. The juices and mimosas are also great!

Leo Levy: Best corned beef hash, French toast and biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had! Made with care, fresh and unusual ingredients, and served in a lovely, comfortable and unpretentious space by people who are excited to be there.Great coffee too, with free refills!

Pink Salt Restaurant: what do users think?

Exads L: Went for Seattle Restaurant Week!! Basically we tried everything off the SRW menu besides the Lomo Saltado but I think we should instead of Tallarines with Peruvian Pesto just cause it was a bit salty but overall it was worth it! Oh I also enjoyed the mocktail style of Pisco Sour with a cute Alpaca on it! Would like to be back to try the Ceviche next time!

Ramon Cegarra: The first time in this place, I was amazed by the food quality and taste.Classic Ceviche, Pesto Risotto, and Lomo saltado should be a must every time you visit here.First time drinking pisco, I chose sour pisco

Russ Smith: Very enjoyable experience. Good location plenty of parking in the area. Sides were good mains were good cocktails 🍸 were good.

Luz Guerra: This is one of the best restaurants in Washington, no joke. Me and my boyfriend drive all the way from Olympia to dine here! The food is so delicious. I'm ethnically Peruvian and the food is like the elevated version of what I ate growing up, it's that good! The restaurant itself is very warm and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The staff are so kind and attentive. Drinks are spectacular too. It's not included on the print menu, but the Chicha Morada they serve is literally the best I've ever had. 5/5 stars for everything!

Kai Wang: . The dishes were great, we ordered the ceviche, tiradito maracuya, lamb shank, cod stew, passion fruit mousse and a couple of cocktails. We also appreciate the color palette and the interior decor of the restaurant. Our two main complaints are time and disparity with the menu. While we were the only table during lunch, it took a long time for service, and the waitress was hard to locate at times. And while the food was good both in quality and quantity, our tiradito maracuya came out with the rockfish rather than yellowfin — and the initial explanation from kitchen was that the menu had it wrong, before offering to remake with the tuna. Both tasted great, but this episode meant we were less confident about the remaining dishes. It’s also a little weird to talk about the bathroom, but it was a tad underwhelming for the positioning of the restaurant. Our experience was of course limited to lunch, so for all we know this place is hopping for dinner and service can be impeccable — ymmv!Parking: There doesn’t appear to be a parking lot for the collection of stores. There are free 2-hour street parking along both sides of the street.

Cortina: what do users think?

Candace Fujikane: Such a lovely meal! I loved the way we were repeatedly surprised by unexpected flavors. A shaved watermelon radish and toasted pistachios made the Little Gem Salad pop. The Baby Beets had an amazing layer of hazelnut pesto. There was a burst of citrus in my Ricotta Ravioli, and my husband’s flat iron steak was complemented by the just right sweetness of a beet puree. Strawberry rhubarb panna cotta was delicious. Our server Jules was very warm and kind. We almost didn't make it because the restaurant was booked online but they gave us a table when we showed up in person. Very happy we ate here! A highlight of our stay in Sesttle.

Lee Williams: Great food, but…Hidden mandatory fees on final receipt. This is 2024 - charge in your food prices what it costs to cover your costs and pay your staff

Corrina Miller: Great little restaurant in downtown Seattle. We went during restaurant week and enjoyed their special dinner menu. The foccacia bread is delicious, the meatballs and sauce are recommended, and the strozzapreti was my favorite. The gelato for dessert was a perfect closure. A trendy and modern place that was great for catching up with friends.

Shaker + Spear: what do users think?

EZ: Shake and Spear exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. Not only did the restaurant boast an inviting atmosphere and impeccable service, but it also impressed with its efficiency and attention to detail. Our food arrived promptly, a pleasant surprise compared to other restaurants of similar caliber. The seamless coordination between the kitchen and our table ensured that our dishes were served promptly, allowing us to savor each bite without delay. Additionally, the staff effortlessly cleared our finished dishes, ensuring that our dining experience remained smooth and uninterrupted.Furthermore, I was pleased to find that the restroom maintained the same standard of cleanliness and sophistication as the rest of the establishment. Its pristine condition added to the overall positive impression of Shake and Spear, demonstrating the restaurant's commitment to excellence in every aspect of the dining experience. In sum, Shake and Spear is a true standout in Seattle's culinary scene, offering not only delectable cuisine but also exceptional service and attention to detail. It's a dining destination that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable meal.

Yan Sun: This is a restaurant that is very, very worth visiting. The reason why it gets four points is based on my own usual evaluation system. In a place like Downtown, the taste needs to be very distinctive to match the location and customer base. And parking is so difficult. It's fine here.We ordered the appetizer of tiger prawns, seafood barbecue and seafood pot. They are all signs. The appetizer base includes mango and cherry tomatoes. The tiger prawns are not too big, and the tail after cooking is only as big as a six- or seven-year-old child's little finger. But it tastes really great. My kids raved about the side dishes. There are chickpeas on the bottom of the seafood pot, and the soup is a little spicy and very delicious. Pair it with clams, shrimps, and the sweetness of the seafood is brought out. The seafood at Grill, the snow crab legs are average, but fortunately they are plump. Two pieces of corn may have different origins, one is sweet and the other is dry. The shrimp is excellent. The sausage that goes with it is great. The child ordered two flavors of ice cream and didn't expect it at all, so I can't comment on the dessert. The service is super good, which is rare in Seattle. The atmosphere is very good, which shows that the quality of the surrounding residents is very high.

Jade Kelley: . I absolutely love the ambiance too. It’s a true wine bar vibe. Shoutout to Robin, our waitress that had amazing energy.

Marcie Swazer: Zero complaints. Their food was all top notch quality bursting with flavor. We ordered the octopus, the 1/2 dozen oysters, crab fritters and the shaved Brussels sprouts with edamame. My husband went crazy over the Brussels, do not skip!Their cocktails were too good and very strong. You can tell they use quality ingredients.Robyn was our server and made us feel very welcomed right away. The hostess was also very nice. Robyn was very informative about the dishes and drinks and helped us decide what to order based on our own tastes. She was attentive but not overly attentive. The vibe and decor was also really fun. We’d absolutely come back to try more dishes and drinks!

Sandra C: 1/2 & 1/2 is my go-to.It's always a good place to grab lunch.Love the concept behind it, too!

Amelia J: and lunch foods. We got “Egg in a Hole” and The Orca Scramble. The Egg in a Hole was a sourdough sandwich with an over medium egg cooked into the bread. My kids loved it and wanted to make this place a regular breakfast stop. The Orca fit right into a keto breakfast, which is great if carbs aren’t your thing: eggs, bacon, cheese, big chunks of bell peppers and sautéed onions. The only coffee available was drip, but it was good. This is a “bus your own table” kind of place.Bathrooms were clean and tidy.

Charles Sawyer: Celiac friendly!!This place hits all the marks for a really good lunch spot. The Turkey pesto sandwich was on point.Above that, your staff were amazing! Cierra made me feel very comfortable considering my celiac condition. She and the team are so in tune with the dietary restrictions, it was great!I’m only sorry I had to get my sandwich to go. Would’ve been nice to stay and get to know Cierra better, she is great!

Kristel Wolf: Love!! I get their tuna melt sandwich on GF bread and it is divine. They are always so thoughtful, and helpful. And I'm thrilled to support a business that makes such a positive impact!!

sergio a: Sandwiches , salads are just OK, nothing to write home about. You can donate a sandwich for charity, so that is quite commendable, of course. You can take out, eat inside or there are some benches outside. I visited at the end of winter so it was a little cold so I ate inside, however be advised Inside there is a smell of old building, old clothing, like second hand store, is not a deal breaker but not a smell you would expect from a place where you eat.

john lasersohn: , and made us feel like family as we stayed for four hours. They served us wine, cut and served our birthday cake, and I am so grateful. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Our server Michaela was a superstar and I hope to go back just to hug and her and thank here again.

Ho Myung: Went on a Friday night with a buddy to catch up and enjoy a nice dinner. Sat at the bar section and Jason served us. As always he's on top of his game and making sure that our drinks are not empty and his service is A+++. Food was excellent but I'm only giving 4 stars cuz the scallops were Lil less than perfect but still tasty. All in all a great dining experience. Thanks Jason!!!

Paula Stohrer: , and the food was great, presentation and flavor wise.Prices were great for the value, I was actually surprised, as it is not expensive as the Google listing describes. We order duck and steak fritters, with salads for both, bread, wine and soft drink. We payed $90, witch is less than most places in the area.I’m definitely coming again, and will bring some friends. The place is filled with good wall art as well :

Don Morin: This visit was for brunch... Bis just started a weekend brunch service a couple weeks ago... The menu is very good... the items we got were super fresh and delicious. The garden skillet had a beautiful mix of fresh rustic veggies and two perfectly poached eggs... the fresh made Biscuit was excellent. The Croque Madame was SO good!! Brioche, topped with quality ham, 2 over easy eggs, gruyere and a side salad with lemon olive oil vinaigrette... comes with fries but I sub'd salad, and it was a very good combo. And we finished with a basket of Beignets which were hot and fresh, coated in cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar with a side of chocolate dipping sauce...We always love the top-quality dinners and now we have a fav brunch spot in town! And the people are always the best here... Chef Bobby does an amazing job, especially with the food quality!

Annie Hrachyan: We had a nice dinner with friends and very much enjoyed our experience. The cozy back room provided a peaceful atmosphere without excessive noise. The food was exceptional, particularly the black cod, which had a perfect balance of flavor and deliciousness. The waiting staff were extremely pleasant and professional throughout our meal.
