I forgive the little things and round up on my bill when I pay him. He's worth it in every respect.Also, he's positively jammed with work until late July. If you are trying to get something done in the springtime you might have to wait several weeks. Better to come back mid-summer if you can wait that long.

In addition to a normal servicing I had purchased and installed myself an after-market replacement drivers side power side mirror for my 2010 MBZ ML350. It did however require the wiring to be connected and calibration completed. Their work helped me cut my costs by 50% from a full and very expensive MBZ replacement.

Ross Reynolds: Excellent, dedicated, straightforward, no hassle service.We had a flat the day before vacation, so I scrambled to find a place to repair or replace the tire. I didn't want to find the first place available and drive my family 50,000 miles on shoddy handiwork. Jeff's was the opposite of all that. They had reasonable availability, provided us a quality tire, rebalanced the whole set while they were at it. They even stayed late to get the job done. I'm definitely going to take more of my service and maintenance jobs there.

Peter H: I replaced a friend's rear brake pads and rotors on her 2019 outback. Afterwards the electronic parking brake kept kicking off an error. I thought it just needed to be placed in maintenance mode and out of maintenance mode to remove the error. I called 6 places and none would either do it or it was 2 weeks out and some of those wanted to charge me. John just said "sure we can squeeze you in, bring it on by." The mechanic, Edgar, was super helpful and unfortunately I'd broken something in the caliper and it took a while to troubleshoot that, it was not just a simple turn maintenance mode on and off with the scanner tool. They jacked it up, and took off the servo motor and didn't charge me at all. they were super helpful. We look forward to choosing them for our business in the future!
