Andrew H: The store was a little small, but the customer reps, especially Amy, were superb!I scheduled an appointment, which I believe was supposed to only be an hour. However, because I wanted to choose the perfect ring, Amy patiently helped me, and showed me all the available styles. Then, once I decided on a style and quality, since I was planning to propose in Boston, she helped me prepare a pick up in the Boston store.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and ring, and it ended up being a great success!

Donald Stoops: I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.

This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!

lia beauchemin: Twist is a treasure trove of beautifully crafted fine jewelry! They have it all—from approachable pieces for the beginner collector to super impressive showstoppers for even the most discerning eye…and everything in between! Their cases are incredibly well curated and their staff are wonderful to work with. Skip big box retailers and shop at Twist where design and craft is truly celebrated.
James Papandreou: Store was amazing and jewelry was beautiful. Just two complaints, the person who greeted us would not leave us alone. We just wanted to browse at our own pace and look for items and talk amongst ourselves and she kept following us and kept taking to us. Just very pushy. Second complaint would be, after spending 1200 on earrings, not the most expensive, but you would expect a box for earrings. Even buying cheap earrings at Macy's you get a box. We were given a plastic bag for the earrings quite unusual.Overall great store and merchandise, just some things were off.

It is a stunning and unique piece which I have not seen anything at all similar to it in all my online ring shopping.I first went in as things were closing down for the pandemic shopping around for ideas. But over the course the last few months, everyone we worked with through the process of deciding on and purchasing our ring, was amazing. Communicative, flexible, and low pressure -- always a great combination when making a large purchase. We felt very cared for in the process of finding and purchasing THE ring, even in these crazier times.

I cannot stress this enough, their selection will be the first thing to grab your attention and it...is...fantastic! I was really interested in a vintage piece for my engagement ring. I browsed their inventory online to ensure they had the style I had been researching. They had at least 15 different rings in the style I wanted, all completely different from one another. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes, they worked with us, didn’t try to talk us into a higher priced item, just supported us and provided unparalleled service. I wanted to go home with it that day, I took it back the next day to have it sized and they had it back to me in less than a week. I couldn’t recommend this establishment more if you’re looking for a vintage piece that is truly unique.

I walked in expecting pushback, but the sales associate was super nice and got us a new charm and attached it right then. Then I rely went out on a limb and asked if they happened to repair other jewelry. I showed him my daughter's other necklace which I'd bought on Etsy and which also promptly broke. I expected to leave it there to pick up after Christmas, if they'd even be able to do it, but the sales associate fixed it right then and there. This was a refreshing customer service experience. Evan J. Peterson: TL:DR: great work, high integrity, eager to make things right.I don't have much fine jewelry, but I will absolutely come here again whenever I need a piece repaired. I brought them my late mother's ring from the 60s/70s, and they were able to replace a stone that seemed more or less unavailable in the US. It took a while, but that is a supply issue and not the fault of Baraka. They found an almost identical match to the missing stone, and they took the matching process very seriously. They even gave me a discount for the delay *even though* that delay was beyond anyone's control and the piece was already a very slim profit for them. These are great folks.

Cat V: I really enjoyed coming in here. We went on a weekday at 11am. There was another man here before us and he wrapped up quickly. We were greeted immediately by the two women working there and were helped as soon as the other customer left. The shop woman, Odessa, helped us get sized and then we looked around. She took some rings out for us to look at and asked about what styles and shapes I like, then made recommendations. They have a decent selection of engagement rings! I found one I liked and Odessa showed us around their website so I can look at more options at home. She took my info and we set an appointment which was about 3 weeks out. I had a good experience here and hopefully will continue on that note. I will update this review as I progress though the process of getting engagement rings.Update: We’ve been working with Odessa to find the right stone. She’s been incredibly patient with us, we’ve had several appointments. We weren’t able to find exactly what we wanted to she gave preferences to the gemologist who has been trying to track down the right gem for us. No luck yet but the website adds gems regularly.We did end up coming in to buy a placeholder stone, so I can get the ring while we wait to find the perfect stone. We ended up going for a diamond with the setting of my choice until we can find the right sapphire. We worked with the manager for this appointment because Odessa was out. Luckily it turns out they don’t make commission so you can meet with anybody without feeling guilty that they missed out on commission. The manager had the great idea of using the diamond in the setting for now and once I find the right sapphire we’ll turn the diamond into a necklace. The sales process was very easy, they have a few options for financing like affirm or you can pay half at order half at pickup. Our ring is supposed to be delivered 10 days after ordering, so we’ll see if it’s here on time. Will continue to update.
