However, because I wanted to choose the perfect ring, Amy patiently helped me, and showed me all the available styles. Then, once I decided on a style and quality, since I was planning to propose in Boston, she helped me prepare a pick up in the Boston store.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and ring, and it ended up being a great success!

It was the little touches that really made this a magical experience- from steaming the ring, to tips for the best photos and then being on the line for a video call with my fiance these people really went above and beyond. I browsed their inventory online to ensure they had the style I had been researching. They had at least 15 different rings in the style I wanted, all completely different from one another. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes, they worked with us, didn’t try to talk us into a higher priced item, just supported us and provided unparalleled service. I wanted to go home with it that day, I took it back the next day to have it sized and they had it back to me in less than a week. I couldn’t recommend this establishment more if you’re looking for a vintage piece that is truly unique.

lia beauchemin: Twist is a treasure trove of beautifully crafted fine jewelry! They have it all—from approachable pieces for the beginner collector to super impressive showstoppers for even the most discerning eye…and everything in between! Their cases are incredibly well curated and their staff are wonderful to work with. Skip big box retailers and shop at Twist where design and craft is truly celebrated.
James Papandreou: Store was amazing and jewelry was beautiful. Just two complaints, the person who greeted us would not leave us alone. We just wanted to browse at our own pace and look for items and talk amongst ourselves and she kept following us and kept taking to us. Just very pushy. Second complaint would be, after spending 1200 on earrings, not the most expensive, but you would expect a box for earrings. Even buying cheap earrings at Macy's you get a box. We were given a plastic bag for the earrings quite unusual.Overall great store and merchandise, just some things were off.

Not only is the pricing incredible, but working with Wacek is like working with an old friend - and when you are designing custom wedding rings, it becomes even more exciting when your jeweler can hardly contain his own enthusiasm for the project! My girlfriend and I had very specific visions and Wacek helped us make those visions a reality while keeping the price within budget. I even got a bigger, natural sapphire than I had originally planned - I should add our budget was LESS than an estimate we were given at a larger custom jeweler. I honestly couldn't be happier with our rings and with the man whose art is now part of our story.

I came in to get a dainty necklace untangled — it had two really intricate knots in it and I’d worked on it for weeks but couldn’t do it myself. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the employee who helped me, but he spent 30 minutes untangling the necklace and did so successfully! He didn’t get frustrated at all, was very kind and now my necklace is all untangled and beautiful. Fantastic customer service — would highly recommend for all your repair needs!

At this point, I wasn't even a client, but Star emailed me information and had no hesitation to do so. Again, I was not a client at this point, but Tony dedicated 1-hour of his time to walk me through everything. I was pretty sold at this point, but when I went in-person, I immediately knew we were going to work with Joseph Jewelry.Based on my previous conversation with Tony, the team had already sourced diamonds for us to look at, along with ring settings. We ended up having an appointment with Star, and she was great! We ended up making a custom ring with Joseph Jewelry and the process was incredibly straightforward. They sent us a 3-d print before finalizing our ring as well. We received our ring just a few days ago, and it's so beautiful. I truly couldn't imagine a more beautiful ring for me. The quality of the design and execution is impeccable. My partner and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we've already decided to go back for our wedding bands. Donald Stoops: I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.

When I first started to sell vintage jewelry, I met her for an appointment and she was very helpful with pricing and information.

Seth Stapf: The team at A-M was absolutely remarkable. My fiance and I selected the celestial sculpted ring as her wedding band. Because the ring can't be resized after mounting the diamonds the team sent the sculpted gold band with no gemstones and gave us weeks to evaluate the size before accepting the ring in return, resizing, and then mounting the diamonds to ensure a perfect fit. Communication, kindness, guidance, and craftpersonship, were all stellar. They truly made a memory in this wedding band. Can't recommend highly enough.
