However, because I wanted to choose the perfect ring, Amy patiently helped me, and showed me all the available styles. Then, once I decided on a style and quality, since I was planning to propose in Boston, she helped me prepare a pick up in the Boston store.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and ring, and it ended up being a great success!

lia beauchemin: Twist is a treasure trove of beautifully crafted fine jewelry! They have it all—from approachable pieces for the beginner collector to super impressive showstoppers for even the most discerning eye…and everything in between! Their cases are incredibly well curated and their staff are wonderful to work with. Skip big box retailers and shop at Twist where design and craft is truly celebrated.
James Papandreou: Store was amazing and jewelry was beautiful. Just two complaints, the person who greeted us would not leave us alone. We just wanted to browse at our own pace and look for items and talk amongst ourselves and she kept following us and kept taking to us. Just very pushy. Second complaint would be, after spending 1200 on earrings, not the most expensive, but you would expect a box for earrings. Even buying cheap earrings at Macy's you get a box. We were given a plastic bag for the earrings quite unusual.Overall great store and merchandise, just some things were off.

From actually purchasing the rings to providing service to this day, we both really, really appreciate the jewelry team over there on the Seattle waterfront. We have since moved to South Carolina, and even now I send them in for yearly maintenance or anything else that goes wrong with them. We purchased a protection plan way back when and they still honor it to this day, fixing missing stones and tightening prongs. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Misha Smith: This place is perfect for what we were looking for! The staff is very friendly & the food was amazing. Right when you walk in the door the aroma of the food smells so good! The place is super clean & decorated very cute.

Mark Williams: Erica is an amazing jeweler. She doesn’t try to sale you anything you don’t want. She is very knowledgeable about gemstones and custom jewelry. She listens to what you are saying and asking for in a custom piece on top of adding her expertise to make your design to perfection. She is personable and is willing to the extra mile to help you find what you want. She does not rush you and will answer every question you have. Come in with a problem or give her an idea of what you want and she will help you brainstorm possible solutions, research it and figure it.

Jason Wise: I ordered some bandanas from Revival Shop Seattle. They were the only folks I could find who had specifically what I was looking for. I wanted something made in America from 100% natural cotton and in a very specific pattern, and Revival had just that at very competitive prices. I should also add that I made my order after store hours.The very next day, as soon as they opened, I received an email from the owner herself. She reached out to apologize and explain that an item that was listed in stock at a certain quantity was only available in a lesser quantity. I bought multiples of this item, mind you.The owner made every effort to ensure I was informed of the situation and to make it right. She offered me solutions, up to and including a full refund right then and there, and sincerely asked how we could move forward in the best manner for me, the customer.We got everything straight with a couple emails and my items were headed my way that very same day. They arrived promptly and were packaged with class and care.I gave Revival a shot and I am very glad I did. They are focused on customer service and run their business with integrity and a helpful attitude. They even tossed in a cool sticker for my locker at work, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience and will gladly buy from them again.

Ramesh Menon: , that it has almost magical powers to heal pain. That's just me. However this is the first time I observed this, despite my small collection of so called very powerful crystals. Something comes close to this might be the Auralite 23 that I got from Crystal Council website.I wish they sold online and overseas. I will have to travel once more to this store from Australia. Should have got more stuff. I really didn't expect this place to sell such beautiful and potentially powerful stuff. I'm just a novice and this was incredible.
Jake Armstrong: Huge selection of handmade jewelery. Lots of cool, interesting designs with a ton of different materials and gemstones. I really enjoyed the selection and felt the pieces had a lot more character than what you would find at retail chains.When you go, expect that the owner might be a little rude or brusk with you. This is a true mon-and-pop shop and the dude doesn't give af. He was a mix of brash, nice, rude, funny, and helpful when I went. He helped me resize a couple of times, joked with me, and told me he had been selling jewelry there for 49 years. This ain't Tiffany's or Chick-fil-A, its an old grumpy asian man who makes/sells jewelery, take it or leave it.

I came here 4 years ago and was blown away by the selection of genuine opal rings. I took my time to choose one and at no moment did I ever feel pressured to make a decision. I came back again after four years for another ring and I was crossing my fingers that this store was still here. I was so happy to find that it still was. I made sure to make conversation with a Jenny. She's such a hard working, sweet woman. And I am so in love with my new ring. I had to take photos of the shop and us together so I won't forget where it is again.

The shop had so much beautiful jewelry in a variety of price ranges, the man working in no way tried to get us to splurge but instead made suggestions based on a price range we had suggested.Looking around at other shops in the area, the prices seemed very fair and he sized the rings on the spot. Will definitely be going back.

Ali Rogers: I was looking for a reputable jeweler to resize and reshape my engagement ring as well as have my ring appraised. This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!

Neko Ramsay: A bit of a tight fit in a rather small shopping complex, this store is a riot of color and products ranging from jewelry to kids first perfume and accessories.I can't express how impressed I was by the staff though. In spite of a hoard of little girls running around the store causing chaos and a shopper in front of me who had to split her purchase across about 4 gift cards, I never got the impression that the clerk would want to be literally any place else but her job which is what 90% of people would.A nice, if petite, Claire's.

She was a great balance of selling Claire’s products while showing care and interest with my daughter’s style. Karen was so good I tried to leave her a tip but they don’t accept tips. Karen seemed to enjoy her job and take pride in it. Her co-worker Jenny was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store for ear piercing!
