Rain Librando: Booked a keratin treatment here while out of town from Alaska, absolutely saved my over processed hair and could not be more pleased with the results. Amani's a great person and was happy to give me tips on maintaining my hair and letting me know it's okay to follow up if I have any questions. Getting your hair done with a lakeside view was also a unique experience that can't be beat, would love to come back here in the future.

Cristina Acuna: I went in for a Keratin treatment at 10am. Champagne the cutest Yorkie in the world sat on my lap as I got the treatment. Suffice it to say the service was fantastic and the experience incredibly charming. I have very wavy but frizzy color treated hair that needed a good taming. The keratin treatment did just that. My waves are now perfect and sleek and I can clip in my hair extensions after my hair has air dried without any more effort bc the texture of my hair matches the extensions perfectly. I have been looking for a stylist who knows how to deal with natural curvy Asian hair and he is the one the best. He is super detailed, very gentle when washing my hair and drying it. I did hair straightening and hair cut and it is so smooth and looks so good afterward. 5 stars!!

If you're looking for a good colorist, you'll find one at Ten Pachi. But book early because they have many loyal customers who are on the schedule regularly!

I spent only a couple of minutes describing to her what I had in mind. In retrospect, it probably would have been more helpful to Nadya if I came prepared with photos to share, illustrating the new style I wanted, but she assured me she got it.Well, she nailed it. I love my new hairstyle! Is it the cheapest cut? Absolutely not, but c'mon guys... Treat yourself.The salon is also a great space. I felt welcomed when I checked in, the music was just the right volume, it's brightly yet tastefully lit, and just overall well designed.

Kat: Had a great experience getting my hair color done at Civility and Sway!I have natural black hair and wanted to go overall much lighter. Been to two other places and had no luck getting the results I wanted even with reference photos. I was told it was impossible in one session or it would fry my hair.Today I found out it was because it's a lengthy process that requires a lot of care. Courtney was very patient, professional and friendly and did this right in one session, and it did not damage my hair at all! The salon interior is very cozy as well. Would definitely recommend and I will be back!

They’d mentioned what a great conversationalist she is. That was a draw for me. But I also go into most things with an ounce of doubt. Adam Tapp: The team of Caesar and Ellie could not have been better. The shampoo had me so relaxed I almost fell asleep during the treatment. The calming music paired with a 5 minute leave in conditioner was such almost as much of a pleasure as Ellie. And Caesar was no different. I almost forgot I was there for an hour and a half because of his infectious energy and his keen understanding of customer service as a stylist. I will be coming back again without a doubt.
