She was also 100% on board and very enthusiastic about me wanting to include dragons in the design.The ring is beyond perfect. It's wonderfully detailed, very well-made, and has 2 gorgeous dragons. We're already talking about going back when my spouse is ready to "upgrade" his ring.

Much to my surprise, Jamie happened to have the bandwidth to repair my chain immediately and was so kind to do so. This place has many amazing pieces of jewelry and my cheaper costume bracelet may not even have been worth the effort, but I was given excellent service from start to finish. I’m really grateful!
Evan J. Peterson: TL:DR: great work, high integrity, eager to make things right.I don't have much fine jewelry, but I will absolutely come here again whenever I need a piece repaired. I brought them my late mother's ring from the 60s/70s, and they were able to replace a stone that seemed more or less unavailable in the US. It took a while, but that is a supply issue and not the fault of Baraka. They found an almost identical match to the missing stone, and they took the matching process very seriously. They even gave me a discount for the delay *even though* that delay was beyond anyone's control and the piece was already a very slim profit for them. These are great folks.

When I needed rings all I knew was the words “Art Deco” and she guided me through the process. When we brought in the rings for sizing she collaborated with my partner on her bands and made all three pieces a combo unique set that was one of a kind and stunning. Recently when I needed a bracelet she guided me through it all remotely and was on top of it all start to end without losing sight of the details. Every time my significant other was happy, and she even recognized Lisa’s logo when I gave her the gift knowing it would be top shelf due to her awesome previous experience. Fay Mei: Seattle Diamonds is so easy to work with. I had a very pleasant experience installing a setting to a pearl. I made a call and scheduled an appointment on the second day. The store is located on the first floor of an apartment and it's in the same plaza with whole food, FedEx, and Xfinity. If you can't find the entrance, just give them a call. Natalya was super nice and picked me up. They have various selections of settings for a pearl on the manual for me to check and pick. Natalya was patient enough to sit me through the whole process, help me make decision and get price quote. At the end of the appointment, I was able to pick the setting. Throughout the whole process, Natalya was very friendly and not pushy at all - she friendly suggested I get a necklace for the pendant. I left my contact information and about a month later, I got a text message from Natalya saying the pendant is ready. I picked up the pendant and it is gorgeous! I will recommend Seattle Diamonds to anyone who needs jewelry.

I decided to go with the Emerald Cut Pink Sapphire Demi Band, but was a little hesitant. Even though I loved it, I wished it was in white gold instead of yellow. She is very easy to communicate with throughout the process and makes the entire experience a memorable one. My ring turned out exactly how I envisioned it and I get compliments on it all the time.After leaving her office, I went home and put her business card in my husbands wallet and told him to just email Tara for any future purchases. She is the only person I want to purchase jewelry from and I will always recommend her name first to anyone in the market!

Hailey: I have had a wonderful experience with Pratt so far. I just completed the introductory stone carving class with Leon White. It was an 8 week series from 6p-10p every Wednesday. Our group of 8 bonded and had a blast learning how to use the hand and power tools. I was an absolute beginner yet I learned a lot and had so much fun. Very nonjudgmental and supportive environment. Looking forward to taking the next class in the series.
MDH: Big studios, good equipment and facilities. Instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly. They were explaining the process in detail which made me a bit more confident when working with hot flames.I had a blast in the glass studios.There is plenty of free parking around the building.

She noticed a few additional things that needed to be addressed to ensure the stones remained secure. She was very forthcoming with costs and provided a clear explanation for the estimate. They got the ring back to me 2 weeks later and it looks perfect! They also provided a wonderful appraisal for insurance very quickly after it was returned. I am sure they do lovely custom work but they are wonderful and trustworthy with your heirlooms!
