Ali Rogers: I was looking for a reputable jeweler to resize and reshape my engagement ring as well as have my ring appraised. This ring was my late mother-in-law's and so ensuring it was safe and the work was done well was of the utmost importance to me. I worked mostly with Crystal and she was knowledgeable and friendly! She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!

She is very easy to communicate with throughout the process and makes the entire experience a memorable one. My ring turned out exactly how I envisioned it and I get compliments on it all the time.After leaving her office, I went home and put her business card in my husbands wallet and told him to just email Tara for any future purchases. She is the only person I want to purchase jewelry from and I will always recommend her name first to anyone in the market!

I wanted something made in America from 100% natural cotton and in a very specific pattern, and Revival had just that at very competitive prices. I should also add that I made my order after store hours.The very next day, as soon as they opened, I received an email from the owner herself. She reached out to apologize and explain that an item that was listed in stock at a certain quantity was only available in a lesser quantity. I bought multiples of this item, mind you.The owner made every effort to ensure I was informed of the situation and to make it right. She offered me solutions, up to and including a full refund right then and there, and sincerely asked how we could move forward in the best manner for me, the customer.We got everything straight with a couple emails and my items were headed my way that very same day. They arrived promptly and were packaged with class and care.I gave Revival a shot and I am very glad I did. They are focused on customer service and run their business with integrity and a helpful attitude. They even tossed in a cool sticker for my locker at work, which I greatly appreciate. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant buying experience and will gladly buy from them again.

They were able to repair it, strengthen the band, and also find a mine-cut diamond that perfectly matched the original setting. It looks exactly like the day we bought it, but it’s even sturdier. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.
Brenna Goodwin: I had a treasured heirloom ring from my great grandmother from the 1870s and I lost the center stone. I had been told the ring was un-restorable due to its age. I don't even live in Seattle but I found Crane Jewelers online and was able to ship my ring to him and not only did he find a new stone and cut it to fit in the setting but he cleaned it up and restored it back to better than it was before. The craftsmanship is stunning and he took great care to fix the ring and maintain its original elegance. He was a true professional and so lovely to work with. Don: They do computer repair at Barneys. I just picked up my computer and they did an INCREDIBLE job at a REASONABLE price!!!! It was difficult problem -and Reggie the computer repair guy accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem and was great on communication throught he entire process! I highly receommend Barneys and their computer repair. They also have a great selection of computers all of which have been serviced first before they sell them.

I will keep going back, Kevin and his Father are very honest guys if you see something you like he will work with you, If you have something to sell he will give you a good price. I have spent a bit of money their in a short time, enough to put a down payment on a car, never got screwed and never will the few bad reviews I seen are probably from people who were trying to get rid of hot stuff that he won't deal with I don't think he would ever try to take advantage of anyone! There is a good reason why he has been open for all those years and it's not from screwing people!

I've known the gentlemen working in front even longer, he used to work for another pawn shop. I am going to purchase a anniversary ring from them this week. Those other reviews are garbage and they apparently tried pawning something stolen, which the owner wont tolerate. I'd take my mom there!

Veronica M: A hidden treasure! It’s a tranquil resale shop selling mostly small items like dishes, cups, and decor, all beautifully curated and well cared for. A must see if you’re even remotely interested in Japanese culture, design, or antiques. I got my very first wall decoration for my new apartment here, a lovely old print of some koi fish.

Christiane Boyce: A luxury consignment with no items less than $100. Perfect little curated selection of clothing in great condition but not worth the money for used goods, at least in my opinion. The store owner is lovely however and she made our morning.

Julie Burrow: We worked with Dave at Seattle Diamonds to come up with a new ring after I lost the diamond from my engagement ring. He repurposed the material that was left from my old ring into a new design and helped us select a diamond. I was very specific about what I wanted and he knocked it out of the park. It is gorgeous. And it appraised for far more than we paid. I love it so much.
Fay Mei: Seattle Diamonds is so easy to work with. I had a very pleasant experience installing a setting to a pearl. I made a call and scheduled an appointment on the second day. The store is located on the first floor of an apartment and it's in the same plaza with whole food, FedEx, and Xfinity. If you can't find the entrance, just give them a call. Natalya was super nice and picked me up. They have various selections of settings for a pearl on the manual for me to check and pick. Natalya was patient enough to sit me through the whole process, help me make decision and get price quote. At the end of the appointment, I was able to pick the setting. Throughout the whole process, Natalya was very friendly and not pushy at all - she friendly suggested I get a necklace for the pendant. I left my contact information and about a month later, I got a text message from Natalya saying the pendant is ready. I picked up the pendant and it is gorgeous! I will recommend Seattle Diamonds to anyone who needs jewelry.

C McKenna: If you love country & western wear, or Nashville honky tonk style, then you’d love Gold Dogs in Ballard… They have a LOT of vintage cowboy boots for men and women, as well as clothes, cowboy hats, lariat ties, jewelry, western belt buckles, and flannel shirts for days.If you’re going to a country music concert or outdoor music festival, you can probably find a great outfit here!

Seth Stapf: The team at A-M was absolutely remarkable. My fiance and I selected the celestial sculpted ring as her wedding band. Because the ring can't be resized after mounting the diamonds the team sent the sculpted gold band with no gemstones and gave us weeks to evaluate the size before accepting the ring in return, resizing, and then mounting the diamonds to ensure a perfect fit. Communication, kindness, guidance, and craftpersonship, were all stellar. They truly made a memory in this wedding band. Can't recommend highly enough.
