The ring is beautiful, substantial, heirloom quality, and was a great price, too. I live in California and the entire process was easily handled via email. I own alot of jewelry from the big online vendors--James Allen, Blue Nile, Brilliant Earth, Costco, Etsy, etc., and Sholdt beat them all in quality, value, and a unique product. Megan Schutte: I brought my late grandmother's wedding band in for repair after her doctors cut and severely bent it while she was in the hospital. They unfortunately cut it directly in the middle of my grandparents' initials and wedding date that was engraved on the inside of the band. I brought the damaged band to a different jeweler for repair but they turned me away saying the repair was too risky and cautioned me that repairing the band would likely cause it to snap and destroy the ring altogether.Disappointed and unsatisfied, I took the ring to Turgeon Raine for a second opinion. They agreed to repair the band for me and assured me they'd take great care to preserve the engravings on the inside of the band. Truthfully, I had very low expectations going into the repair process and did not expect the engravings to survive given how the close they were to the cut. When I received my ring back, I was thrilled to see that they were not only able to repair the band, but they were able to perfectly preserve the engravings that I thought would be lost during the repair.I could not be happier with Turgeon Raine's team and the care they took to ensure that my grandmother's wedding band was restored to its original state. The ring looks so great that one would never know it had been cut and bent by the hospital staff. Fay Mei: Seattle Diamonds is so easy to work with. I had a very pleasant experience installing a setting to a pearl. I made a call and scheduled an appointment on the second day. The store is located on the first floor of an apartment and it's in the same plaza with whole food, FedEx, and Xfinity. If you can't find the entrance, just give them a call. Natalya was super nice and picked me up. They have various selections of settings for a pearl on the manual for me to check and pick. Natalya was patient enough to sit me through the whole process, help me make decision and get price quote. At the end of the appointment, I was able to pick the setting. Throughout the whole process, Natalya was very friendly and not pushy at all - she friendly suggested I get a necklace for the pendant. I left my contact information and about a month later, I got a text message from Natalya saying the pendant is ready. I picked up the pendant and it is gorgeous! I will recommend Seattle Diamonds to anyone who needs jewelry.

Cat V: I really enjoyed coming in here. We went on a weekday at 11am. There was another man here before us and he wrapped up quickly. We were greeted immediately by the two women working there and were helped as soon as the other customer left. The shop woman, Odessa, helped us get sized and then we looked around. She took some rings out for us to look at and asked about what styles and shapes I like, then made recommendations. They have a decent selection of engagement rings! I found one I liked and Odessa showed us around their website so I can look at more options at home. She took my info and we set an appointment which was about 3 weeks out. I had a good experience here and hopefully will continue on that note. I will update this review as I progress though the process of getting engagement rings.Update: We’ve been working with Odessa to find the right stone. She’s been incredibly patient with us, we’ve had several appointments. We weren’t able to find exactly what we wanted to she gave preferences to the gemologist who has been trying to track down the right gem for us. No luck yet but the website adds gems regularly.We did end up coming in to buy a placeholder stone, so I can get the ring while we wait to find the perfect stone. We ended up going for a diamond with the setting of my choice until we can find the right sapphire. We worked with the manager for this appointment because Odessa was out. Luckily it turns out they don’t make commission so you can meet with anybody without feeling guilty that they missed out on commission. The manager had the great idea of using the diamond in the setting for now and once I find the right sapphire we’ll turn the diamond into a necklace. The sales process was very easy, they have a few options for financing like affirm or you can pay half at order half at pickup. Our ring is supposed to be delivered 10 days after ordering, so we’ll see if it’s here on time. Will continue to update.
