Tori Butler: I will start off by saying, Tara is the only person anyone should hire to handle their jewelry needs. My experience working with her was incredible, start to finish. I acquired a loose stone and had a general idea of how I wanted it set, but was clueless on who to have do the setting and what a fair price would be.Due to the size of my stone, several jewelry stores in my area were having a difficult time understanding my vision for this ring. Feeling a bit discourage, I decided to broaden my search area and that is when I found Tara on google. I decided to email her about the position I was in and asked for a rough price point and timeframe for the work to be completed. Two things that made a lasting first impression with me about Tara: her impressively quick response time AND a thorough and completely transparent answer to every one of my questions.When it came time to drop off my stone, I felt like not only me, but my diamond, were in the best hands possible. She is very easy to communicate with throughout the process and makes the entire experience a memorable one. My ring turned out exactly how I envisioned it and I get compliments on it all the time.After leaving her office, I went home and put her business card in my husbands wallet and told him to just email Tara for any future purchases. She is the only person I want to purchase jewelry from and I will always recommend her name first to anyone in the market!

First off, by accident, a young man came in behind me at my appointment time and needed to sell a couple of small gold rings to pay for his upcoming wedding. In the end, it was less than a $200 transaction, but Tara treated this young man with the upmost care, professionalism and courtesy. He left truly feeling he was a really important customer, which he was. My transaction was substantially larger and was equally impressive. Donald Stoops: I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.

Ali Rogers: I was looking for a reputable jeweler to resize and reshape my engagement ring as well as have my ring appraised. This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!

He repurposed the material that was left from my old ring into a new design and helped us select a diamond. I was very specific about what I wanted and he knocked it out of the park. It is gorgeous. Fay Mei: Seattle Diamonds is so easy to work with. I had a very pleasant experience installing a setting to a pearl. I made a call and scheduled an appointment on the second day. The store is located on the first floor of an apartment and it's in the same plaza with whole food, FedEx, and Xfinity. If you can't find the entrance, just give them a call. Natalya was super nice and picked me up. They have various selections of settings for a pearl on the manual for me to check and pick. Natalya was patient enough to sit me through the whole process, help me make decision and get price quote. At the end of the appointment, I was able to pick the setting. Throughout the whole process, Natalya was very friendly and not pushy at all - she friendly suggested I get a necklace for the pendant. I left my contact information and about a month later, I got a text message from Natalya saying the pendant is ready. I picked up the pendant and it is gorgeous! I will recommend Seattle Diamonds to anyone who needs jewelry.
Sam Treperinas: Dave, Natalya and the whole Seattle Diamonds team were great to work with. Dave walked me through different ring types, the pros/cons of each and helped to meet our budget. Many jewelers are pushy, but Dave was patient and met with us a few times to ensure we chose the right ring. I cannot recommend Seattle Diamonds enough!

I came in to get a dainty necklace untangled — it had two really intricate knots in it and I’d worked on it for weeks but couldn’t do it myself. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the employee who helped me, but he spent 30 minutes untangling the necklace and did so successfully! He didn’t get frustrated at all, was very kind and now my necklace is all untangled and beautiful. Fantastic customer service — would highly recommend for all your repair needs!

At this point, I wasn't even a client, but Star emailed me information and had no hesitation to do so. After, I called the store to ask a few questions, and Tony spoke on the phone with me for a full hour. Again, I was not a client at this point, but Tony dedicated 1-hour of his time to walk me through everything. I was pretty sold at this point, but when I went in-person, I immediately knew we were going to work with Joseph Jewelry.Based on my previous conversation with Tony, the team had already sourced diamonds for us to look at, along with ring settings. We ended up having an appointment with Star, and she was great! We ended up making a custom ring with Joseph Jewelry and the process was incredibly straightforward. They sent us a 3-d print before finalizing our ring as well. We received our ring just a few days ago, and it's so beautiful. I truly couldn't imagine a more beautiful ring for me. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes, they worked with us, didn’t try to talk us into a higher priced item, just supported us and provided unparalleled service. I wanted to go home with it that day, I took it back the next day to have it sized and they had it back to me in less than a week. I couldn’t recommend this establishment more if you’re looking for a vintage piece that is truly unique.

They have it all—from approachable pieces for the beginner collector to super impressive showstoppers for even the most discerning eye…and everything in between! Their cases are incredibly well curated and their staff are wonderful to work with. Skip big box retailers and shop at Twist where design and craft is truly celebrated.

We just wanted to browse at our own pace and look for items and talk amongst ourselves and she kept following us and kept taking to us. Just very pushy. Second complaint would be, after spending 1200 on earrings, not the most expensive, but you would expect a box for earrings. Even buying cheap earrings at Macy's you get a box. We were given a plastic bag for the earrings quite unusual.Overall great store and merchandise, just some things were off.

I brought them my late mother's ring from the 60s/70s, and they were able to replace a stone that seemed more or less unavailable in the US. It took a while, but that is a supply issue and not the fault of Baraka. They found an almost identical match to the missing stone, and they took the matching process very seriously. They even gave me a discount for the delay *even though* that delay was beyond anyone's control and the piece was already a very slim profit for them. These are great folks.

I decided to go with the Emerald Cut Pink Sapphire Demi Band, but was a little hesitant. Even though I loved it, I wished it was in white gold instead of yellow. I brought the damaged band to a different jeweler for repair but they turned me away saying the repair was too risky and cautioned me that repairing the band would likely cause it to snap and destroy the ring altogether.Disappointed and unsatisfied, I took the ring to Turgeon Raine for a second opinion. They agreed to repair the band for me and assured me they'd take great care to preserve the engravings on the inside of the band. Truthfully, I had very low expectations going into the repair process and did not expect the engravings to survive given how the close they were to the cut. When I received my ring back, I was thrilled to see that they were not only able to repair the band, but they were able to perfectly preserve the engravings that I thought would be lost during the repair.I could not be happier with Turgeon Raine's team and the care they took to ensure that my grandmother's wedding band was restored to its original state. The ring looks so great that one would never know it had been cut and bent by the hospital staff. Thank you, Turgeon Raine, for exceeding my expectations and taking such wonderful care of my grandmother's wedding band!
