Donald Stoops: I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.
David Bellamy: was both pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.
Joel P: Fox's Seattle is definitely top shelf for quality and customer service and a legacy business for downtown Seattle. 15 years ago, asked them to create a custom engagement ring. The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.

Conrad Miyata: I've bought and sold several watches at Porcello's. More often than not, they pay top money for watches that are in excellent-to-mint condition. Their selection of pre-owned Rolex, Omega, and other luxury brands are in my opinion the best in the PNW, with very fair pricing. Not to mention their excellent selection of fine jewelry and diamonds. I recently picked a pair of earrings for my wife. Jason helped me narrow down my choices to find that perfect pair. Austin, Jason, and the rest of the Porcello's team are absolutely top-notch. I will not shop anywhere else.

When I went there they had a wide variety of colognes and I ended up picking a Xerjoff fragrance. When I checked out the owner was very generous and gave me many samples. We drove from Woodinville to Seattle because the Macy’s perfume consultant said Parfumerie Nasreen had the finest selection of world class perfumes. And they do.Parking was easy. We entered the store and were given the space to familiarize ourselves with the store. My son had a few colognes in mind and we shopped autonomously.Then we needed help and Anil was there to support us, but he didn’t insert himself. It was an amazing shopping experience.But it got better. Once my son made his decision, Anil went around and gave us samples of the other colognes that my son wanted. And he had to hand make two of the samples.And then he said, here’s a sample of the Greenley that you bought. You can use that and if you prefer an exchange, just don’t open the box and we’ll exchange it for you within 30 days.Wow! Why buy anywhere else when you want the best for yourself, when you want the most unique fragrance to stand out?

Obviously, he travels all over, and he told me he was impressed with the quality of the perfum this store has. The owner is very kind . Now is my favorite store to buy my perfums.

DesolateCS: Very cozy fragrance shop. They carry a large selection of niche fragrances from a variety of brands. If I have trouble finding a fragrance in department stores, this is the first place I go. The store owner was very friendly and even let me try fragrances that weren't on the shelf.

After what must have been the best part of an hour, we ended up buying a wonderful bottle of a Tiziana Terenzi scent that my wife enjoyed and taking home some samples. Robyn Seely: The staff helped my boyfriend and me to find great scents we loved. Neither of us knew exactly what we wanted, but the knowledgeable staff showed us many options with only our vague descriptions of what we liked. We ended up sampling a different scent on each wrist and on the staff’s suggestion, walked around the mall for a while to see how we liked it with our body chemistry. This was so helpful and we both bought something for each other—they were supposed to be Christmas gifts but we couldn’t wait and gave them to each other right away. Highly recommend!!

Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

You can take the ‘sunglass’ frames and turn them into prescription glasses.
