The Edgewater House: what do users think?

Monica Maese: The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We initially had our wedding scheduled for July of 2020. However, when the pandemic hit we had to postpone our wedding to June 2021. Johanna was extremely accommodating and made this process very easy. When communicating with with Johanna or Anna they always responded within 48 hours of us reaching out to them. On the day of our wedding, Anna was excellent about keeping us on schedule. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. As the evening began to cool off, staff provided blankets to guests. At no fault of the venue, there were a few hiccups with our wedding cakes and Anna was able to quickly come up with a solution. It has been a few weeks since we had our wedding at the Edgewater House and we continue to receive compliments about how excellent the food was and how beautiful the wedding was. We would highly recommend The Edgewater House if you are looking for a welcoming, picturesque venue. Thank you again Johanna, Anna, and staff!

Hope Carpenter: It was perfect! I've known the owners and their family for years and was SO HAPPY to use their venue. Thank you so much!

Daniel Sellars: Beautiful property operated by a wonderful family!

Gretchen Costanzo: We have absolutely loved staying here. The staff is absolutely tuned into what ever you might need. Perfectly located - highly recommend it for a wedding, family reunion or any kind of special occasion you might want to remember as truly special.

Sodo Park: what do users think?

Serhiy Tsyganok: Absolutely amazing place for any type of celebrations!!! Nice location with parking, very kind and friendly team work there🙌🏻 👍🏻 ✌🏻 👌🏻 💪🏻

Tanya Thomson: What a cool venue. We went for my husband's work event and it was so good. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and the ambience was so nice. Great place for a wedding I'd imagine!!!

Stefan & Audrey: We recently photographed a wedding here, and have done so many times, so we figured it was time for a glowing review. The charm of this venue is undeniable. Anyone who walks in the door will immediately realize how special the main room is. What sets this venue above so many others though, is the attention to detail by the staff, which includes food & beverage. Absolutely top-tier. And to have so much space, all of which is beautiful, out of the Seattle weather, is also very hard to come by. 10/10 would recommend.

Justin Cykler: Gorgeous venue. Attended as a guest for a wine pickup party.

Timothy Leapai: The venue was large with multiple areas for photos. The big tree is awesome. The reception hall is massive with a ton of space.

marlee mckibbin: Great place for an event.

Brianna Messer: As a wedding photographer I think my favorite thing about Sodo Park is that it is not only a beautiful venue on its own, but its proximity to other locations give couples the opportunity to have such a variety in their photos! The Herban Feast team is also so kind and wonderful at what they do. I loved every minute of my time at Sodo Park, it really is a gem!

Kat Ua: Sat out on the covered patio area. There is a fireplace. Very cozy place and food was good. Good variety for a group.

Mark Lucht: Great venue. I was recently there to see Teatro Zinzanni. Really a large place, but they shoved too many people into it. I can see Sodo Park as a popular option for wedding receptions and the like. I hope that Teatro Zinzanni finds a differently permanent location, though.

Danielle Lambert: Gorgeous space. Herban Feast does a great job with the food!

John Liles: Beautiful venue!

Georgetown Ballroom: what do users think?

Kate Dahl: If there was a way for me to leave a 10-star review, I would!!!We got married at Georgetown Ballroom and the entire experience from Day 1 has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first email we sent, we were partnered with Nancy Neyhart to help us execute our perfect wedding, and she went above and beyond. Her commitment to service, communication, kindness, and honesty were so helpful as we planned our wedding. We loved having a single person throughout the almost year-long process that we could rely on and build a relationship with. The venue itself is spectacular. It was colorful, spacious, bright, and funky, all perfect for a March wedding in Seattle where rain was always in the cards. We were able to visit several times, including an impromptu walk-through with our parents to show them the space long before our wedding day. A lot of other venues we looked at would have charged for an extra run-through, but Nancy was so welcoming and even gave our parents the same magical tour she gave us.We also got to visit for a menu tasting which was a fun evening that we turned into a date night. Catering was included in the booking, and the food was fabulous! We went with a taco bar and our guests raved about how different and fun our food was to the average wedding. The price was absolutely fair and in-line with caterers we had been researching before booking the venue. It never felt like GTB was nickel-and-diming us. Every decision was ours to make, with no hidden charges or fees. With Nancy's help, we were able to create the perfect wedding for our budget, our vision, and our guests. We will be singing the praises of this venue for the rest of our lives!Thank you thank you thank you, Nancy and team. You exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

Stephanie Walls (Wedding Photographer): Georgetown Ballroom is a beautiful Unique Venue in the Georgetown area of Seattle it has a very urban atmosphere. Every inch of this venue has cool features to use for photos and to keep your guest talking for years to come.

Caitlin Gilchrist: We had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience with Georgetown Ballroom! Nancy, our venue manager, was such a joy to work with. Extremely well-organized, made sure we stayed on top of everything, and ran the wedding itself so smoothly we didn't have to even think about lifting a finger. The property itself is just gorgeous, the staff is all so friendly, and the in-house catering is DELICIOUS. I cannot tell you how many compliments we got from guests on how good dinner was. HIGHLY recommend you book your event here!

Michael Blanchard: and, afterwards, received loads of positive feedback from the group to the point that we are already rebooking this place for next year! From the planning side, it was so so easy. They just handle so much of it and are super responsive along the way. Nancy, the coordinator, was helpful in identifying all the little things we needed

Seth Tomlinson: Fun!

Rogue Cortex: Staff was friendly and the food was great. Nice cozy atmosphere.

Kodey Currier: We had our company holiday party at Georgetown Ballroom. Everything was great! The venue is cute and intimate while still being quite a large space. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Our plated dinner was flavorful and beautiful to the eye. Big shoutout to the Director of Ops, Danielle, for ensuring our event was a hit and for coordinating with our vendors!

Erica Dagg: fun. The night of went perfectly; the food and drinks were delicious, the staff helped make everything run smoothly and we were able to have the wedding we dreamed of!

Margaret Bordelon: We had our wedding there and the staff was great. The food was good. Everything was clean and. They are very strict on their rules but because of that nothing goes wrong with your day or the person who has an event the day after you. It's definitely worth giving them a tour and seeing with all about.

Barb Lord: Lovely place for any event!

Stefan Cvoric: and it was perfect, we honestly could not have imagined it going any better. The venue itself is beautiful if you are looking for an immaculately maintained rustic brick aesthetic. 2 things that really stood out1. The staff. From our event manager, Nancy, that helped plan the day to the staff working the event. They are all such warm and genuine people with great organization and attention to detail. They are also one of the few places in the wedding industry that is so transparent with their pricing and policies which really helps with budgeting.2. The amount of services offered inhouse. They have high quality in house catering and bar services as well as venue decorations and back yard games, they literally had everything we needed for the wedding. The only thing we brought in was flowers.Thank You Georgetown Ballroom!

Kate Brunette Kreuzer: We ♥ Georgetown Ballroom! Danielle and team took very good care of us on our wedding day. They run a very tight ship and our night went perfectly from start to finish. We were able to just sit back, relax and enjoy our wedding night without having to worry about the details. It's not often that you can get a beautiful venue, great food and top-notch service all in the same place but GTB delivers! They have great indoor and outdoor space, an integrated sound system for a DJ to plug into, and really fun vintage decor. Quality food was a high priority for us and we got lots of compliments -- especially the cod! Highly recommend.

Chad Cotter: Staff is always incredibly professional and prompt. What an incredible venue to host weddings and other events.

Kaitlin Gillespie: When my husband and I first walked into Georgetown Ballroom, we knew it was the perfect location for our intimate, 40-person wedding. This gorgeous venue is full of charm and history and highly customizable for events big and small. We immediately fell in love with the brick walls, paper lanterns and other thoughtful details throughout the space. The food and drinks were excellent -- the chef even helped us make a custom Bob’s Burgers style “burger of the day” as one of our appetizers. But what makes Georgetown Ballroom truly special are the wonderful people who work there. We worked primarily with Nancy Neyhart for more than a year to make every detail perfect. Nancy was responsive to my many, many questions, transparent with us about costs and allowed us to tour the venue multiple times as we were planning our decorations and details. Nancy and the team at Georgetown did more than help us plan a wedding -- they helped us share our love story. And I can’t go without mentioning the massive hiccup Nancy helped us navigate. On our wedding day, my husband woke up sick, and for more than a few moments, I thought we were going to have to cancel. But the Georgetown Ballroom team went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to schedule. Nancy helped keep me calm, and even brought my husband cold packs and ginger beer in his getting ready suite. We would recommend Georgetown Ballroom a hundred times over for all types of events. We will be forever grateful to Nancy and her team for her care and dedication to making our wedding happen.

Zoey Ferenczy: for 200 guests. Danielle was incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and flexible -- it was always clear that her first priority was for our event to be successful and our guests to enjoy their time. It was a joy planning our event down to the smallest detail together. The night-of staff made sure the night ran so smoothly and created a warm & inviting atmosphere. We could not thank Georgetown Ballroom enough for all their help. They took care of so much of the logistics, allowing us to focus on our program and meeting with our guests. We not only met our fundraising goal, we far surpassed it! Our guests provided so much positive feedback on the venue, the food, and the overall flow of the event. We couldn't have done it with Danielle & her team!

Charm Salvino: BEST WEDDING VENUE AND TEAM EVER!We had the privilege of working with Nancy, who has been our wedding angel and who has made our experience of planning a wedding very smooth and organized. The venue has great ambiance, delicious food, friendly staff and had provided the best service. If only my husband and I can get married every year.. We would celebrate it here every time!!Highly, highly recommend Georgetown Ballroom!

Annemarie Juhlian, Seattle Wedding Officiant & Minister: what do users think?

Bryan Scantland: Perfect down to every last detail. Annemarie is eloquent, efficient and sincere. I can say with confidence there is nobody better. Thank you for making our ceremony beautiful! 💙💙

Kathy Saelee: The ceremony is an intimate, special, and scared part of the wedding shared with our closest friends and family, and she spent the time to get to know us and brought the ceremony speech to life. My husband and I are are deeply touched by her words on our wedding day. Our guests have shared it was the best wedding ceremony they've ever attended, and this greatly had to do with working Anne Marie's magic! We are forever grateful for the love, support, humor, and the positive energy from our amazing officiant.

Chris Reynolds: Oh my goodness! 🙂My wife and I were so grateful to have had Annemarie do our Wedding Ceremony this August! She did my mom's memorial service a year ago, and she did such a a beautiful job talking about my mom. While looking online with my wife for the perfect non-denominational officiant, her name was on the top of the list! And i didn't have to say a word to my wife. We knew it was a no brainer to hire her!So Thank You Anne, Thank You Sooooo Much! You made things really easy on the big day!For any couple looking for the perfect wedding officiant, Annemarie is it, you're in for a lot of fun! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stephanie Pace: We are so grateful to have had Annemarie take us on the journey towards “I do”. So many people remarked that they found the ceremony portion of our wedding so incredibly meaningful. That is mainly owing to Annemarie, and her skills in guiding the proceedings with both gravitas and grace. Bringing a blended family together. It should also be noted that Annemarie pushed us to truly think about what we both cherish & love about each other, and put that into our vows. Our big day wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Mark Hofman: We are so happy we found Annemarie for our special day. Our families loved her and the ceremony and how she really brought out the love and togetherness of the occasion. Our preparation together was fun and resulted in a personalized, relevant, and memorable day and set the stage for a fun celebration. Thank you!

Francis Byington: Annemarie was amazing! She worked with us all the way up to the wedding and answered any questions we had! She made a couple changes day off because of the heat outside and we appreciated it all of it! Thank you so much!

Cameron Ehlers: Annemarie did a fantastic job crafting a wonderful wedding ceremony. She was very thorough and detailed, provided a lot of great advice and expertise, and relieved a lot of stress for us as the bride and groom with her great organization and communication. She is lovely to work with and we highly recommend her as wedding officiant!

Georgette Nugent: I've never been married before, therefore I don't know the process that other officiants use. This being said, Anne Marie's process is perfect. She gives you homework. Two, in-depth questionnaires. One to fill out alone and one to fill out as a couple. Simply going through the process of answering the questions brings you and your significant other, closer. It's almost like therapy! Anne Marie then takes your answers, your stories, and creates a beautiful, moving, heartfelt ceremony, with a touch of humor. My fiance and I had been together for 20 years, and we literally fell completely in love all over again as Anne Marie spoke. It was so intimate, beautiful and heartfelt. It could not have been more perfect. She is also a source of advice, guidance and care. I knew from the moment I heard her voice on the phone that we were in good hands. She literally takes a lead in your dance and guides you through it all. She is nurturing, full of spark, and has a passion for her art that comes clearly shining through in her delivery. Whether you are planning a huge wedding or an elopement, as we did, I highly recommend Anne Marie.

Marcus S: Annemarie is a delight. She is so attentive to the couple and their needs, and she goes out of her way to make the couple feel stress-free. Our wedding day went seamlessly in no short effort from Annemarie. The ceremony was heartfelt and beautiful and her energy carried us through a hectic morning. Our families were so overjoyed with the ceremony; the day would not have been the same without her. We are so happy we had Annemarie as our officiant!

Solange: Annemarie performed the ceremony we had planned for and dreamed about: true, simple and heartfelt. Many guests commented on how beautiful our ceremony was, and we were so happy with our wedding. She was extremely professional, very punctual and knows what she's doing. She was very sweet and, at the same time, very straightforward and down to earth during the whole process - from our first contact to after the wedding day.We felt safe and in very good hands. She'll always be part of our history!

Aly Brown: Annemarie did a fantastic job of making our small and personal ceremony very special. She was communicative from the start, full of information and and was passionate to be make our day memorable. She was full of positive and hopeful energy the day of the wedding and it translated into her officiating. She went above and beyond making sure everything was special and to our satisfaction and we could not recommend her enough. You can tell she loves what she does and her excitement was contagious.

Aubree Barry: I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Annemarie was for our wedding! Not only did she make our ceremony so perfect that all of our guests were asking where we found her but she was also there for my husband and I through the entire process of pre-wedding. My mom passed away 3 weeks for the wedding so I had a lot going on before the wedding day and the support we received from Annemarie was so amazing. She was able to customize our ceremony to add in an honoring of my mom and provided emotional support throughout one of the hardest times of my life leading up to the best day of my life! Additionally, Annemarie helped both my husband and I with our anxiety of having all of the attention on us during the ceremony! We were both SO nervous to have all eyes on us but Annemarie talked us through everything and made the ceremony perfect in every way. I honestly couldn’t recommend Annemarie enough. Thank you Annemarie for everything!

Donna Alessi: AMAZING for meet lovers! Their salads were incredible too! So many choice!!

Shivani Dave: We just wanted to make our wedding official and couldn’t have asked for a better officiant! Annemarie was very responsive and was available on a short notice. She made sure that the wedding was officiated on the days we requested even though the weather was not co-operative. We had a short and a cute ceremony just as we wanted, thanks to Annemarie!

Elana Albert: We are so happy we went with Annemarie for our special day! She was communicative, flexible, empathetic, and very eager to make sure we were comfortable and pleased throughout the whole process. She was also able to beautifully accomodate a very last minute request I had. She took the time and care to make sure our ceremony was personalized and special to us as a couple. Her warmth and positive energy really helped make our ceremony exactly what we were looking for! Thank you so much Annemarie!

Meme Ellis: I can't tell you how many compliments we received from our guests regarding Annemarie! So many of them told us how this was the first wedding they've actually cried at and how tailored the ceremony was to us as a couple. She was charming and funny—she navigated between the light moments and the serious ones with ease. Before the ceremony itself, she was a prompt and clear communicator, flexible to work with, and guided us throughout the process. So grateful to have had Annemarie as our officiant!

Tony Quaglietta: Words can not describe AnnemarieIf you want a turn key Officiant, call Annemarie.Love an kindness pours over everyone. She married us 12 years ago and renewed our vows todayThank you Annemarie

Kaelee Brack: Your search should truly stop here, with Annemarie. There are no amount of words I could use to express how grateful I am that my husband and I found her and booked her for our wedding. Her reviews are what drew us in and I can tell you having been on your side looking for someone to officiate your wedding , she is every great thing people wrote about and so much more. She is spunky, directive, thorough, creative, thoughtful, compassionate, personable and a true gem. If you want a ceremony that is truly personal... she is your gal. I grew up with parents that were more spiritual and my husband grew up catholic and Annemarie gave us the best ceremony ever to reflect both of our upbringings and what was important to us. I cannot even begin to tell you how many people came up to both my husband and I the day of our wedding and after our wedding saying that was absolutely the best wedding ceremony they have been at. I cannot recommend Annemarie enough, she played such a pivotal role in our day and we are so grateful.

Priscilla Edmonds: We knew Annemarie was right for us the moment we met her. She's extremely professional, thoughtful, and full of energy. She crafted a ceremony more beautiful than we could have imagined, was absolutely professional in our interactions before the ceremony, and she has the energy and warmth that makes for a really special ceremony. We would recommend Annemarie wholeheartedly!

Imperia Lake Union: what do users think?

Alla Kocheryan: . The space itself is simply gorgeous as is but what they did with it for us was stunning! I wish we could go back in time & do it all over again. It was such a beautiful, special, perfect day and a lot of that is because of JJ, Tasia and the entire Imperia team. Thank you all, you’re incredible at what you do!

Taylor Ochoa (TMinspired Photography): With a Roaring 20’s Art-Deco vibe and a rumored history of being a prohibition-era speakeasy, it was everything Anna and Kevin wanted for the wedding of their dreams. As a wedding photographer who has seen a lot of themed weddings, this one takes the cake for quite the authentic-feeling vibe.

H Baloch: ✔️

Tori Lee: We held our office holiday party here for a casino night, and it was amazing! Huge shout out to both Tasia and Oscar for all of their help! Tasia was wonderful to work with to coordi ate the event and the venue was beautiful! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, and planning was super easy! They have their parties down to a science. I am very glad I chose this location.

Simone Willynck: but customer service from start to finish went above and beyond! Tasia was always open and available for any questions we had and JJ was so flexible and creative when thinking through our floral arrangements. During our wedding, Tasia was constantly checking in with us

Jade Trapp: husband and I began the search for all things wedding at the start of our engagement, we quickly felt like our options were minimal, out of reach and out of budget. That feeling changed the second we visited Imperia. You don’t just rent Imperia’s beautiful space or simply hire the staff – working with Imperia means complete collaboration. From signage to timeline to menu items, the team at Imperia offers options and customization for every detail, while also taking the load of responsibilities off your shoulders. We felt so fortunate to get to put our effort into the parts of our wedding we valued the most. And we always felt comfortable asking anyone on the Imperia team

Katrina Wells: Lovely venue!!! Great food, cozy atmosphere, and wonderful staff! Thank you for all you do! ❤️

Curt Archambault: Fantastic wedding venue. The staff was tremendous. Great place for ceremony and the reception. Highly recommend.

Jessica Lu: The venue itself is GORGEOUS. The art deco, vintage style hardly needs any decoration, and went great with our 1920s Shanghai theme. Everything is polished and elegant. We loved the secret bridal/groom suites, which made it convenient for us to take a breather during the chaos of the night.2

Martin Donati: A fantastic venue for a wedding. The people are awesome and have made the task of arranging me wedding so much easier. The food is awesome and the culinary team are super helpful.

Dawn: Great venue!

Stephanie Morey: was AMAZING! She was prompt, calm, and collected. She made sure my wedding day went smoothly but that we were taken care of along the way. The food tasting exceeded our expectations and guests raved about it afterwards. The only thing I wish I did differently was extend my wedding longer because I didn't want to leave! :

Cindi Haller: This was such a beautiful place to have our wedding!! The people were wonderfully helpful and kind, the park was a fantastic place to hold the ceremony, and the reception venue was perfect! It’s such a great space that requires little extra decorating. We got the candle package and had flower arrangements on the tables, and it was perfect! Our guests raved about the delicious food, the rooms to get ready in were so comfortable and creative, and the service was fantastic. Overall, it was all so great and Imperia was the best place we could have chosen to get married!

Alexander Boykins: Vegan plate was delicious, steak plate was phenomenal it didn’t last long enough to get a picture lol maybe next time 🥘😁

Briana Evans: and then the reception at their location. And wow. We immediately fell in love with the venue the first time we saw it - the vibe, the look, the secret rooms. Months later we tasted the food. We were a little nervous that we’d booked the venue without knowing what the included food tasted like. And oh my. We ended up adding more options than we initially planned because everything was so delicious! It was so good that some of our guests wanted to come back and have a dinner after the wedding! We got so much good feedback about the venue, the location with views of the water, and the food from all our guests. Lastly, the people. Tasia and JJ were one of the best parts of the venue. The amount they love the space, the patience they had answering all our questions, how much they wanted to constantly help make it the wedding of our dreams. This place has the whole package.

Joseph Orefice: This venue was an easy choice for our wedding.  The vibe, nice bathrooms with gender neutrality option, amazing get ready spaces, wonderful staff, beautiful and flexible/spacious layout, and LGBTQ inclusivity really stood out for us.  The working sessions to confirm details, build the timeline of what happens when, and table layout was a huge timesaver for us. The food tasting session exceeded our expectations, and made us so excited for everyone to enjoy the menu.  We were so pleased with how easy the team accommodated changes, how quickly they responded to any inquiries, and helped us to be prepared.  They clearly worked hard to ensure our wedding day went as planned. Overall, we really can’t think of anything we would have liked the venue staff to do differently.  The day was everything we had hoped and planned for.

Emily Wise: the decor is top notch! It is a DANCE VENUE! We couldn't have hosted the dance party we did without the space of Imperia. It was idyllic. From the very beginning, JJ and Tasia were so communicative, accommodating, and focused on creating the event of our dreams! JJ's flowers matched the paper products my mom made PERFECTLY. It made for such a cohesive, polished look. Tasia was so flexible with our "alternative " requests for a private dinner in the back

Salty's on Alki Beach: what do users think?

Bobby T: . However, the rest of my experience was amazing. Our server, Chrissy, was unlike any I've ever encountered. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable about the menu, and detailed in explaining how each dish was prepared. It was an unbelievable experience, and if you visit, make sure to ask for her. She will give you a dining experience like no other. The highlight of my visit was definitely her service. The food was outstanding. We tried the clam chowder, which was excellent, and the mimosas, which came in different flavors and were delightful. The salmon was incredibly flavorful, and the appetizers were amazing. Every aspect of my dining experience at this restaurant was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning.A special thanks to Chrissy for her phenomenal service and for creating such a wonderful experience for us. She truly elevated the art of serving to a whole new level. I would also like to mention the manager who came to our table; it was a nice touch. Overall, I would give this place 10 stars because five stars are simply not enough for this exceptional restaurant.

Will Oberst: Superb wedding venue, great for all weather conditions

Mary Wynn: 30 years ago, minus 2 days, we had our wedding reception at Saltys. We stopped by today on our way home from a night in Seattle and decided to swing through West Seattle. Randomly, we thought we would step into Saltys for some random skyline photos, then it dawned on us..our anniversary was 2 days away. We had not planned on staying but they were so great and we thought it was very nostalgic. Mara the manager treated us like royalty. She sprinkled the table with rose petals, gave us a signed staff congratulations card, drinks on the house, cake to die for and John F, the server was a top notch professional. There is a reason we had spent so much time there through the years, but this day was over the top special and the staff sealed the deal. We have been away too long. One of the photos was from 30 years ago. Thank you John F and Mara.

Andy Derscheid: Always a great experience here, for locals and tourists alike. You can't beat the view and the service, and the food and presentation match its quality. Plenty of fresh seafood and excellent steaks. Definitely get the seafood chowder no matter what you order. Solid cocktails and truly top notch service. All in all a fantastic experience.Parking: There is on-site parking but the spots are small, so leave the full size trucks at home.

akain: JAY FROM ENHYPEN RECOMMENDED THIS‼️👀

Emerson Butler: and was so knowledgeable and friendly! Our waitress, Megan, was attentive, made fantastic recommendations, and just provided some of the best service we have ever had.Even Benny the busboy was right on time to clear our appetizer plates and other dishes! If your busboy has made it into my review you have really made good hiring choices!!And that’s just the people. The FOOD. The food was to die for. To start we got the Thai chili prawns, and the moved on to a crab-stuffed sturgeon and a halibut with mushroom risotto. To finish up we got a crème brûlée and the delicious cake you can see in the photos

Kennedy Farmer: This is my first review I’ve ever left because it was such a great experience! My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and all the staff there made it feel so special! The food and views were great, I highly recommend the crab stuffed steelhead! Our server Ignacio was super friendly and patient when we were being indecisive about how to start our orders. This is a great place to go for a special occasion, we will definitely be returning!

Billy Xia: 5 star view and 3 star food. A solid 4 star seafood restaurant overall. The seafood was fresh but nothing stood out. Definitely on the pricey side but you are there for the view.Note: Not vegan / vegetarian friendly.

The Woodmark Hotel: what do users think?

Andrew Eliquen: Update as of 5/6/24: The General Manager has reached out and made sure the concerns we have raised were investigated and looked into. They have committed to improve on training their employees in order to avoid situations like this again.Possibly the worst hotel experience I had in Greater Seattle area. We were not able to check in until around 4:30 PM even though they did say 4PM is the check-in time. All the other white folks who came before us were able to check-in fine. When we checked in, we arrived and there was a used clothing in a plastic and marked '431'. They felt bad about the late check-in so they gave us a bottle of champagne. The Director of Rooms tried to apologize by calling but the call was cut off. I never heard the rest of what they were trying to say. While waiting for the room, we are overhearing the spiel that they were giving to new guests. We never heard the same for us. There is high chance that this was because we were colored people. Try to avoid this hotel if possible.Edit: we also asked for a late check out to compensate for the late check-in and they said no.

Jabran Khan: The Woodmark Hotel and Still Spa offered a tranquil escape from the bustling city life. The breathtaking views from my room instantly captivated me, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious furnishings to the impeccable service. Indulging in a spa treatment at Still Spa was a rejuvenating experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and revitalized. Overall, my stay at The Woodmark Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving me with cherished memories of tranquility and luxury.Rooms: The Woodmark Hotel and Still Spa offers an unparalleled experience of luxury and relaxation. The rooms are elegantly appointed, providing breathtaking views of Lake WashingtonFood & drinks: Dining options are equally impressive, with exquisite dishes crafted from fresh, local ingredients, tantalizing the taste buds with every bite. Indulging in a spa treatment at Still Spa completes the experience, leaving guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Trevion McClellan: Reserved a room for the view and to be away from the city center. Arrived to champagne, exhausted from my flight and took a shower. Laid down to sleep and after a couple of hours, blaring fire alarm and full-evacuation!! Outside in my undies, fire trucks, a whole thing. Guests blamed the wedding but it was never cleared-up. Plus side was I got to hit the sinful pantry for one night. Chocolate Haagen Dazs make it alright!Beds and bathroom are fine. But I was so exhausted that straw on a cave floor would've done just fine.Cool experience.

Olympic Rooftop Pavilion: what do users think?

Danielle Lamouri: Very friendly space for a wedding party

Conley Pells: It was a great show. 3 musicians and a lead singer. All very talented ! Venue is very beautiful with amazing views.

Thuy Mack: Motown Under the Stars at The Olympic Rooftop had a Amazing live band playing! It is a beautiful, clean, safe venue! The staff are all very nice and helpful. We were able to enjoy the whole night without smelling pot smoking and vaping! We will be back again for more events!

Chelle Allen: Beautiful venue. Great band played 90s classics perfectly. Fireplace. Bar. Indoor but view of Sound. I’ll go back for certain. Plus Old Ballard was awesome.

Diane, A Rees: The band were superb and deserve 5 stars. The reason I knocked off one star was because we were hemmed in like an economy flight and it was not possible to dance.

Laura Rodriguez: but the food was top notch. I truly am a picky eater and I very much enjoyed our menu selection! The servers and bartender were very professional and our guests had wonderful things to say about them after. Something we would like to share is that a heads up to others looking to have an event here is there is no bridal or grooms gathering area

Korynne Leon: I’ve gone to three shows now at CUTS, Ella to Alicia, Amy Winehouse, and Frank Sinatra and each time was so splendid! The environment is intimate, casual, and cozy. The musicians are very talented and everyone is so friendly. The vibes are immaculate and I will be back plenty of times more!

Marla Taylor: A very nice intimate setting. The music was great. Not a bad seat in the room. Super fun evening.

Sandy Barnum: Under the Stars events have a memorable setting and the entertainment makes for a lovely evening. Get there 15-20 minutes ahead of you want a cocktail; the bar closes early.

feisty kitty: Amazing!!!

Marissa T: I truly enjoyed the ABBA tribute. It would have been nice if the venue had a screen with the lyrics so those who want to sing along could.

Amy Milk: Great show!

Nancy Santiago: Everything about this venue and the talent was outstanding!

Fiona Swanson: Fabulous location with backdrop of Seattle. Great set...professional, talented and not too long.

Lily oh: Ushers were very helpful and cordial. Love the choice of venues!

Alison Krauskopf: Just an FYI if it was unclear this is a private event space and not a rooftop bar. As a private event space it’s awesome. Highly recommend for weddings. As a rooftop bar, which it isn’t, not so much. But the view is still pretty if you can convince the staff to let you have a look.

Troy Lund: Live music under the stars!

Alki Beach Park Bathhouse Lawn Outdoor Event Space: what do users think?

Jeff Armijo: Beautiful little beach area. Amazing sunsets

Denise Kester: from the West Seattle Bridge. You'll pass restaurants, walking paths, view of the water the whole way, the ferries and SCUBA divers and paddlers and swimmers enjoying the water. At night the view over to the city with the lights of the Space Needle, the ferris wheel and the stadiums in the skyline- it's a view you will never tire of.If you're a dog lover, you'll get your fix here. Every breed will walk past you if you sit a few moments at the beach.Summer time it's naturally packed with people and parking is challenging. Psst- winter is the time to go! It's a great spot to storm watch. Enjoy!

Penny Arneson: The*best* view of the water, and sunset!

Corey GerberDolan: Thanks for the swim!

Sensebellum: for all those who just took the swim.It was so cool to see people enjoy themselves but also marvel at the eye catching architecture inherent in a geodesic dome.Special thanks to the grounds crew as well as the event organizers for such a fun time!

The MV Skansonia: what do users think?

Taylor Regelsperger: Would recommend the Skansonia for anyone looking for a memorable & unique Seattle wedding.

Matty B: Pretty great wedding venue, with an excellent view of Lake Union.

Nikki Love: Very nice, but the floor is a little sloped, so it is difficult for some with vertigo or mobility issues.

Katelyn Kukoly: Sarah was wonderful to work with! She was always quick to respond as well as send updated paperwork. She made sure everything was ready to go the day of, and was able to get a couple of last-minute things set for us just hours before the event. The MV Skansonia is a gorgeous venue--obviously the view is fantastic, but the layout also made it easy for people to break into groups yet still be around everyone. Food was great and all our guests had a great time. Highly recommend Sarah and MV Skansonia to everyone!

Susan Oldham: Great venueBeautiful viewsDelicious food

Seattle Marriott Waterfront: what do users think?

diana canty: What an amazing hotel!! The staff treat you wonderfully! The room was beyond fantastic!! The Hook and Plow restaurant has an absolutely delicious breakfast! We had dinner at the bar. The salads were perfection!! I will stay here every time I come to Seattle! My only caveat is, if you use a taxi service call them yourself. The valet called for us, while telling us we should use Uber. When I called to check on the taxi, it had been sent to the wrong Marriott. Thank goodness I called or we would have missed our train.

Dean Kimberlin: Tate at the front desk was so friendly and helpful!

JY: Both the room and bathroom are clean and the location is good.In particular, when I rushed back to the hotel by Uber because I had a cramp in my leg during the trip, she saw me limping at the hotel entrance and without even asking for it, the female staff member at the hotel entrance hurriedly brought a wheelchair and very kindly took me to the hotel room.So I just ordered dinner at a place on the first floor of the hotel and it was decent. In particular, the fish and chips tasted fresh.

The Edgewater Hotel: what do users think?

Junji Morokuma: Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view

Easton Dillehay: We checked in here for our honeymoon and were given an upgrade by the awesome front desk staff. Our room was lovely and had a very nice view of the water. The location of the hotel is perfect and it’s such a cool historic place to stay. While Alaskan Way is currently closed, there is no traffic out front and it’s really nice to walk around and easy to get up to the city. It is comparably priced to all the other hotels downtown, so why not stay somewhere historic. The only downside is to go into town, you definitely go uphill.

Bryan Ross: Had our room reservation at the Edgewater,I was running 4 hours late from my train up to seattle.I called and spoke to Jesse told me no problem take your time enjoy Seattle we have your room ready, even asked if I needed anything before i even got their talk about service.Upon my arrival meet Jesse in person at the front desk Very polite asked if I needed anything else upon check in.I was catching the ferrie to Victoria the next day my only regret i didn't spend more time here ,this place is right on the water alot of Rock in Roll history going on here.5 stars isn't enough for this place wonderful staff great place to stay.Rooms: The Rooms are Unbelievable, we stayed at 3 places on our trip from LA to Seattle this place by far the best.Walkability: The clipper Ferrie going to Victoria is 5 min walk from the front door.Food & drinks: Had Drinks and appetizers great service and great food.

Tim Haverstick: The Edgewater Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Located right in downtown Seattle, we were treated to breathtaking views of the Puget Sound while enjoying the vibrant scene by the water. But what made our stay extra special? Knowing that iconic musicians like The Beatles and Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam had stayed here too. It added an extra layer of excitement to our experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the dining options were superb. Whether we were exploring the city or relaxing in our room, The Edgewater Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for our Seattle getaway.

The Hall at Fauntleroy: what do users think?

Noor Atighi: Venue and Amenities:The Hall at Fauntleroy stands out as one of the premier venues in the greater Seattle area. Their in-house provision of essentials like linens, tables, and silverware significantly reduces the hassle of coordinating multiple vendors, allowing couples to focus more on their special day. The availability of various rooms for guests to mingle after the ceremony was particularly advantageous, especially for a destination wedding like ours. This spacious layout provided ample opportunities for guests to connect and celebrate.Staff and Service:The staff's accommodation was exemplary, contributing to a smooth and stress-free wedding day. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with various needs added to the overall positive experience. Their adaptability, even with little experience in Indian cuisine, was commendable. They managed to deliver delicious food while accommodating specific dietary requirements like halal meat, showcasing their dedication to ensuring every guest had a memorable dining experience.Overall Impression:Choosing The Hall at Fauntleroy for our wedding venue undoubtedly made our day unforgettable. Beyond the picturesque location, the venue's amenities, attentive staff, and ability to accommodate diverse culinary preferences elevated the celebration. For anyone seeking a seamless and memorable wedding experience in the Seattle area, I wholeheartedly recommend considering this venue.

Alina Mowell: We had our wedding here! I loved the special care the staff gave us and the unique atmosphere it gave us!

Michael Lindorff: Went there for a Thanksgiving dinner. An amazing place!

Cheryl McDermott: Beautiful wedding!

Holly Hall: Rain was in the forecast and we planned to have our ceremony in the garden. The T&T team set up the upstairs room for our ceremony in case we changed our minds last minute, which we eventually did. That was such an amazing surprise! 2

Stan Hargus: Great local venue!

Lizzie Humphries: The Hall at Fauntleroy had everything we wanted and more for our wedding last November. It was a beautiful space to host our family, friends, and our dogs on our special day. The HaF and Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes Catering staff were kind and great to work with. We had to postpone our wedding multiple times because of the COVID pandemic. The Hall at Fauntleroy was supportive and helped us navigate those changes. I would highly recommend them for a Seattle wedding venue!

Tracey Cataldo: . The team also had excellent recommendations for other vendors we might want to work with - but was equally warm and welcoming to vendors new to their team.We had so much fun at different planning events put on by the team including our tasting, an open house with featured vendors and our individual planning sessions. We also ate and drank so much! The full food and drink program was dialed in, thoughtful, seasonal dishes with local touches were exactly our vibe, We still dream about the lemonade! We understand our bias, but truly it was the best wedding we have ever been to and it’s what we continued to hear from a lot of our guests. Flow was effortless, staff were professional and FUN, we ate and drank so many delightful things. The setting felt cozy and unique, while maintaining quintessential Seattle energy. With one of us having a career as an event planner, the technical details were something that were very important to us, and it was perfect. Our day was both chic and comfortable - which is no easy task, but precisely what we requested.Coordinating a wedding as a queer couple can feel extra daunting, the wedding industry is often geared to a very specific vision of what a wedding should look like- The Hall at Fauntleroy team seamlessly integrated our narrative into our vision of our perfect wedding. Maddie Dautel: This is a long overdue review and thank you to the Hall at Fauntleroy. We started planning our wedding during COVID, so at the time, pretty much everything was virtual. My main point of contact at the Hall was the amazing event manager, Sara. Most of our communication was done via email, and Sara was prompt and detail-oriented in answering all of my questions over the months. The actual day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. The staff at the Hall was amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly and that our needs were taken care of. We were brought drinks and appetizers while we signed our marriage license, which was so thoughtful.A big selling point for us was that the HAF did all of the food and drink in house making it easy for us. Let me tell you, the food was AMAZING. We still have guests telling us months later how fantastic the food was.Overall, our experience at the Hall was above and beyond what we could have asked for. The hospitality, the food, the beauty of the venue - everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you again Sara and everyone!

Jessica Flores: The Hall at Fauntleroy was the perfect venue for our September wedding! Sara was great to work with and answered all my questions leading up to the date. She was really helpful with menu updates and changes - I can't recommend them enough! We rented out the entire venue and it was so nice to have different areas for guests to hang out in. The Emerald Room was stunning in the evening and provided the perfect scene for post-ceremony festivities. Having the ceremony in the garden was so pretty - the trees and greenery created a perfect background and it definitely helped shade us from the unusual September sun and wildfire ash.We had our cocktail hour in the courtyard with a mariachi band playing and it was perfect! Probably one of my favorite parts of the wedding. The FOOD WAS AMAZING - all of our guests commented on how the food was some of the best they ever had.The staff that worked the event were first class: our guests made comments on how helpful and pleasant they were and I couldn't agree more!

AE Events & Design: makes our job as the planner 100 x easier. Their communication, expertise, and initiative are rarely matched elsewhere. AE Events & Design will never say "no" to a wedding at The Hall, Melrose Market Studios, or any other venue they may have in the future. We love this team!

Claire Wittowski: .We truthfully had such an amazing day, big thanks to Kimball and all the other HAF and T&T team members!

John Kim: Delightful wedding venue in a residential neighborhood close to the ocean, Lincoln Park & Southworth-Fauntleroy ferry terminal; indoor & outdoor spaces; located south of downtown Seattle, north of SeaTac intl. airport; worth a try!

Andrew Turgeon: The Hall at Fauntleroy and Tuxedos & Tennis Shoes were an absolute dream to work with! We are immensely pleased that we chose HAF and T&T as our venue and vendor. From the wedding planning process to coordinating vendors to event set up and breakdown, the T&T staff were kind, communicative, enthusiastic, and professional. We felt cared for and attended to at every step of the way. We felt that we could truly enjoy our special day because of the support we received from them.We also heard from a number of our guests on separate occasions how enjoyable, kind, helpful, and available T&T staff were during the ceremony and reception. People were very pleased and grateful for the service provided, which in turn makes us only even more happy and grateful for the entire experience. Also, the food and beverage service was top notch! Our guests left very satisfied!

Sole Repair Shop: what do users think?

PhD Lower Life Form: Recently rented out for a birthday party and it was amazing. Catering provided by connected restaurant made for easy load in and out of food. This will be my go to for my next event for sure.

Ashley M: I’ve been to a few private parties at this location, most recently a Halloween party with former colleagues and I was again so impressed by this place. It really is the perfect private party venue! Now I want to host my own client appreciation event here next!

Jay “JP” P: Great venue for parties

BreAnn Pauley: We recently held our company launch party at Sole Repair Shop and it was the best decision we could have made! From the initial contact, through to the end of our event, Danielle and her team provided us with the most amazing service. The food from Quinn's Pub was wonderful, the space was spectacular, and the staff was impeccable. The night could not have gone any better and it's all thanks to Danielle and the whole team! We will be using Sole Repair Shop again for future events, and I highly recommend others do so as well! You will not be disappointed!

Toni Clark: I had my wedding at Sole Repair Shop last month where we invited about 25 people and it was the perfect space for our small group. Danielle communicated well in advance of our wedding day which helped make it so stress free and ensure we had all the information we needed to make the day go seamlessly! I couldn't have been happier with the restaurant they partner with for catering as everyone loved the taco bar we had! Couldn't have asked for a better venue!

Brian Hamlin: provided food for the night which was a big hit too. Will definitely consider coming back here for any future events!

Joe White: My daughter was just married here. The is a nice party room. Ample parking within a couple blocks.

Wade Miller: Pretty simple venue. Bar, loft with seating. Garage door open to the street. Didn't visit the restaurant attached. Highschool reunion.

barbara kielhofer: and the drinks are reasonably priced. But my favorite part was the staff! They were also so lovely and helpful and they are 100% the reason I'd do another event there. Danielle my coordinator consistently went above and beyond and made planning so easy and stress free! 10/10 would recommend!

Brooklin Collins: A beautiful venue with excellent staff and service from start to finish. Thank you, Sole Repair Shop!

Joseph Yang: Danielle and crew were absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional. Our reception could not have been more painless, largely in part to their work and care.

Chanelle Carlin: I officiated an intimate wedding at The Sole Repair Shop this past weekend. Danielle and her crew were friendly, professional, courteous and on top of everything that needed to be taken care of, while also creating a beautiful, relaxing space for the couple and their guests. I look forward to officiating there again. Thanks, Danielle!

David Yastremsky: Attended the Dough Joy Pride event here yesterday. Such a nice, spacious event space with air conditioning for this heat wave. Would recommend.

Matt Welsh: This is a fantastic event venue. Very stylish, excellent bar, several good areas for people to socialize. Really nice!
