I acquired a loose stone and had a general idea of how I wanted it set, but was clueless on who to have do the setting and what a fair price would be.Due to the size of my stone, several jewelry stores in my area were having a difficult time understanding my vision for this ring. First off, by accident, a young man came in behind me at my appointment time and needed to sell a couple of small gold rings to pay for his upcoming wedding. This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!

Don: They do computer repair at Barneys. I just picked up my computer and they did an INCREDIBLE job at a REASONABLE price!!!! It was difficult problem -and Reggie the computer repair guy accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem and was great on communication throught he entire process! I highly receommend Barneys and their computer repair. They also have a great selection of computers all of which have been serviced first before they sell them.

I will keep going back, Kevin and his Father are very honest guys if you see something you like he will work with you, If you have something to sell he will give you a good price. I have spent a bit of money their in a short time, enough to put a down payment on a car, never got screwed and never will the few bad reviews I seen are probably from people who were trying to get rid of hot stuff that he won't deal with I don't think he would ever try to take advantage of anyone! There is a good reason why he has been open for all those years and it's not from screwing people!

Those other reviews are garbage and they apparently tried pawning something stolen, which the owner wont tolerate. I'd take my mom there!

They were able to repair it, strengthen the band, and also find a mine-cut diamond that perfectly matched the original setting. It looks exactly like the day we bought it, but it’s even sturdier. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.
Brenna Goodwin: I had a treasured heirloom ring from my great grandmother from the 1870s and I lost the center stone. I had been told the ring was un-restorable due to its age. I don't even live in Seattle but I found Crane Jewelers online and was able to ship my ring to him and not only did he find a new stone and cut it to fit in the setting but he cleaned it up and restored it back to better than it was before. The craftsmanship is stunning and he took great care to fix the ring and maintain its original elegance. He was a true professional and so lovely to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has specific jewelry needs. A million thanks to crane jewelers!

I wanted something made in America from 100% natural cotton and in a very specific pattern, and Revival had just that at very competitive prices. I should also add that I made my order after store hours.The very next day, as soon as they opened, I received an email from the owner herself. She reached out to apologize and explain that an item that was listed in stock at a certain quantity was only available in a lesser quantity. I bought multiples of this item, mind you.The owner made every effort to ensure I was informed of the situation and to make it right. She offered me solutions, up to and including a full refund right then and there, and sincerely asked how we could move forward in the best manner for me, the customer.We got everything straight with a couple emails and my items were headed my way that very same day. They arrived promptly and were packaged with class and care.I gave Revival a shot and I am very glad I did. They are focused on customer service and run their business with integrity and a helpful attitude. They even tossed in a cool sticker for my locker at work, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience and will gladly buy from them again.
